  @essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

  @ukboomers 1983 and my long standing bank manager turned down my loan application. Went to house builder and put a £100 deposit on a 2 bed semi then he called NatWest and I got accepted that day. Six weeks later got the keys. Easy peasy

  @NatWest_Help Somethinhbis going with accessing accounts, i’ve been locked out for no reason, i’ve asked other people with natwest banking and they’re having the same issue. have you been hacked, google said there’s been no confirmation

  @NatWest_Help So because the NatWest app now effectively doesn’t support paying in cheques I paid in a cheque at the post office. I didn’t realise that all this means in practice is putting it in an envelope and praying. Of course it hasn’t arrived in my account

  @NatWest_Help please can someone contact me as I have been unable to book a holiday with Jet2 due to “PSD2 SCA issue” the NatWest adviser suggests I have to speak to Jet 2 to resolve and I find it hard to believe that a major bank and a major holiday company cannot interoperate

  RBS - the bad news never stops for this entity. Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?   @btcjvs Fixed rate ends August 31st this year, NatWest won't let us find and fix in until less than 120 days before rate ends😬

  @KatieW456938 Thanks for raising these points. We’ve checked and the revised FAQs were not shared with the Unite NatWest reps in advance of publication but Unite will raise these issues on Monday. A Unite FAQ set was issued this afternoon.

  @JoeStephenson96 Tbf bankers and people working at a bank are different, if someone turned up to their customer facing role at NatWest hammered I don't think they'd last very long
