@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@emdehaney I've Got Bills by...who gives a ****. They played it 8-10 times a day while I was working in NatWest and I quickly grew to loathe it.

@thomaslaker @NatWest_Help Yeah, NatWest a bank so terrible when I opened a business account, they opened it to the wrong address, sent the cards and chequebook to the wrong address, then refused to change it because I didn’t have any of the documents.

Safety Warning to #NatWest customers. I’m in Senegal (a country I can’t bring money into). I had registered my debit card as ‘going abroad’ however when I arrived at 2am, my card was frozen and I am still unable to access money. What kind of bank puts a woman in this situation?

@Mackorous transferred money on thursday to my natwest account. but the money won’t come into my account until after the bank holiday, which is why bank of irlesnd is a **** bank

@VirginMoney Still no banking on the first of the month horrendous and real lack of customer service. Surely more updates and a timescale would be a minimum of courtesy. I’m going back to NatWest who aren’t amazing but absolutely blind Virgin in all departments
