@NatWest_Help hi! i tried to pay online with one of my cards but it kept declining - payment screen said to contact my bank. tried with my other natwest card and all was well. i have a suspicion that it's getting stuck at the authorisation part, is there anything to help? thx!

Hi #wakeuptomoney. A few days ago I twtd RBS/Natwest group were closing my acct with no reason. I've since seen FB group "Natwest closed down my account" this is happening to many people. Some aren't able to access ££ for weeks. Pls investigate why we being treated like this.

48 hours and no concrete help. And somehow it's legal for @natwest not to fix their mistakes which strand customers in other countries with no access to their funds.

I receive calls- now Really suspicious calls- from private numbers- today, yesterday was even spookiest calls. Croatian bank wants I to call them or give them my phone number. They can not do anything- they **** my 2 verification device- whats NatWest case

@VirginHolsHelp good morning, can you please help with a pending payment I need to have cancelled? The transaction failed when I initially tried to book a trip to Las Vegas on Sunday and I completed the booking using a different credit card. NatWest have been unable to help.
