  @NatWest_Help Hello! 👋 Hope all is well in Natwest towers. I need to give my employer my branch info, It was Prestwich, which closed, now its Cheetham Hill which is closing. I was told I can use the Bolton Service Centre but thats closed. Is it Chatham or Head office? I give?

  @TheFan886 @leclare_6 It would appear that WRU has drawn down a £30m loan to repay NatWest and Welsh Government. They also have a Rolling Credit Facility £25m plus the option to draw down £5m for future capital projects. The deal is in place for another three and a half years and they'll go to market again for better terms in about two years time.

  @NatWest_Help @TheFCA @financialombuds for the record, I have been lied to by NatWest. I was promised my case would be referred to a specialist team within 24-48 hours, and now been told they aren't going to help me because they are still within 8 weeks of the complaint (made 7.5 weeks ago)

  We are stuck in Dubai, and have Natwest Platinum travel insurance through Allianz. Just tried to contact the UAE branch of Allianz and they have said our policy is not valid here, and to call UK support number. What kind of Travel insurance are you offering?

Major banks, including NatWest and Lloyds, have closed branches in the area, stating that they must adapt to changing customer habits, as many users now prefer to bank online. It’s down to the public being pushed to use online banking. Not @Keir_Starmer

  @scriptwren I’m not confident they’ll be a supply by Friday as the causes are so vague. As you say, there have been problems for several years.I’m sure they’ve enjoyed their dividends but the #NatWest et al have some investing to do.There needs to be a proper plan, honesty & transparency 2/2

  @GSGB01 Yes JC we need people with knowledge and support from the nation , Sharon Osbourne next, we need someone that is one off the top brass from the bank off England or other financial field that isn't a fake cashier at NatWest like we have now , MPs that make a difference

  @NicholasGuyatt Was actually In at the time block rock owned ex NatWest towers which had an American dorm for foreign students. Had shops selling American candy. Our resto was in there. Cost approx 500£/wk in 05. We also worked with Hoxton urban lodge who had rooms starting at 29£
