@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@LisaMeighan @StarlingBank So glad you managed to get your money back! No unfortunately same old response from them for a month now even though NatWest immediately refunded me. I've taken my custom elsewhere now they won't be getting a penny more from me & expecting them to be shut down within the year.

@NatWest_Help just joined NatWest and it’s such a long process….! Have a card, don’t know the sort code or account number. Can’t access anything online until the card reader arrives. I get there are extra security processes these days but this is too much…

@NatWest_Help Thank you Cathy. But surely If I am verifying using the NatWest app and I have biometric approval activated within the app, that I shouldn’t be restricted in making a purchase. Can this be highlighted as the verification is there to make sure it’s the customer.
