@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@BarclaysUKHelp I was trying to buy something online but my payment kept being declined and I don’t know why, tried different cards but no joy. No error code just payment declined. Used husbands NatWest card and it went through fine.

@J_A_Wilson @scoopster6 Natwest Plc is an English bank registered in London and always has been. RBS plc is a Scottish bank (11% of Natwest Group) and these does almost no business outside Scotland. The 2021 Balance Sheet was £102 bn. It can't leave Scotland other than by closing down.

@santanderuk can you PLEASE redesign your UI for your online banking. Its irritating . I'm tired of pressing buttons that all look the same and end up pressing the wrong digits. And repeatedly getting locked out of my account. No problem with my Natwest/starling. Just yours. 😫

My vulnerable son had an email on Monday saying that his account has been blocked. It’s now Thursday &, despite emailing as instructed & responding to the reply that he received, he is still blocked. He’s extremely distressed, no food, no fuel. #Natwest no help! Just say email 😡
