Unfortunately due to bollard failure in Watford the 500 service will be serving Natwest bus stop instead of the High Street. Many apologies for the inconvenience caused

@NatWest_Help No Mark. I needed to take more than £250 out but apparently with natwest that isn't possible at the weekend. What is the point in a self service bank when I can deposit cheques on your app, literally the only thing I can't do is access my literal money which is what I need.

  • JJRGriffiths James Griffiths (@JJRGriffiths) reported

@NatWest_Help Appreciate that Sarah. Slight issue. App won't allow cheque pay-in of +£750. The PO shouldn't be picking up NW slack on weekends. Best to get pay in booths on the exterior of NatWest banks so customers can pay in all cheques & cash 24/7, to make up for shocking branch opening hrs

@tastecard trying to register via my Natwest platinum account and it is asking me for a membership number. When I sign in online, I cannot find the number on my tastecard account. Cannot login via your app as it keeps crashing.

As a NatWest Mobile Banking customer, I need my bank balance to be displayed using Goliath-sized digits, So that someone 5 metres away from me can also view my bank balance.

@TwoSyncOfficial I was with barclays before and had many problems with them. I moved to natwest and they have been great

@curexcomplex My brick and mortar bank is NatWest, so basically RBS. I’ve mercifully had no major issues yet, but compared to Monzo and the like, they’re just no where near as easy to work with
