    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @NatWest_Help 4 working days now not being able to contact CTF team, and it seems I’m not the only one. Why can NO ONE at Natwest help? Absolutely no one! They never answer the phone, don’t review tickets, the chat rooms a waste of space and never reply either! #poorcustomerservice

    Lmao called a help line in America and they kept calling NatWest - the national bank of Westminster and wouldn’t allow me to access my account if I called it NatWest 😭

    @Eva250178 That's fine. You can follow the below steps to try again: - Log in to your Natwest app, ensuring that you have the most recent version downloaded - Select the card you're trying to add then 'manage my card and google pay' 1/3

    @NatWest_Help Warning - never ever use NatWest for international transactions. They literally do not give a ****. They think their customers are children that are good blighted to sit down and shut up. No customer service. No customer rights. Literally in violation of bank code of conduct.

    @NatWest_Help Why can we not get hold of anyone at Natwest? My son has been trying to find out where all his money has gone. Raised a ticket - no reply. N the phone THREE times now for over 2 hours!! Can anyone help???

    @NatWest_Help hi, having issues getting my new CC verified on natwest Google pay app. Been told I can't do it, primary card holder can't do it. Spoke to someone a week ago, got told 72 hours,still nothing. Can someone contact me to sort it. Being passed back and forth. Not happy.

    I waited until the end of my work day and drove back to @Morrisons and I went into the petrol station to ask when I would be refunded. The man working on the till looked guilty and told me it happened with @NatWest cards a lot and he went to get his manager.

    @NatWest_Help my son is trying to access his trust fund that was invested in shares with NatWest also savings that we added to it.. After countless hours waiting on calls, letters sent there is still no response!! Can you help or should I go to the @financialombuds

    @NatWest_Help I don’t need help I just want to say I’m sorry but the changes made to NatWest banking app is terrible…it’s just a sea of numbers…it’s made it confusing just to look at my accounts…bring back how it was yesterday…this has not improved the experience 😞
