@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@NatWest_Help hi, my daughter turned 18 recently and we are having a terrible time trying to get through to NatWest to take control of trust fund! Online portal won’t register, nobody answers phone, been on hold for over hr with still no answer! No answer with online chat either!

Sorry to all the people who followed me for history stuff, but this is probably going to turn into a "why can't natwest do this one thing right" account until they finally fix it. I've only been trying to sort this out since 2016, so shouldn't be too much longer, right?
