@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@robcmorgan @timfarron I do not get the issue here. The Gov owns a huge chunk of Natwest and sold some of it off a couple of weeks ago. Nobody gave a ****. The Gov shouldn't own C4 or any other media outlet. I don't see the issue with them not doing so.

@NatWest_Help I've been trying to unlock a Natwest card for hours now. Tried multiple ATM's, but get the message "The service is temporarily unavailable". How long is temporary? I've been sat outside one of your banks for 30 mins waiting to speak to your customer services 1/2

@NatWest_Help hi, having issues getting my new CC verified on natwest Google pay app. Been told I can't do it, primary card holder can't do it. Spoke to someone a week ago, got told 72 hours,still nothing. Can someone contact me to sort it. Being passed back and forth. Not happy.
