    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @NatWest_Help @BristolPride Natwest give me back my money. Close my account and transfer my funds to the account provided. Both accounts same holder, same ID, but they don't do it. Eight months with no access to my money.

    Why are you closing down our local branch in Farnham #natwest? The staff don't know where they're going to work and locals are upset about it. Very good access to this branch for disabled users. Banked with @NatWestGroup all my adult life - why punish a community for profit?

    As a @natwest customer I’ve spent the most laborious morning trying to set up a @rooster_money account for the kids but the onboarding process is woefully painful and obstructive 😫. Do not recommend!Back to @gohenry - unless anyone else has any other recommendations?

    @NatWestGroup @beisgovuk Natwest 8 months with no access to my money, trying to prove my ID and address,the documents sent were never clear enough for the bank. Give me back my money.

    Problem at the bank. NatWest. Got told I’ll be called within the next two hours. Received call within five minutes. Man on the phone seemed nervous. I guess they didn’t want to lose such an important VIP. #purpletowel

    @Whistle_IOM @ManxMaid2 Never had an issue with HSBC and their app is pretty good. Barclyyou can customise your bank card and NatWest allow you to take emergency money from a cashpoint via their app if you have forgotten your card. Apart from that all banks are the same really

    @NatWest_Help What about giving me access to my mone? , 8months with no access to my money because they don't accept more than 50 files sent as valid proof of my ID or address. Natwest give me back my money.

    @NatWestGroup Natwest, no access to my account since january, no document sent is comsidered a valid proof of my ID or addres, so you don't transfer my funds to the new account provided. Natwest Give me back my money.

    @NatWest_Help morning, are there technical issues with your systems today? My monthly SO from my Lloyds account isn't showing & the app tells me I am overdrawn because of the SO to my NatWest savings account, but that money isn't showing in my savings so I can't transfer it back!
