@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@CoinDesk It's wrong on so many levels that a bank blocks you making such transfers. If I had a Natwest account I'd definitely shut it. At the same time, if they let you, you can't then start crying and try to claim when you do actually get scammed, buy a **** coin that crashes, etc.

@NatWest_Help @NatWest_Help very lovely online chat agents who cannot help at all. Will be going to the regulator as NatWest has betrayed our trust as customers and are leaving my pensioner parents £4000 out of pocket. Really quite disgraceful.
