@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@acraigmiles The EUR account only supports incoming SEPA payments. If Natwest can instruct a SEPA payment, then you shouldn't have a problem receiving in your EUR account, but you'll only be able to use your IBAN & BIC associated with your EUR account. We hope this helps 👍

@NatWest_Help @arrivanorthwest Ok, how long should I wait before contacting? Really think there’s a problem with NatWest and Arriva when using Apple Pay, my other bank works fine whenever I have to use it in this circumstance, these issues happening too much now, already lost out on £4+ last time

@StarlingBank Yes we have the IBAN. The problem is that to transfer money from the UK bank account (NatWest) requires an account number and sort code.

@LadyofCrypto1 My credit score was pushed down by over 10 pts because I made some crypto purchases (which I fully paid off in time) now everything I purchase I do through Revolut in the UK. Natwest have also frozen my account before all the way back in 2016 when I purchased crypto.

@SamuelMarcLowe I've always gone paperless. Was worried it'd cause problems a couple of years ago when I bought a flat, but Natwest and the law firm I used both did it that way. I'd even printed out payslips/statements/etc to take to my Natwest meeting and the advisor just said submit online.
