@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

  • PhilipMur3 Philip Murphy (@PhilipMur3) reported from Mitford, England

The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

  • rl_chris_higham Chris Higham (@rl_chris_higham) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

  • ema_neale emma (@ema_neale) reported from Sunderland, England

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

@NatWest_Help does approval in app actually work? Eveytime I go back to purchase website there's a technical issue.Whilst I've got my current account with Natwest I'm now doing all my online purchases with another bank - no problem with them....

@LeilaniDowding @AmyWatt82249635 I'm with @natwest, for now, they are terrible and it's not just cash they are disrupting. I am sick to death of having to justify online purchases via their app. As soon as I can drum up the necessary mental fortitude I'll be changing banks. Can anyone recommend a good one?

Just went on to The Nationwide site to open up a new account, its reallly bad a Ten year old could design it better, very very poor, one of the worst I'v ever seen, Had to come out could't get anything done. Went on Natwest by mistake, their site is so much better.

For a loan that’ll in the long term not help me out at all and in fact create further struggles for myself. This is the 2nd time in the past 12 months NatWest have given me absolute terrible service. Whatever you do, don’t go to NatWest asking for help, you’ll be told to apply

  • itskieranrhodes 𝑲𝑰𝑬𝑹𝑨𝑵 (@itskieranrhodes) reported

I have been a NatWest customer since I was 17yrs of age. I asked for help, guidance and support and all your advisor tried to do is fob me off to apply for a loan, taking in mind I literally said I didn’t want to do that on the call many times he was was quite frankly not…

  • MattEsswood My Window Repair Guy (@MattEsswood) reported

@Barclays Do you have a tech issue atm? I cannot add a Barclay Business Account as a new payee to make a payment. I've tried my Halifax account, my Natwest account and my girlfriends CashPlus account, all to no avail. Must be from your end.

@NatWest online banking, utter garbage, banked with you for 32 years, if I could be arsed, would move to HSBC tmrw.

  • PhillipaIkhile HEATED (@PhillipaIkhile) reported

@1ohreally @PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Most (all?) banking apps do this, it's very convenient but clearly also a security issue Just checked my NatWest and they actually don't seem to, PIN reminders are sent out by post
