@Bitcoinmaxi100 @NatWest_Help Please be aware of Natwest employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who stole a customer's cash deposit and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead. Please be aware as more employees may be involved and always check your receipts.

@Holdburger No once you book a rate it will not go up but will go down if rates go down. Also NatWest has no 5 year deal at that rate. Dm me for more help

@sytaffel Well quite, this irked me too. I'm particularly suspicious of NatWest's involvement. They make claims about their green credentials on the COP website, but they are still financing fossil fuels.

@NatWest_Help @NatWest APPALLING TREATMENT of a 92 year old who has lost her husband and been a customer of yours for over 30 years. A formal complaint has been raised but we are moving banks. This is the Rugby branch by the way - absolutely zero customer service.

@MartinSLewis the current NatWest switching service clearly stated that existing account holders could switch (from select to reward for instance) and still claim £150.00. As of this morning, they have reneged this. Letter to ombudsman on way.

Anyone else been pushed onto a MasterCard from a VISA card and had issues ? My bank NatWest are also doing it before December so I'm not too pleased. Might've been nice to be consulted
