@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@NatWest_Help As a result of NatWest having incorrect fax numbers and a CHAPs form that would not download on the international section of their website I have had to pay £1619.92 in extra admin fees, legal fees and interest purchasing a property as it took hours to sort out!

@NatWestBusiness dreadful service from NatWest Business this evening. Not been informed that cards online was discontinued. Have had to deal with ‘Cora’s’ limits and have been pushed around 6 different departments and I still can’t login to get my statements.

@santanderukhelp I need to pay my credit card and can see the account details, sort code and instructions about using my cc number as the reference. But Natwest is not accepting my name as the payee and this must be exact for it to set up a payment. Please help

@NatWest_Help need help with the CTF. Can’t find daughters paperwork, she’s now 18. It was with ulster bank then transferred to NatWest. Since then, I’ve got married so name changed, my daughters surname has changed via deed-poll and we’ve moved address. Tried 2ring no answer

But I recognise it’s 1am & had a stressful few days. So no hasty decisions. But still have the problem of reimbursing my friend. Then I remember my little used @StarlingBank account. I transfer the money from my Natwest account to my @StarlingBank one. Within 10 minutes I’m done
