@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@emilyinkpen I don't think that's necessarily a problem that needs fixing; there are scammers on Twitter, sure, but none of them are acquiring blue ticks and using them to trick people into believing they're speaking to *the* NatWest bank, eg. If you can buy verification, that will get worse.

@NatWest_Help I can’t get access to my online banking and use my card for 4 days now, I tried to speak to your customer service but they refuse to give me a reason and not sure when I can get help !!! Since when you Natwest like to keep people’s money like this ?!!!

@NatWest_Help if considering a switch to NatWest… DONT! Every promise they make, they break. They WONT make sure all your DD’s are paid, they WONT complete in 7 working days, they WONT set up your card in ApplePay when the number’s generated. Lies, all lies. They’re truly awful.

@IrvineWelsh @ContraHitch99 I used to work in the Maidenhead branch of Natwest and Coutts were in another league, might be worth a look tbh. I wouldn't recommend TSB bloody awful in Broughty Ferry

@johnlewishelp @KatieMarieWales I have called the old JL Partnership Card team a few times now, I stuge to hear them and they have issues hearing me and keep saying they haven’t received the payment and it won’t work after 31st and to speak to NatWest. NatWest says it’s been sent and accepted by JL. Stressful!

@MoneySavingExp Natwest site is a mess. Going round in circles due to Joint account. Basically it seems you can't use the switch service for a joint account. Have to first open a sole account and later add another person. Pain in the butt.
