    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @fbcommsagency I’m using Tide for one and NatWest for the other so far both oksy. But issues with NatWest blocking transactions when trying to make large payments to venues where I’ve had to head into branch which is deeply frustrating.

    @visitcamberwell 3 banks migrated from visa to ms in the past 5 years: NatWest, FD & Santander. Their total customer share is less than 8% of total UK Bank accounts. You're reaching.

    @bdjoetsu @japanese_lunch If it helps, I have a NatWest bank account in UK and have no problem whatever having a Japanese address. I can change address online, too. I also have a Santander account, which is as bad as NatWest is good.

    @HalifaxBank any idea why the natwest child trust fund website doesn't recognise your accounts? I'm trying to verify my halifax account to transfer my matured account balance to you. I'm putting the account no. and sort code in correctly but it won't verify it. @NatWest_Help

    @CrazyGoose Seen few accounts say various stats are close to the 2008 crash then this bank collapsed. Affects lots of people and could be start. Not sure how the government will help apart from ask NatWest to give them an account with £250k over draft or something?!

    @ChrisPage90 It does seem barmy Chris that in 2023 customer service *anywhere* can still be so bad, let alone at a large organisation such as Natwest. I bank with them so I hope I don't have need to get in touch!
