@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@yorkshirebank @VirginMoney As a customer off 27 years.. I have now moved to natwest as its the only bank really that's left open to me locally as your branch has now closed and alot off vulnerable people don't use online banking. What a shame. Goodbye.

@NatWest_Int @NatWest_Help when will your natwest international ibanking web services will be up and running? The whole website is down and I am unable to make any transactions. The sevice reps were particularly unhelpful over the phone.

@ft_content They should bring the focus back to the customer. I have friends and clients that have moved millions in gbp over to Revolut because service and application are at the forefront of the business. Hence why they have now overtaken NatWest.

@NatWest_Help I have a new credit card. It did make me think whether or not NatWest will make their cards out of something other than a plastic that just contributes to the environmental junk problem. Industry wide it must be a big problem.

@megabusuk Hi tried it in Firefox. That didn't work so tried Chrome. Same problem. I get almost to the end, having put in my card details and clicked on the Natwest notice, then I get the megabus man with a swirling circle round his figure, and then it sends me back to that screenshot

Hey @withplum and @NatWest_Help I'm trying to relink my accounts using my phone, but whenver the Plum app redirects me to the Natwest app for authorisation all I get is a white screen. Have rebooted phone and reinstalled Natwest app, still doesn't work. Help?
