@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@AskNationwide Sounds good but I'd have to clear my overdraft first... not that it will be an issue, what about a loan and a credit card I have with them, could I switch them to nationwide or would they have to stay with natwest?

@humourscript @Barclays I'm so sorry this has happened. Not sure if it's helpful, but Natwest has an emergency cash service that lets you withdraw some cash using your phone app. Not perfect, but hopefully you won't be stranded.

@NatWest_Help Ref the Mobile iPad App the transaction page has become cluttered and less useful. Can we have the option to revert to what it was before. I have been a NatWest customer for 50 years and appreciate Mobile/Online Banking. I would be happy to talk to your app team.

Some idiot said there's a ******* q code to get you into the queue using your phone- i said i don't do apps - i'll show you she said. Lucky i didn't head butt her

@WeHearPodcast @goldcat63 I had a natwest account from 1970. 1978 I bought my own house. When i married in 82 we switched it to a joint account. I applied for a loan and was told My husband had to apply for it. WTF!
