@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@BenIrvineAuthor LOL people get their fair share!! Like a premium payment from Natwest recent profits ? Taxpayers get a share LOL what a pathetic joke, there is no such thing just an illusion. Keep working, keep voting for same broken system... unless you're in the system at a good pay grade

Apparently, it's a commercial decision for NatWest to freeze and close accounts of "people" who use NatWest accounts to pay Israeli national health insurance via the govt website Natwest must know preventing payments for health insurance could have deadly ramifications

@Zubhaque @theAliceRoberts @NatWest_Help Nothing changes, 1987 my husband died suddenly aged 35, NatWest sent bill for credit card within the week! Dealing with 2 young children & my shock, it didn’t help, no sympathy

@ODEONCinemas hi my girlfriend is trying to get a limitless membership but it wont accept her payment method with Natwest, and it wont let her buy a single ticket either. I have tried my card to pay which is also natwest and it wont work for me either. Can you help please?

I am about ready to go totally bloody nuts with NATWEST I have been trying for 3 months to set up a bank account for us but they keep allocating different people and it is really getting on my nerves. #natwest please sort your customer care out.

@Wommando @cooperative I’ve always banked with NatWest (40 plus years) and I have had no issues. The banking App works well and Call Centre is good. Husband switched to another to get a cash inducement and now regrets it.

@thebigbadger Natwest hide behind generalities as they know they could be sued if they told the truth. I have made a formal complaint to Natwest as this has to be done but rest assured this is going to the Ombudsman Everything is frozen no access no login can't even get statements
