@NatWest_Help My son has been trying for 3 days now to get in touch re his NatWest Online Investment. The online portal does not work and he’s been on hold on the phone for hours each day. This is really poor customer service and extremely frustrating.

I went to my local store for Milk. I have the funds in my bank, no issue there. My contactless card would not work, **** NatWest. I tried my pin and reached a limit. Because I rarely use my pin. Some random woman just paid for me 😭 I have faith in humanity

Has anyone actually managed to access their child trust fund once its been transferred over to Natwest?! We have been trying since my daughters 18th birthday last September & they don't appear to want to give it to her! We're still jumping through hoops 🙄@natwesthelp

@krakensupport @krakensupport Hi! Are you aware of any issues with 3D Secure payment when trying to buy crypto with Visa Debit cards? I've never had an issue before until today. The 3D Secure box pops up, it shows "NatWest" and then goes blank and I can't hit 'continue'.
