@DrHoenderkamp @HSBC_UK NATWest exactly the same. Absolutely disgraceful customer service

  • macinfoirl Dr. Simon Spence (@macinfoirl) reported

@GabbyMonaghan Yes I agree. The Ulster Bank app uses the same template as the NatWest app and got better and better over the years. Really hope we get some better competition. BOI’s app isn’t a real app (web page inside an app format). AIB customer care terrible. Hard to find good service

@VirginMoney after an appalling start and ongoing issues after leaving Barclays as you offered a cheaper packaged bank account, we are off to NatWest! @richardbranson

  • heylvlvhey Kitty Forman's Laugh (@heylvlvhey) reported

So a retailer has stated IN WRITING at a least 3 times that they issued me a refund on 12/03/22 but I NEVER RECEIVED IT! #Natwest refuses to help just because the original transaction was in 2020. I'm just at a loss at this point @NatWest_Help

  • notfunnymatthew Matthew (@notfunnymatthew) reported

I genuinely cannot believe how completely terrible every single aspect of NatWest's online banking and app are.

  • delh3412 Del Monty (@delh3412) reported

@Libstar90 @NatWestGroup @NatWest_Help Yep same here, looks absolutely awful. To the point that I actually may move my account to another bank. #toycard #debitcard #natwest

  • HRussellLancs Harriet Russell (@HRussellLancs) reported

What the frig is going down at @NatWest_Help? Double payments taken from my account, still no refunds two days later, three phone calls, two terminated mid call just as they went to ‘process a credit’. Sort it out NatWest, absolutely shocking service, I’ve got kids to feed.

  • StewartWood Stewart Wood (@StewartWood) reported

Howard Davies (Chair of NatWest) making a compelling case on @BBCr4today for Govt help on the #CostOfLivingCrisis to come through large benefit boosts rather than tax cuts - far better targeted on those with low income & no savings. More efficient, more just. Hard to disagree.

  • luyi78132843 Jason_Yee (@luyi78132843) reported

NatWest chair says best way to help poorest is through benefits . Across-the-board tax cut would be blunt, very costly and give wealthy a boost, warns Howard Davies.

So #natwestbank #natwest be duplicating ppl debit card purchases now I can't pay my council tax and no one that work at the bank can tell me when my money will be sort or how long the issue will continue 🤔 🙄 😐 I'm not rich I don't have disposable income.
