Sounds less controversial!

jamie shield (@jshield1988) reported from Wallsend, England@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

They knew I didn’t spend nearly a grand on Amazon or eBay usually. They then cancelled my card, issued a new one, and gave me a temporary overdraft to cover my standing orders & direct debits etc. Good service

The banking misconduct detailed in the Bank Confidential reports primarily occurred in the buildup to, during, and after the global financial crisis, broadly spanning from 2000 to 2017 (with certain related over-charging practices and legal disputes continuing to this day). It you got arrested for running into NatWest and smashing up their display, charged for it, then got done for robbing the bank later with no jury or due process you'd kick off.
