@JohnHann0404 NatWest yea does it I closed my account current accounts down awhile ago when I noticed it in may this year. Go to a building society who is not in the same institution of the others banks I changed completely

Look at this, Jean. 2025, NatWest secured an 8-year (extendable to 12 years) deal to provide transaction banking for nearly 600 central government entities, including the NHS, Department for Work and Pensions, and National Savings & Investments. @JohnHann0404 John, I bank with NatWest and have looked for references to the carbon footprint and found nothing. It could be that I access the bank on my laptop. I don't have a smart phone so can't download their banking app. Perhaps that is where the data is shown?

@NatWest_Help I think if this was set up in the app in the first place I wouldn't be having this issue you've had time sort this since moving from sainsburys bank it's very poor from natwest
