@LameMeercat @NatWest @binance NatWest is just one of the banks blocking them. Why not ask Binance why the regulator in multiple countries are after them and many banks block payments? Oh... and why Binance blocks GBP withdrawals.

@NatWest_Help What deposit? Phoned NatWest - message says go online. The Cora bot was useless. Person on web chat was unable to help. I tried the app's unreliable messaging facility. Person unable to help. I contacted you on Twitter. You bring up deposits for some reason. Does anyone care?

@s0upersue @Barclays When I was a student they were the only bank who’d touch me. I had been with Midland but they treated me like a criminal. NatWest are just **** and back then there wasn’t really another choice

@NatWest_Help Sorry Jordan. It's Ok. I just wanted to know why Natwest was blocking peoples payments to Binance (A perfectly safe crypto currency exchange) Not really anything to do with support. Just wanted Natwest to know its actions look stupid/ignorant. No need to reply.

As usual, dire customer service from NatWest - why didn't I move years ago - apathy! The key issue is that they organise themselves by department - so you end up being bounced from person to person.

@alexblogg @NatWest_Help @firstdirect Yeah I used the current account switching service, which should be fine, but I have a few other accounts/services/loans/ISAs etc that I need to sort too. Going in to my local NatWest branch to settle and close everything now

@NatWest_Help I've only had reason to use the facility in the past couple of days. It's been showing this message intermittently for that time. I've now given up with the service and will visit a NatWest branch instead
