@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

Sorry to all the people who followed me for history stuff, but this is probably going to turn into a "why can't natwest do this one thing right" account until they finally fix it. I've only been trying to sort this out since 2016, so shouldn't be too much longer, right?

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK I banked with them for years in fact i was a midland bank customer when HSBC bought it out I had a savers account which they recently closed I tried to open a current account and it was so hard to it was like they didn’t know who I was I went to @NatWest and open one in minutes!
