The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@ZubyMusic @MartyBent I had the same problem last year with my natwest account, the only way I could get money into coinbase was bank transfer from natwest to exchange. It wouldn’t allow my bank card to be linked..

@HmmmUK @asda_mobile My issue was with Natwest , the card she was using, beng overly secure. I called Asda to sort it out and she used a different card. Haven't used online yet to see if it works now though.

@tastecard I'm being told via support that I had a trial of tastecard and you've charged me for a month, even though I already had the natwest tastecard and also the cineworld taste card, think you could refund me for a taste card I never even used?I do not remember signing up.

@pixiiecat My mortgage is with NatWest. I didn’t have any issues. Done my job 11 years this month too. I honestly think there’s some silly issue with your details out with your control. I can’t think why else you wouldn’t get accepted for anything at all😕 x

@NatWest_Help I tried to pay online and it said card type not accepted so I went to a post office branch and they also said card type not accepted as it was going through as a credit card. Post Office said speak yo Natwest, app help says speak to Post Office
