@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@NatWest_Help I have tried to set up my Sainsburys credit on the NatWest app as instructed. The customer number emailed locks me out and re-registering you can’t match me against your records. Haven’t been able to get far enough to use the activation code text to me.

@peterliamjones @danhind What about when your banking, utilities, phone, insurance, social media, HMRC, medical records, eBay, Vinted, etc accounts are all linked? Like Farage with NatWest - you say or do something they don’t like, they’ll block you, or HMRC feel you owe them money and just dip right in.

@NatWest_Help my Sainsbury’s credit card was declined for my Sainsbury’s order this morning and no one can help until 7th October? I’ve called #sainsburys and NatWest this am. I thought it was supposed to be a seamless transfer?

Ammanford had midland bank, natwest, barclays, lloyds...3 down, 1 to go. Actually there is a cash machine in co-op, a bit out of the way. If people start going there, it will fill up their carpark fast and stop co-op customers going in, think they have 4 spaces plus disabled

Loyal customer of @NatWest for 30 years, got into a bit of a mess, paying out over £800 pm on debts! Ask Natwest for a loan to clear all my debts and halve my monthly outgoings to which they say ' we can't give you a loan right now as we don't think you can afford the repayments!

I find @NatWestGroup online services so bl*&dy frustrating!@@ People are nice, service is sh*t. My dad used to say Natwest is Best... not anymore dad! You'd turn in your grave!!
