  @essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

It’s fine, I’ve been making some wise investments lately and NatWest are paying me well, and I earnt quite a bit by selling Barclays back to the Baron’s. So I’m good for it, plus on top of the tour and then the vegas shows, I’ll be able to support both Elle, I and our daughter from my income. So, I’m good for it.   @NatWest_Help customer service at natwest is dead. Got a platinum account that's useless. The insurance it comes with is worthless. Rang to complain, and they transferred me to the insurer I was complaining about. They tried to fob me off by transferring me to someone else. Joke.

  NatWest done bits with this new pots feature in this recent app upgrade 🥲👏🏾. They still have a few tweaks they gotta make (setting up standing orders and renaming pots without having to close them) but they have a customer for life in me I fear 🥲🥲🥲.

  @AaronBastani My Samsung S23 Ultra is insured through NatWest. I had a cracked screen, broken charging port & damaged frame. Paid £50 & got all three problems fixed plus new battery, all data restored. Took a man in a van at my house about an hr. Don't see the need for these EU restrictions.

  NatWest - your support for elderly people is so bad! You have very little empathy for relatives & you just don’t listen to those trying to help & resolve a problem. Call after call is the same! It’s like talking to a brick wall!

  @NatWest_Help i’ve now made three attempts to make a payment around £300. Each time I’m being asked to approve the transaction and when I go into my account there is nothing waiting to be approved. It really is a rubbish system with NatWest as I have no such issues with oth accts

  @kartik_kannan Impossible, not even news… but thats also the reason I sat through the entire Natwest final in 02 because I was leaving for the US right after that & was afraid that i may not get to see another game for a few years… though that didn’t happen… but glad i sat through that game.

  @NatWest_Help hi I placed a switch to HSBC from NatWest and I want to cancel. HSBC have been no help. Can you please reject the switch request please I don’t want to switch to them anymore
