Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

Challenger bank alternatives to @NatWestBusiness please as they persistently block my cards, payments and mobile banking access because of international payments to a Portuguese account. If you are thinking of opening your business bank with NatWest, I urge you reconsider.

@uxcharlielouise @NatWest_Help I had to phone up in the end, the person I spoke to said I could do it on the app and I had to correct her and tell her I couldn't because there was a "known issue" with it, but doesn't seem like anyone at NatWest wants to fix it!

@HalifaxBank Are the hours being revised? NatWest are 4:30 and Lloyds are 5pm. It's getting that we'll need to switch banks. 3pm mon-fri just isn't realistic. I'll just have to try and get someone to take her into branch while I'm working. Could you pass it along to look at opening hours tia

@NatWest_Help Ref the Mobile iPad App the transaction page has become cluttered and less useful. Can we have the option to revert to what it was before. I have been a NatWest customer for 50 years and appreciate Mobile/Online Banking. I would be happy to talk to your app team.

@AskNationwide there still appears to be problems with online/telephone card payments. I have twice using my nationwide card to pay and it came up with there is an external problem with your bank. We used our account with NatWest and it worked.

@Barclays @BarclaysUKHelp he then has to beg down the phone for them to transfer some of his money to his NatWest debit card so he can get his basics, he can use this debit card without any issues over the internet to spend his money on what he chooses for however long he may

@JocularJu @arch_crimes This was the Ormskirk Street Congregational Church. It was replaced by the NatWest Bank building, which still stands on the site. APEC are actually a pretty high functioning historic preservationists. What did the congregation think of the church? What do they think of it now?
