Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

so @Barclays recently removed my overdraft from one of my accounts, trying to move some funds over from my natwest account but online/mobile banking is down, and guess what I'm now overdrawn. Any fees I get charged I expect you to cover! @NatWest_Help

Day 2, and still not received the #costoflivingpayment. I bank with NatWest so assumed it be put in after the hours they do maintenance. Due to the app and online banking being down for 4 hours and only back up running now to still not receiving payment is driving me crazy 🤦
