@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@NatWest_Help NatWestGroup my father, 93 years old a loyal customer of over 72 years being blocked by NatWest for a straightforward payment . Spent over 1.5hrs on call and NatWest will only accept fax machines as a form of delivery. Utter disgrace.

@NatWest_Help I am unable to access any of my funds in my NatWest accounts because of the Sainsbury's loan merge. Online banking requires the app for authentication & can't log in. I'll get an email or letter through the post to tell me when it's ready!? How long does that take?!

@chaisenbergg That is right but at the same time there are countless knocks/match that people remember and it didn't come in any WC. Like Kohli's 133 at Hobart or that Natwest 2002 final, or Dhoni's 113 at Chennai, Gibbs 175 vs Aus to chase down 434 etc.

@NatWest_Help my Sainsbury savings account is transferring to NatWest but I also have NatWest current and savings accounts. When I try and use my NatWest app the only option is a link to the transfer Hub and I cannot access my existing NatWest accounts.

NatWest repeatedly blocking authorised #crypto payments unless customer visits a branch. Customer has confirmed acting freely, no fraud, no coercion. It’s customer's money, their account, their choice. Why should customers be denied fair access to their own funds? @NatWestGroup
