    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

    @BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

    @NatWest_Help On 1 August I phoned NatWest as I needed to change my address and as a a credit card only customer couldn't do this online or in the app. Over a month later my old address is still showing. Not impressed

    @TwigWigToys I was in Barclays Supersavers, joined in 1983, comparatively **** offering compared to Midlands and NatWest, I had buyers remorse very quickly

    @NatWestBusiness Rubbish business banking by natwest. I have 2 business accounts but they put my 1 account on hold more than 8 weeks now. Complained 5 times but no response Customer service is absolutely nightmare

    So a new phone last week meant logging in new passwords & redoing loads of stuff& I mean loads to get access to anything. No such luck with @NatWest bank. Nothing would work on new phone, had to get new code which takes three days or more in post. 1/2

    @NatWest_Help hello, I've got this problem once again, you can't register a card in Google Wallet via the Natwest app, only Google Pay (which I don't think works any more?). Can't get my card registered as Natwest won't send text messages with an authorisation code.
