    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    Discovered last night that @Natwest has locked my bank account without any notice. Tried talking to them but apparently their staff dont know. Any ideas on how to proceed? Have no fuel and now a days pay down already.

    @MartinSLewis Good evening. Are banks allowed to ‘serve notice’- 30 days, telling you you wont be able to bank with them any longer and refusing an explanation? Long standing customer, don’t owe them a penny, nil dodgy #rbos #natwest

    Hi @yorkshire_dales. Are there any known issues with your car park ticket machines? I can't get any Google Pay, nor Garmin Pay contactless payments to work and I've tried several banks (Monzo, NatWest and Starling) and cards. I have no problems anywhere else.

    So @Natwest locked my account on friday without my knowledge or communication. Finally have access but now informed it will take them 5 working days to notify my employer that my wages didn't go in so i can get them resent. Absolutely disgraceful!

    @NatWest_Help is there anything I can do when I've placed an online order using my NatWest debit card and the website used hasn't sent me my goods and then when I've just looked up reviews, it's showing as a scam website that takes payment and never sends goods 🤦🏼

    @MartiniGuyYT to be honest, i doubt that. since most UK banks (santander, natwest...) are genuinely anti-crypto. only revolut seems soso. for example, binance willing to re-enter uk market, but for that they are forced to strip down their products. so uk users will have a butt naked binance
