Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

Our resto was in there. Cost approx 500£/wk in 05. We also worked with Hoxton urban lodge who had rooms starting at 29£

If you set up biometric approval in the mobile app or Voice ID for Telephone Banking, you gave them consent to use this data. As per their email: "From 20th May, Natwest will use ‘legitimate interests’ to process biometric data, instead of your consent. Legitimate interests is a term in Data Protection Law, which means we use your data only when necessary and where we have carefully balanced your rights in the public interest." Bear this in mind as you cannot update your details or send more than £750 without using their biometrics service. @freddienew @DecentraSuze

Tyler (@TylerDurden) reported@Loopify @trader1sz I’ve had NatWest since I was 16 years old never had a problem. Linked to my Coinbase transferred probably £30mil through since 2016. However when they did flag one of my txs I upgraded account to black account which is like Amex black card. Have to retain a £100,000 balance at all times etc etc this allowed me to buy £250k of XRP, twice in 2019. So yeah upgrade your account.

Apurv Nagpal (@apurvnagpal) reported@NatWest_Help Hello NatWest For the Nth time - If you see what you think are fraudulent transactions on a customer's credit card - at best put a temp block, which the customer can solve via the app or via SMS / Whatsapp This is crucial, esp when the customer is abroad or busy with their life and doesn't want to spend 20 minutes on a call with customer service Why do you insist on this outdated 'call us' philosophy - without care to what your consumer is doing or wants ? How can you even just block, based on an algorithm, without providing a digital confirmation option (Email / phone / app) ? This is literally the tenth or fifteenth time this has happened in the last few years. Please can you fix this ?
