@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@efgbricklayer @NatWestGroup I think anything to highlight this poor practice from NatWest would be ok. With the way they've been with us I wouldn't be surprised if others are having similar issues and there'll definitely be people they do it to in the future!

@NatWest_Help NatWest owns METTLE business bank app. It is a fraud, mettle is keeping money from legitimate sources and denying transactions for its customers. BEWARE you are being scammed. I am now forced to go to FCA to try and access my own money

@NatWest_Help I do but 1) mostly debit cards and 2) I wanted to use my Mastercard but NatWest seems powerless to sort the issue. Quite frankly unbelievable.

@danredford70 Fully agree with your views. The NatWest Trophy was a really competitive and high quality cricket competition which was promoted very well by ECB. But now it seems Andrew Strauss wants to severely cut down 4 day games and maybe totally eliminate the One Day competition.

@Natwest_help hello, I've been trying to get Apple Pay setup for my Natwest Direct card on my Mac, but I don't get any text message and the phone number given takes me to an answering machine which tells me to look elsewhere for help. Meanwhile, I'm unable to get verification.

@CarryOnPress @pollybirkbeck @firstdirect 3 months later and they’ve still not sorted it, just waited in a queue at the Post Office for 25 mins to pay some cash in. Will close my FD account and use my NatWest instead who still offer a counter service

@NatWestGroup I am not one to say negative things in the public domain but after much anguish I can't recommend NatWest to any charity. We have had the most horrendous experience trying to get access to our own charity account since Feb. @TheFCA
