@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@AutoInfatuation NatWest same company as Ulster Bank who are an awful bank LloydsTSB, as they were, used to like me when I was solvent. But when I had issues they were on my like a ton of bricks, not a sympathetic bank

@njr_private @VeryGrumpyStats I'd say turn some road infrastructure to toll-based companies probably. Does the government not get a decent amount of revenue from NatWest? As a SWF enjoyed I feel obliged to support it

@AutoInfatuation Avoid NatWest, they have a bizarre rule where cash has to clear!! Pay cash in and it doesn't appear until the following day if paid in before 3pm, after 3pm then it's 2 days excluding weekends!! Also awful customer service. I'd go with HSBC out of your choice. ☺

@audibleuk if you know you have an issue with NatWest, maybe don’t cancel your customers accounts and make them loose all their credits. Maybe investigate first before your take it out on your customers. Disgusting
