@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

  • rl_chris_higham Chris Higham (@rl_chris_higham) reported from Newcastle upon Tyne, England

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

  • jshield1988 jamie shield (@jshield1988) reported from Wallsend, England

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

  • PhilipMur3 Philip Murphy (@PhilipMur3) reported from Mitford, England

The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

  • ema_neale emma (@ema_neale) reported from Sunderland, England

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

@NatWest_Help hi I've made a withdrawal from a betting site onto my old natwest card. I've switcher my natwest account to another bank. Will you forward the money to my new bank?

  • LloydsBank Lloyds Bank (@LloydsBank) reported

@mynameisben99 Thanks for confirming this. While we're unable to speed up the process with NatWest, it does appear that they're aware of the delay. Do you have any friends/family members who may be able to help out until the money arrives? 1/3

NatWest Bereavement Service is appalling -never answer the phone shame on you.

  • Hatten4Hatten Tracey Hatten (@Hatten4Hatten) reported

@UtilitaEnergy If this was about the app not accepting my NatWest card for payment then I have already tried this and it didn’t work the problem is between you and NatWest and nothing to do with the app or me.

  • dlfranks David Franks (@dlfranks) reported

@johnlewishelp @KatieMarieWales I have called the old JL Partnership Card team a few times now, I stuge to hear them and they have issues hearing me and keep saying they haven’t received the payment and it won’t work after 31st and to speak to NatWest. NatWest says it’s been sent and accepted by JL. Stressful!

  • ChrisPa64893196 Chris Palmer (@ChrisPa64893196) reported

@monzo How about increasing your savings account interest rates to 5% like natwest and other banks instead the highest is easy access is less than 2%. Your loan interest rates are over 10%. Not really helping us are you

  • aquaticsmum64 AJKearney (@aquaticsmum64) reported from Aldridge, England

Really disappointing that @NatWest_Help use a web chat service for nok to report a bereavement. Totally impersonal at such a difficult time. So glad I don’t actually bank with you 🥲 #NatWest #Bereavement

  • joeinfife Joe in Fife🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏳️‍🌈🚴🏃‍♂️⛓️ (@joeinfife) reported

@davidareader @NatWest Can't say I find it disrespectful (can't even think what ethnicity you think it's disrespectful to). It is, however, an absolutely crap name and it smells of a middle aged person trying to be down with the kids.

  • teefortilly tilly (@teefortilly) reported

Natwest is such a nightmare if you don’t know your details. Wdym i need to wait 3 days to deceive details by post, I need to access my account TODAY

  • Dewiwrites Dewi 🏹📜 (@Dewiwrites) reported

@emilyinkpen I don't think that's necessarily a problem that needs fixing; there are scammers on Twitter, sure, but none of them are acquiring blue ticks and using them to trick people into believing they're speaking to *the* NatWest bank, eg. If you can buy verification, that will get worse.
