    Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

    @davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

    The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

    @BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @Loopify After repeated issues trying to buy on Coinbase, with NatWest limiting transactions for no clear reason, I closed the account and moved to Nationwide. Let’s see how they handle it.

    @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup anyone wanting any currency then don’t order from NatWest. Purchased currency 1st December, they didn’t deliver in time and I’m still awaiting refund. Theft at its best. Customer services are useless.Personal and business accounts to be moved shortly.

    @Leighlines @AllegroEddie NatWest tried this **** with me when trying to transferring funds using the app (transfer to another account of mine, not a new one). Log in via website and won’t be needed.

    @NatWest_Help NatWest couldn’t help their customers if they tried !! I left NatWest 19 years ago, seen an offer to bring my business back last month, reopened 3 accounts and guess what, same **** service I left with. Well unlucky… that’s a guaranteed half million you won’t get on your books!

    @FFS_WhatNow @zaphod799 I’m reminded of when NatWest’s computer went south over a weekend. They’d fired the old sysadmins who knew the ancient system for Indians who lied about knowing the arcane programming language. NW had to hire sysadmins as consultants to fix it.
