  Today, @CamdenCouncil, your scheme failed a frail, elderly woman in a significant way. She flagged me down at the intersection of Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Street, urgently needing help to pick up her elderly friend at the NatWest bank on Tottenham Court Road. What should have been a quick one-minute journey along a major thoroughfare turned into a frustrating 16-minute detour. The reality is that Tottenham Court Road does not prioritise “inclusion.” It is absurd that accessible transport is prohibited from driving along one of London’s main roads. @TfL @LondonAssembly

  @NicholasGuyatt Was actually In at the time block rock owned ex NatWest towers which had an American dorm for foreign students. Had shops selling American candy. Our resto was in there. Cost approx 500£/wk in 05. We also worked with Hoxton urban lodge who had rooms starting at 29£

  @NatWest_Help Cont... the NatWest app lets me log in then I just get a blank screen. HMRC think the problem is with NatWest, as I can log in. I've been told it's not a known issue with you, but it's been happening to me for 2 weeks now. I've made several payments to HMRC this way before..cont.

  @afneil And also, she said “people working in a bank.” Not “bankers.” Somebody working at Natwest, opening accounts and helping pensioners with their PIN number enquiries should not be necking a couple of wines on their lunch break.

  @JimCognito2016 Banks have been closing down for years. NatWest in my area have nearly all closed. Not sure how he can pin it on Labour.

  @thetimepls @deirdrecostigan There’s a difference between having an opinion and just punching down. People in Southall needing accessible banking aren’t the problem — decisions by NatWest are. This just shifts blame away from where it belongs.
