@NatWest_Help every time I use my NatWest card on @AmazonUK it declines. Even with sufficient funds and don’t even get the option to verify via the app. Is this a know issue? I still have a visa debit rather than Mastercard.

@NatWest_Help I’ve had a voicemail left from NatWest(naming my local branch) from a mobile number, asking me to call back on a slightly different number (I think-I have no signal at home so it was a little broken up!) or asking me to email them back…does this sound genuine? 🤔

Hey @NatWest_Help we found someone's NatWest debit card in the road and have been hanging on for 32 mins to report it. How can we report this online? Your website assumes the card belongs to us.

@BeaumontDMD @Barclays Every time I visit a bank branch there's a queue. During the 2020 lockdown they were down the street at my local NatWest.

@kwallis7 @NatWest_Help There's a fantastic solution for that, use the switching service to move your money away from Natwest like I've just done.

@SuzieWo20886208 @snowy2007 NatWest wouldn’t extend overdraft to support busy studio through cash flow crisis in 93. Had to close. The month after my building society became a bank I received a repossession order. I had been found “fit for work” by Atos but waiting (a year) for neuro consult. #Banks

@NatWest_Help @Paper_hands92 Hi NatWest, it’s not your money!! The customer can do anything they want with their money as long as it’s legal. And you wonder why people have had enough of banks!

@Sliwinski Yeah. I've got that setup but the Lloyd's rate when I choose to convert is so bad compared to the market rate. For the next one, probably need a decent way to go from NatWest to Wise in USD or something. Have you solved that? Also not with Lloyds this time so that might help?
