@antisemitism Apparently, it's a commercial decision for NatWest to freeze / close accounts of people who use NatWest accounts to pay Israeli national health insurance via the govt website Anyone see any rationale and connection or is the obvious, the truth that they are hiding

Trying to set up motorcycle insurance with #MCEInsurance is like trying to pull my own teeth out, via my arsehole! Last week, encountered payment problem twice, even though payment authorised via @NatWest_Help #Natwest app twice, yet two full payments were taken! Today, same 1/2

@PaddyNoWheels @AaronDiskin1 @1rhysparsons If they aren't taking RBS and Natwest that would suggest they've been blacklisted as they're under the same parent company. My mate had the same issue when he couldn't pay a debt owed to them.

@Gilana25 I have had that also but freezing current accounts without notice at all leaves you with no access to cash or your own money as Natwest stick to it for 60 days

Natwest have the worst record out of 18 financial institutions when it comes to having customer complaints upheld by the ombudsman. Bear that in mind when you chose your bank

@NatWest_Help They’re broken everyday that I go in but the refurb is crap! This is why NatWest keep scoring at the lowest comparing to other banks! It’s not the nicest experience

@IsraeliAvraham The fact that Natwest closed his account before mine proves it was something they "think" he did but the ONLY thing he did was try to pay health insurance. I doubt any sane person would describe the Israel Government Health Service as a branch of the Mafia

@thebigbadger Natwest hide behind generalities as they know they could be sued if they told the truth. I have made a formal complaint to Natwest as this has to be done but rest assured this is going to the Ombudsman Everything is frozen no access no login can't even get statements

Just found out that last year, in the middle of a global pandemic. @Natwest kindly doubled the interest on my overdraft - I've been paying 40% (was 20%) for 12months! Customer service's response on the 'increase': "If you have used the overdraft the charges are legitimate." 🤯
