  @davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

  @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

  @PlaidLles @TipsterHunter @PeteWishart Scotland is England's (rUK) second biggest trading partner while in the UK. A hard boarder increases time delays and costs and will likely end up with relocation of major Scottish service providers - NatWest, Scottish widows to their primary market - they have already said this.

  @NatWest_Help natwest block your account without warning, this causes your derect benifits to bounce and go unpaid evrn though there is money in thr account, you have no warning od your account being blocked anf people usually find out when trying to pay for something and find out they can't

  @NatWest_Help Hello I lost my debit card two weeks ago. I contacted NatWest, yet I still haven’t received my replacement card. I live miles away from a branch because my local branch got closed down. I can’t access my money.

  @pd_fletcher Thing is it is just hot air. @NatWestGroup is a terrible bank with no human decision makers. I e banked with NatWest for years and always treated badly. I must pull my finger out & change to a pro-active bank…just need to find one.

  @NatWest_Help I,ve had a talk with natwest help in the past they told me to call or email fraud team and i still got no answer as to why my account was blocked then closed, the only thing i did was buy some furniure that i needed but could not buy because of lockdown.

  @pandorablake Because of money laundering, banks have been forced to ask for proof of funds for a number of years. For NatWest (13 years ago) the amount was something like £500 in cash and you had to prove that the funds were obtained legally. Your accountant should be able to help.
