    @essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

    @NatWest_Help @financialombuds Finding it impossible to raise a complaint about NatWest's mortgage service. Online complaint form is broken. Apologised to by a phone agent as no one in complaints is picking up. Almost as if they're trying to make it impossible to complain...

    @RobinaWills Barclays seem to be the only ones doing it, NatWest, HSBC, Lloyds, RBS, et al, don’t seem to have a problem. We even have a UK government backed NS&I account with a French address on it. The Barclays things sounds fishy to me.

    .@NatWest_Help Natwest. The bank that cancels your card before you receive a new one. Leaving you stranded with no fuel 20miles from home. With customer service agents that lie to you about resolving the issue. Can't wait to switch to a new bank after 21 year.

    I'm just saying like my local branch of HSBC has closed down, and also, like there is a betting shop Barclays Halifax NatWest all in this town. Coming to think of it I don't even know if NatWest is here anymore. Like bare confusing
