    @davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

    @nomadpossum @uk_domain_names That would be me then. Come on Natwest, pay the PPI refund you owe me but are deliberately withholding. My stress level would go down.

    But first before NatWest or HSBC or the NHS or BT takes down their Twitter & Facebook accounts they publically name call all of their customers “unfair” “malicious” “deeply personal” This is unprofessional & inappropriate. It’s actually shocking. No accountability whatsoever.

    Been Crypto trading. RBS debit card- 1st transaction went through, next blocked. Call from NatWest fraud team- account frozen. Passed all security questions, but instructed to go to a branch to show some ID. Also had lecture on cons of trading. WTF it’s my money! @NatWest_Help 🤬

    Do the NatWest fraud team, or any bank’s fraud team do outbound calls? I’ve just been belled then by this fella. He seemed to have access to my account like but it’s just a bit bizarre that they’d ring me instead of me ringing them.

    @goodkingjon NatWest are offering 2 year fixed at 3.9% which isn't actually horrendous providing you could negotiate that down after two years. We paid 4.5% for 5 years fixed when we first bought.

    just spent 40 mins on the phone with HSBC UK, spelling out my Malaysia’s address, alphabet by alphabet, and my phone number. Wonder how much tht’s charged to my bill 😭 but so far, i’ve been very satisfied with Natwest and HSBC UK customer service via phone and chats 👏🏽

    Did a Natwest mortgage calculator test for the just-launched 95% jobbies and their maximum loan offer was WAY lower than other banks' 90% offers. Not enough to buy a run-down one or two bed in most of the UK. So that's all going to work out well then. Yet another Tory scam 👌🏻
