@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

@NatWest_Help NatWest ‘Customer Service’ online form: ‘error messages’; Twitter: in private message ‘sorry nothing I can do’; Customer service telephone: For 2 weeks ‘it’s with the investigations team’. ‘Customer experience’: it will be paid back to the payer - it hasn’t been 4 2.5 wks.

I used to think people saying not to trust banks were tin foil hat, conspiracy believing nuts. Turns out they were right. At any point your bank can block your access & not explain your rights to appeal, duration or who you can complain to. Natwest are disgusting.

@DarrenMordecai This was the first Natwest final I went to. We were late and Northants were 20-3 when sat down. Always seems odd seeing these wickets on any highlights I see because it's the one part of the game I didn't witness.
