@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

@NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup now been 8 days since #NatWest susp my acc without telling me. No 1 can help me until I receive letter. NW quick enough to send me letters to say Direct Debits rejecting. Really stressing me out now & affecting my health.

@NatWest_Help I tried 12 months ago to try and deposit a chq via the app, it didn't work, also 6 weeks ago and guess what, it didn't work. Why doesn't NatWest make their app so customer friendly Have a look at the chase app, simple to use, not gimmicky like the NatWest has become

@nickhillman Exactly! After dropping out of university I got a job working for Natwest and in my ‘spare time’ got a banking degree. So very close to our current degree apprenticeships. It was a real slog without all the extra benefits of going to Uni. I didn’t want this for my kids!

@NatWest_Help I’m sadly watching traditional banks such as NatWest going down the drain. Erratic unexplained changes, lack of updated tech, it’s becoming less and less useful as the times go on and it’s disappointing to see
