  @liveindetail @NatWest_Help Nope, the app and website is totally ‘bricked’, but someone at NatWest did it, not you. You just have to wait for them to fix it.

  @Janssen99_ Just to let you know #natwest app and online banking has gone down, hardly surprising after the amount.of people continuously refreshing the app looking for their payment. All the government had to do was state an actual date for people instead of putting us all through this !

  He then called back and said he was walking home. Tried to send him money - NatWest is down so I’ve told him to stop at McDonald’s and wait for me to arrive so I can drive him home. He had no food since lunch no water no money (90p) I didn’t want him getting sunstroke
