    @essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?     @exRAF_Al @miriam_cates @WilliamClouston finalizing the NatWest/RBS sale at such a significant loss, Labour government isn't just balancing books; they are erasing the evidence. Once the shares are gone, the "investment" is over, and the loss becomes a legacy issue.

    Sure I'd pay a million dollars to listen to Chinua Achebe in person...but s a NatWest customer, I'd rather speak to a bland and boring but well spoken Caroline Mutoko than have Chinua Achebe on the other end of the line discussing my overdraft limit.

    @NatWest_Help well I am stuck here in Mauritius with no flights and travel company only covering 3 extra days of accommodation and then guess what my NatWest travel insurance excludes flight cancellation as a result of war I am alone and no help from Alliance

    Smiley Culture: NatWest On Line (1986). This is one of two adverts reggae star Smiley Culture did for the bank, promoting their On Line bank accounts aimed at teenagers. UK banks leaned heavily into the teenage market in the 1980s, on the assumption that customers rarely changed bank accounts. If you got the customer young they would stay with you for life, so why not give them a cash card and a free sports bag when they were 14?

    @JonBergdahl @alicemodigliani Not surprised after looking around my local NatWest this morning. Staff wearing football shirts! WTF. I let person behind me go first so I at least got the Tottenham shirt cashier. Then I was interrogated why I was withdrawing a few grand in cash.

    @NatWest_Help Head Office need to investigate this flawed Access Issue and fire the lunatic who was responsible for it . Other banks donโ€™t have this issue. This time wasting by NW is the worst call experience I have ever had. 0/10 NatWest- DO BETTER, RESPECT YOUR CUSTOMERS
