Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

Absolutely fuming. Went to approve my Arctic Monkeys tickets purchase in the NatWest app, went to return to the website and the page had SHUT DOWN. No tickets for me 😭

@skip_tremaine @santanderukhelp @Amandajhall64 Well said - it’s shocking isn’t it and there seems to be no options at all. I have reported this to the financial ombudsman as funnily enough Barclays and NatWest aren’t having these issues.

@droopy_cock Her problem is she didn’t go to a broker ! NatWest are offering a 95% first time buyer product @ 4.59%. If you borrow 75% then it's 3.75% from Barclays!

@HenryPryor Henry, I am panicking. I can’t lock in a rate until the 1st of November and am extremely worried NatWest will up their current 3.79% 5 year fix to something a lot higher before I can remortgage in just over 4 weeks. Could end up costing me a fortune. Longest 4 weeks of my life!

@bbcquestiontime @BBCOne I'm simply noy buying this. I've just done a price comparison with NatWest. using the same deposit and value we purchased our first house. It used to cost us £950, it would now be £1013. It's not awful, yet.

had breakfast with a chap (big in databases) who told he'd forgotten Teradata, Db2 etc existed. Well, look at the customers, Natwest, Aviva etc. these guys down move systems on a whim
