@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@modilwar @Motawif_SA Hi received approval on Friday, booked gold package on Friday…. Had issues making payment with NatWest Cc, however ended up paying using a Barclaycard Cc. Visa issued on Monday..waiting for the final itinerary. Flying out on the 25th June - 15th July

@NatWest_Help NatWest leaving me a whole week with no access to my account or card with no explanation!! Called over 6 times been given emails to contact, no response within 4 days. This is ridiculous how am I supposed to live with no access to bank.

@technokitten @lisawhelan Are the Ombudsman on here or is there an address? I’ve been waiting 5 weeks (I’m on Day24 of “within 5-10 working days) with NatWest over the closure and transfer of funds of my mum’s account. 17th May told within 5-10 working days. @NatWest_Help I’m overdrawn in my bank now.

@o_burbidge @monzo I totally agree with you, I had the same problem, added up to about £200 , NatWest sorted it, it was especially strange as I was in Newcastle & the transactions for some were in Bradford!!. Paying suppliers must seem never ending.
