The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

I have had to deal with 3 call centres today - @NatWestBusiness @CloseBrothers @NatWest_Help All completely useless. NatWest transferred me 7 times to different departments not one was any help. Ended up making payment over the phone and he managed to get that wrong!

NatWest to stop crypto payments. My bank virgin money stopped me a couple of months ago for my safety haha so I swapped banks now I feel safe. Humm mabe I need to check if more are going down this road. They was still happy to take money from crypto exchange tho .

@NatWest_Help Hi, I enabled the extra biometric face ID on my Natwest App so that I could transfer more than the £1k daily limit. The App now refuses to acknowledge my facial recognition and I am unable to disable the biometric check without going through the same checks. HELP!
