  Myself is a Natwest customer. Branch personnel has no knowledge about the correction of this error. They did not take any responsibility to help me, its their branch ATM, and they did not prompt any relevant team to rectify the error that caused their ATM.

  @RBS_Help Hi. I need a telephone number for a team in RBS that will deal with charges placed on a property from an old defaulted loan. I know NatWest have a customer facing legal team for this, we need the RBS equivalent as well, it’s not listed anywhere on the website.

  @LloydsBank been trying to transfer my savings out of my account over to my account with NatWest. I have done everything customer services told me to do including going into branch to update my signature and show my ID on the 16th April. Why can’t I transfer my money?

  As a HSBC customer and seeing how easy things are with my bank, online banking and the app, I just cannot fathom why anyone bothers with NatWest? Even to rest your mobile number you get locked.out, have to wait 3 working days for a code to come in the mail and then 3 days after
