    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @NatWest_Help If you're trying to help a friend in India and send them money to eat dont use Natwest. They really are quite happy to block that transaction. It doesn't matter if they're hungry. It's profit first folks. We love your money but care not for humanity.

    Absolutely disgusted with @NatWest my account has been hacked, @NatWest won't help with in bank or fraud squad. I've been a customer for over 35 years. 🤬

    @mattysino Problem is that some (most?) are limiting what exchanges you can use . E.g. NatWest will let you transfer £500 to coinbase who then charge you £20 to buy say ethereum. Then you have to transfer to cb pro to then transfer to your wallet.!

    5hr round trip today to my dad's to basically help him sign a few forms and clear a printer jam and help him call Natwest for a better card reader than the POS they sent him. 4 separate road closures covered all permutations of the trip and added 2 hrs. **** you Swindon

    @NatWest_Help 1/2 was on the phone to NatWest for over an hour just now. They were assisting me b/c someone in NatWest Customer Service gave me some very bad advice last month and it messed me up. Got some great help but, in the end, when I asked 4 help w.

    @Marleysfan @BarclaysUK Barclays are a load of w**k! I moved from there to HSBC and never had a problem until recently. I’ve now moved my companies bank account to NatWest Group.

    @DreyfusJames @HSBC_UK That's banks for you. My sister was distraction mugged for £250 at a NatWest ATM in Cavendish Square and they too refused to put a sign up. They were fully aware of that machine being regularly targeted. They'd rather just give the customer the money back than warn others. /1
