@pixlz @NatWest_Help I am seeing on another forum from a poster a year ago that there is a problem sending OTP messages from Natwest to Virgin Mobile. Guess who we're with? @NatWest_Help – you need to do a *lot* better than this. If we can't do things online, we'll find a bank that can.

@NatWest_Help Significantly shorter opening hours- to the point its impossibly to go outside of work hours. Slower transactions and processing of pay-ins and deposits. And the most painfully slow service I have ever seen in a bank. Help explain to me why I'm still with Natwest?

Wow! @AskNationwide are prepared to let me leave as a customer over this issue because they won't admit there is any fault on their side. At least NatWest offered me a solution. Absolutely disgraceful.

It was the final of the Natwest Trophy and with 5 wickets down we had turned off the TV in frustration. This friend didn’t know this background & unknowingly switched on the TV.

@leoniedelt I use NatWest, never had any issues with them in the past 15 years. I have heard people have had bad experiences with them, but I've never had any issues at all.
