@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

From when a global bank lime HSBC had to down size… the NatWest had to close their second branch(not even sure why they opened two in brixton after closing the Stockwell branch)

@NatWest_Help submitted remortgage application begining of June. Finally got an offer end of August, current terms run out on Saturday when payments go up by £170 due to variable rate. Today I find out Natwest have not even sent offer to solicitor, which we had 5 weeks ago. Help!

@geo_353356 I’ve had no issues with this with NatWest - although I can’t change banks I’ve been able to get a new fix with them and continued CTL with no questions asked. Have remortgaged with them twice since the scandal blew up.

with? I came to @NatWest_Help for support and I got NOTHING. Surely it shouldn’t be standard procedure to point customers who are struggling financially to apply for a loan. I am appalled by the service I’ve been provided and will be taking this further. @financialombuds #NatWest

@leeroypatel @mattjware They changed it to stop batters being 5 yards down the pitch before the bowler bowled. That always seemed to happen in old B&H/NatWest games. I think the umpires should have the discretion to decide whether the batter is "cheating" or not and therefore whether out or dead ball.

Don't get a Natwest account if you're disabled - their policies are ableist, erasing, and cruel, as are their staff. They lie about dispatch times for new cards. They lie about helping you with various banking issues and just send you on a Merry Go Round of abject frustration.
