    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    @Fraudly_ Barclays, HSBC NatWest and Lloyds all do this why are you lying? So you’re telling me if a joint account has an overdraft a bank is going to let operations on that account continue? Some remove the OD entirely while some banks freeze the account. Stop chatting ****.

    Anyone banking with @NatWestGroup BEWARE. I have been the victim of a major scam and NatWest have done NOTHING about it. I’ve only been a client for 40 years. An ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Please share. And no help from @NatWest_Help. An utter JOKE.

    @johntierney73 @NnatMmac @NatWest Natwest refused 2 payment on my account when my card was cloned. They knew I didn’t spend nearly a grand on Amazon or eBay usually. They then cancelled my card, issued a new one, and gave me a temporary overdraft to cover my standing orders & direct debits etc. Good service

    @Feargal_Sharkey @NatWestGroup It was the public authorities that delayed it that long you halfwit. The plans were formed in 1940s (public control) The land was bought in 1975 (public control) Plans were dropped in 1976 after a Public Inquiry on the back of NIMBYism (public ownership) Plans were revised in the mid 90s and not pursued as there was not sufficient identified demand. Mid West water only merged with SE water in 2007 so the history has nothing to do with them. Nat West's Pension Fund owns a 25% stake, not NatWest. Plans were revised in 2013 and hit the usual barrier - locals, NIMBYs and organised groups have been campaigning against it for decades. So sure, it's all down to the evil privatised companies

    @DPJHodges Nigel Farage has asked for help before. He wanted people to sign up on his website if they feel they had been debanked. They did. Armed with that, he negoctiated a million pound deal with NatWest, deleted the website and never spoke of debanking again.

    @bsd_junkie @DamianLow3 She stepped down after admitting she was the source who discussed Farage’s relationship with Coutts with a BBC journalist. NatWest said the disclosure of confidential customer information was unacceptable.

    @AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

    @Nora11447402 @bmstewart2004 I hope it ends up a quick and painless experience. My bank was NatWest btw. Very good service from them and they understood my issue straight away. They even backdated it to my cancellation date when the first unauthorized debit resulted in my receiving the product.
