    Anyone banking with @NatWestGroup BEWARE. I have been the victim of a major scam and NatWest have done NOTHING about it. I’ve only been a client for 40 years. An ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Please share. And no help from @NatWest_Help. An utter JOKE.

    £200 Billion GBP just left my account to pay for everyone university debt from 1999 up until 2026 in both the UK and America. It’s fine, I’ve been making some wise investments lately and NatWest are paying me well, and I earnt quite a bit by selling Barclays back to the Baron’s. So I’m good for it, plus on top of the tour and then the vegas shows, I’ll be able to support both Elle, I and our daughter from my income. So, I’m good for it.     @EllardKing My 1.45% 5yr fix ends 31.08.26. NatWest new offer received last Friday, is 5.02%. ‘Only’ £250 more per month so lucky compared to some, but that’s £3K per year, less I can save/invest. I agree that the 4/5% mark is closer to what I should expect so time to get used to it.

    I was in a union at NatWest and honestly they seemed more interested in protecting the company relationship than representing ordinary staff. So spare me the lecture that unions automatically speak for all working people.

    @sabaone @NatWest The current account on the online bank goes back 7 years, but the credit card goes back only six months. The customer service bods say they can only access back a year. Sounds like a fob off to me.

    the thing AI has never once been able to do is walk into a room, understand the real problem before anyone's articulated it, and make a call that changes the direction of the product. I've done that at Sky, Virgin Media, NatWest and Citibank. that's still the job. and it always will be.
