    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @NatWest_Help worst service ever from NatWest. Do not recommend using the bank now after all these years. Phone people tell me to use the online messaging app, online chat tell me to call the phone number and a week later I have still gotten no where.

    @BarclaysUKHelp @WilkinsonRob Wouldn’t have happened when we worked there Rob! Hope you got it sorted. Shocking service! Try NatWest. Never had any issues with our business banking

    was £900 (!?) was emptied down to £20 at @NatWestGroup Bank in @warwickuni. As I had still cash from £600 pre-departure "allowance" left, I started using that; while at NatWest bank at #WarwickUniversity, again "customarily" I was "identified" when I had gone to ask for statement

    @NatWest_Help @NatWestBusiness Team Natwest. Automation is not really the answer when someone is having a crisis. How do i speak to a real person that can take down as much of my personal information as they need to resolve my problem?

    @nsandihelp I have an existing NS&I account. Trying to buy Premium bonds fails repeatedly at payment stage - your web-site saying card-issuer declined. (but approved succesfully in Natwest app).

    Always check your bank statements. Mad the way someone’s set up a PayPal direct debit weekly from my bank account for £134 and PayPal are saying it’s a natwest issue and natwest are saying it’s a PayPal issue.

    @CruseSupport Not my spouse but... @NatWest_Help asked for a signature from the deceased person to close a business account. 10 yrs later, the account is empty as they've taken the fees every year - now they will close it. It sounds like NatWest Business needs help from personal banking.
