@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

So here's what I will do. Either DM me today with a callback time to speak to someone at NatWest who can help me, or I am applying online to a competitor. And they'll get ~ £15K revenue over 2 years(?) and not you. Ball is in your court. (4/4)

@melissagstory They are part time. All of the players have other jobs. Impossible to work logistically for National counties unless they got full ECB funding to go pro, which would mean existing FC counties having less share. Sadly a non starter. Natwest trophy comeback would be nice though

@TicketmasterCS Hi my instalment for creamfields has not been taken. NatWest has recently changed their cards from visa to Mastercard so I think this could be why. Is there anyway to re attempt the payment? I need help please:

@NatWest_Help Logged a travel claim through my account insurance and it’s been the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve ever had. If you pay for a Platinum membership account with NatWest cancel it now and go elsewhere because when you need them you’ll regret it!!!
