    The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

    @davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

    Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

    @NatWest_Help Ok but doesn’t really help me. I needed cash to pay the barber! 💈 wasted trip. It’s the lack of communication from NatWest that’s even more annoying. An hour on the phone and even the customer care guy, doing his best and really good guy, couldn’t tell me what was up

    @NatWest_Help just had a staff member tell me I’m not fit enough to be on the phone because I suffer with anxiety shocking statement from a person from NatWest bank very very disgusting people working for this bank absolutely vile people

    @drghadasasa I worked for NatWest back in the early 00s and Palestine wasn't an option then. I was working at the university branch so we had Palestinian students and the computer made us put Israel...

    Anyone had a problem with opening a NatWest business account? I've been waiting a month!! No one answers the phone, I've been waiting for 40minutes this morning, no one answered. Online you get Bots. Fed up!

    @Wayne_adams83 There was talk of the banks working together in ONE building. Ie Barclays on Mondays, NatWest on Wednesdays and so on. Haven’t heard anything about it since though !

    @KatieW456938 Thanks for raising these points. We’ve checked and the revised FAQs were not shared with the Unite NatWest reps in advance of publication but Unite will raise these issues on Monday. A Unite FAQ set was issued this afternoon.

    @satsumchi the banking hub in town has a natwest rep in on tuesdays that might be able to help figure out what the problem is if u cant get it sorted online xx

    @thejamieseymour @CallumLyon They will. This is the problem. At any point in life you can just say ‘it’s all ****’ Yes ‘a lot of mortgage lenders won’t consider overtime’ but you only need ONE mortgage company to accept your application. NatWest accept overtime as income
