@KrYpt923317 @NatWest_Help I called the support number up and they gave me those details. The name on the dd details is NatWest Nectar btw. My dd is with another bank and they told me to cancel and set up a new one with those details, yet you can’t do that. I can cancel my old one but not set up another.

@NatWest_Help I had a Sainsbury’s credit card which has now migrated to NatWest, but I can’t sign up to the app as I don’t have a customer number etc? Can’t view transactions or make payments as Sainsbury’s app has now closed.

Hi @NatWest_Help - think you should publish some comms about the transfer to NatWest from @Sainsburys_Bank I still can’t log in and I am clearly not alone judging by the many comments you’re dealing with. It’s unacceptable to be left for days without the old app and being 1/2

@NatWest_Help Cancelled my Sainsburys credit card because I didn't want to be a customer of NatWest, now getting texts and emails from NatWest saying "your credit card is now with NatWest". Is this fraud, or incompetence?

@IanCole18671 @ariaisquitecool @JonathanBrash Brown was responsible for the British part of the financial crisis by allowing RBS (his chum Fred the Shred) to buy NatWest RBS took both banks down by their irresponsible trading despite NatWest traders warning them in 2005/6 what would happen. Fred sacked the NW traders instead

@userds5050 @KelvinEHughes @ZiaYusufUK Or these customers might ve been fraudsters themselves? As NatWest and others shut down accounts with no explanation which is ok for uk customers I suppose… no issues with banking licenses…
