Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@MorganBroadcast I'm happy to hear that Santander agreed to reimburse for the fraud. Since 2 bank cards (Halifax & NatWest) were stolen, I had very different experiences with them. @HalifaxBank Customer service were very helpful and fraud team took action very quicky and reimbursed next day!!!

@NatWest_Help so NatWest tells you they gave unblocked your transfers co of suspicious activity sendibg to myself but still it resolved oaftee 6 hours with customer service

@NatWestBusiness Rubbish business banking by natwest. I have 2 business accounts but they put my 1 account on hold more than 8 weeks now. Complained 5 times but no response Customer service is absolutely nightmare

@NatWest_Help On 1 August I phoned NatWest as I needed to change my address and as a a credit card only customer couldn't do this online or in the app. Over a month later my old address is still showing. Not impressed

So a new phone last week meant logging in new passwords & redoing loads of stuff& I mean loads to get access to anything. No such luck with @NatWest bank. Nothing would work on new phone, had to get new code which takes three days or more in post. 1/2
