@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

@MartinSLewis the current NatWest switching service clearly stated that existing account holders could switch (from select to reward for instance) and still claim £150.00. As of this morning, they have reneged this. Letter to ombudsman on way.

@Bitcoinmaxi100 @NatWest_Help Please be aware of Natwest employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who stole a customer's cash deposit and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead. Please be aware as more employees may be involved and always check your receipts.

Yay, Sunday, and we're spending a birthday talking to Natwest's fraud line and checking that payments have actually been taken due to a combination of a shonky insurance website, a shonky SMS passcord system and a shonky IVR system for the fraud call. It's not even 9am.

@NatWest_Help the Natwest app is not working, when trying to log in I get an error message saying "Oops, we've had to log you out of the app, please login to complete your request" however, I have restarted my phone, checked for updates, closed the app and attempted to re-login.

@misslenn Good evening Amy, My apologies for the issues regarding your debit card. If you cannot unlock the card at an RBS or Natwest ATM, the process can be completed at a Tesco or Tesco express ATM. I hope this helps. (JF)
