Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@tom_doggett However, it's set up to automatically pay the right amount on the right datenin case I miss doing it early myself (which I prefer to do when I can). The customer service folk are very kind & patient if I need to ring up 😱 to find out anything. Not all love Natwest, but I do.

Hate NatWest with a passion. The most unhelpful company.. still waiting for a call from them about my missing accounts and nobody seems to want to help. Starting to think they’ve been hacked and trying to cover it up.

@nhoblcfc Hand it into a Natwest when you get back home, they’ll call the customer or destroy it securely if it’s already cancelled

@dgwbirch Natwest can’t help that their logo is misused. Destination back has accepted a fraudster as a client and will hold the illegally earned funds, so they are in a position to do something. The ISP? Nope. You? Certainly, why would you click on links? 😌

@ThreeUKSupport Manual via the app, but three times now it's been paid, authorised via the natwest app, and within an hour been reversed and showing as unpaid again. Also tried via the website with the same result 🤷🏼

2/2 until the 30th of March)’. Let’s hope the govt. match the total and don’t cheap out … + Natwest don’t cheap out by really limiting it to £1m if it’s popular with their customers - it’s rounding error compared to the bonuses/fines paid this year by NatWest

@LBC the Natwest group are vile, they have closed 1000s of customers accounts down with no warning nor reason. This is to fill the quota of closing accounts used for money laudering, this happened to myself a number of weeks ago...I'm a student with one income.
