Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@natwest your Mastercard Commercial credit card app ClearSpend is about much use as a chocolate fire guard and also trying to get through to Customer Services is another joke the wait time to get through is far too long but that you get with staff working from home

@Classicbritcom My dad worked at natwest bank hitchin and in those days all the banks would have a member of staff meet up with like from all other banks to physically hand over cheques etc michael Robbins was one of those bank workers dad met modt says till one day he wasn't working 1 of 2

@NatWest_Help can’t believe how awful service is from NatWest bereavement team. Had my Sister in tears, will not call when they say (Sophie) or provide a contact number to resolve an issue they have caused. Shocking service

@FredPickles007 NatWest here I don't think anything goes in NatWest at least till after 2am I might be wrong tho. Sick this **** now it's stressful and not being able to plan ahead is the worst . Understood it's allot but the fact that it's so hit and miss it's a piss take

@PeppeSan_ What are you looking for from a card? Amex has some benefits and discount offers. They also have cashback. I don’t really use it but should. If I used it an not my NatWest card, I would have lots more cashback tbh. I like it for certain event access.

@AskNationwide My mum doesn't understand she has lack of capacity so is trying to remain independent with my support. All I wanted was someone to call her and run through security and check her account hasn't been fraudulently used. When I rung NatWest with same issue they were amazing.

@MoneySavingExp NatWest/RBS have coin machines for account holders with no fee or ask bank for coin bags & get counting, can only pay in so many bags at a time but will help with the carrying 💰
