@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@BarclaysUK I’m a grateful customer at Barclays Notting Hill Gate (refugee from awful NatWest). Totally dependent on impeccable personal service of marvellous staff there. Anker this morning, the diligent ladies other occasions. I beg you: don’t even CONSIDER closing this branch.

@virginmedia Why on earth do I need to speak to someone in Mauritius for an internet service in the UK? The same thing brought the downfall of NatWest more than 10 years ago! I upgraded on Jan 11th and I was sent a new contract and no one seems to be aware of it?

@NatWestGroup Up until 6 months my 85-year-old mother (South Africa based) received her monthly pension on its due date. Despite flying to the UK, confirming her ID and address in Natwest Leeds she has NOT received her pension since Aug ‘22. This is appalling service.

Please respond. Your complaint team called and started asking for details which I had either already provided several times or information which only NatWest has access to. It was bizarre but not surprising. But the reason I pointing it out is that again you took me away

Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.
