@georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

@NatWest_Help are your staff trained to deal with face to face customers? Staff in our local NatWest were stating mask wearing is ‘Law’ & it’s ‘Unlawful’ not to wear one. When educated they called the Police who put them in their place and had to serve an unmasked customer…

@NatWest_Help 2/ shockingly bad service, do not trust that Natwest child trust fund can be trusted to properly administer these accounts. The bank has a responsibility to give investors access to their funds in accordance with the law, and that means SWIFT communication

@yahgirlkim Ah okay, if your online account is locked you'll need to call our customer service team on 03457888444 to confirm your balance. Or if you have an active debit card you can check this at a NatWest, RBS or Tesco ATM machine. I hope this helps. 👍 Sam.
