Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

I’m on about my 10th customer service agent after my first call being a month ago (after visiting in store) and still absolutely no help from @NatWest_Help 6 years of saving in HTB and being told by HTB it ‘doesn’t count’ because I was missold by NatWest. Disgusting.

Hey @PayPalUK, I've not had access to one of my accounts for about five years, and yet NatWest informed me yesterday of a payment I apparently made. I can't even log in to dispute it as I don't have that number anymore. Please help.

I just realised I have an OA of NATWEST tomorrow!! Anyone help me if they can

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

@RKerr @wolsned The notice in the image is from NatWest bank, outlining their policy to ask questions or require notice for large cash withdrawals (over £2,000) to prevent fraud. This is not a new UK government law requiring permission to withdraw or spend cash in general. Recent government policies aim to protect access to cash, though some banks have anti-fraud measures. No widespread restrictions on spending cash exist as of August 2025.

@NatWest I am a loyal customer of NatWest now becoming a bank known as the apology bank. Every time they open their mouth we apologise we apologise. Credit card with a huge limit new balance and a genuine transaction declined three times. Tried to call them and nobody interested.

Went into a NatWest today and there was a corporate notice about an ATM dispensing £50 notes. Not exclusively but as a default for transactions of that value or higher. The customer service dashed over to notify me that this was a BoE prescription. A signal? @DominicFrisby
