@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@MartinSLewis please support those of us trying to access our NatWest child trust fund accounts. Lots of people on here affected and we’re just being ignored by @NatWest_Help and @RBS_Help. Paid into my son’s account for years and now can’t access. Can they do that?

@NatWest_Help Such c**p service from Natwest. 17th feb: your refund will be 2-3 days 21st feb: "they meant 4-5 days" 24th feb: "by the end of the day" 25th feb: "they meant today" Today: "they're not in until Monday" Do you f**k everyone around this much?

@NatWest_Help been on hold for over 4 hours this week to get my child's trust fund account number! ring as soon as lines open and no difference. In branch can't help. Losing trust that natwest should be looking after money at all. Can hmrc move the account as we can't access it?

@NatWest_Help Is NatWest online currently meant to be working? It keeps telling me my number or password or anything else is wrong. No doubt, if I am not careful, if will lock me out.

What's the criteria for making it into this list? Not to jump on you but I'm very aware of what working mothers go through and I really just don't want to see people being misguided into hostile work environments. Natwest don't even have a HR function you can speak to easily 🙄

@NatWest_Help connor i appreciate the help from you, The natwest international payments website & yourself give out conflicting numbers to call just no opening times on the website, so i will forward a complaint off at this point this has gone on for 4 hours & i am still no further forward.
