    @essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

    @NatWestBusiness Been a NatWest business customer for 25 years my new manager rang me I imagined he was going to visit my premises and get to know me & my company but NO NatWest has stopped mangers visiting business customers!!. Digital meetings😡😡😡 box ticking for them😡👎🏼

    @MartinSLewis @DrFionaCares I am leaving NatWest after 40 yrs because my nearest branch is now over 7 miles away, there are no cash points & they can’t explain why my second set of 2 debit cards refuse to work in card machines. And don’t get me started on bloody Cora… Customer service is dead.

    @NatWest_Help i’ve now made three attempts to make a payment around £300. Each time I’m being asked to approve the transaction and when I go into my account there is nothing waiting to be approved. It really is a rubbish system with NatWest as I have no such issues with oth accts

    @JamesMelville Agreed. My Mum is 94. Her savings account is with NatWest but she can’t access it because she doesn’t bank online or have the app. NatWest won’t accept my POA because it’s not digital. Absolutely no solution. She can’t access her own savings

    My NatWest app asked me to enter pin rather than bio fingerprint login now it just keeps timing out i can't login using a browser as i need to approve in the app. Any ideas @NatWest_Help

    @MartinSLewis The BBC had a piece on their website yesterday about cheques from HMRC not scanning on the app and she had to go miles to pay it in. My elderly housebound mum had the same problem this year. My sister tried to scan and pay it but it wouldn’t work on the NatWest app.

    I did exactly that with NatWest and got an apology and compensation. (Think it was £100) Clearly an issue with training that needs highlighting.

    @Helixd @OborneTweets It was entirely different. Coutts didn’t debank him. It told him he was no longer welcome as a customer and offered him an ordinary NatWest account - it owns Coutts. It was F who turned it into a victimisation story.

    There needs to be something about Ultra @Revolut but just below private banking I'd love that concierge service NatWest are marketing to me but at Revolut
