@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@TateTheTalisman 2 years ago, NatWest did the same to a Ltd company account of which I was signatory & Director. Just a company set up to maintain & repair 1 block of 72 flats. £120k locked for 15 months. Similar emails to your messages. We survived on monthly cash + borrowing from another co.

Hey @NatWestGroup applied for rewards account 72 hours back, the account was converted more than 48 hours back and still can’t access NatWest Membership Services. Tried signing in through NatWest and manually registering, same error no account details. Any help @NatWest_Help?

@AutoInfatuation NatWest same company as Ulster Bank who are an awful bank LloydsTSB, as they were, used to like me when I was solvent. But when I had issues they were on my like a ton of bricks, not a sympathetic bank

@PunkMacro @julianHjessop By 1977 Natwest reported they had more than one million Access Card Holders. In my Non Exec position at the FLA consumer credit came under my remit so I found put a lot more about Credit Cards than I knew before.

@audibleuk if you know you have an issue with NatWest, maybe don’t cancel your customers accounts and make them loose all their credits. Maybe investigate first before your take it out on your customers. Disgusting

@njr_private @VeryGrumpyStats I'd say turn some road infrastructure to toll-based companies probably. Does the government not get a decent amount of revenue from NatWest? As a SWF enjoyed I feel obliged to support it

@AutoInfatuation Avoid NatWest, they have a bizarre rule where cash has to clear!! Pay cash in and it doesn't appear until the following day if paid in before 3pm, after 3pm then it's 2 days excluding weekends!! Also awful customer service. I'd go with HSBC out of your choice. ☺

@NatWest_Help when did the once great NatWest customer service become so poor. Impossible to get through to anyone and archaic phone system that just repeats the same rubbish over and over with no option to speak to a human being
