    @davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

    @NatWest_Help I’m buying the property the couple are selling. They have spoken to NatWest but not been able to help. So long ago, can’t find records and the branch they used (Frodsham) has closed down. The records have probably been destroyed. Is there a number I can give them to call Pls?

    @NatWest_Help Beware NatWest are locking you out of your Online Banking and making you register again! It is a problem when you need account details and they no longer provide paper details to keep, it is all kept online!!!!! Caused me great distress this morning!!! Thanks!!!

    Another quick concern for residents. There is a problem with the cash points at the following banks. Halifax Barclays NatWest Nationwide. Two cards have been swallowed. Cards now cancelled. Three possible suspects seen tampering with the machines. 2 male and female.

    Ridiculous service levels from @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @natwest got declined on a top up mortgage because computer says no. Really needs human intervention and sorting. Such a backwards process.
