  Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

  @NatWest_Help on the FAQ it states "This doesn't mean that we block cryptocurrency payments altogether but we will restrict payments to cryptocurrency exchanges that present the highest risk of financial harm." you said you cannot make payments to crypto through NatWest.

  @misslenn Good evening Amy, My apologies for the issues regarding your debit card. If you cannot unlock the card at an RBS or Natwest ATM, the process can be completed at a Tesco or Tesco express ATM. I hope this helps. (JF)

  Please reconsider if getting a #remortgage with @NatWest_Help - the Conveyancing company are so terrible my three year old could do better. Time to stop the ‘free’ legals and pay for a proper job NatWest
