Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@lesleyanngreen I've seen media reports on the outages at Natwest & Nationwide. Our IT support company has confirmed the email server issue is with the service provider. Nothing on Lloyds yet or anything suggesting these issues are related...although a cyber attack has crossed my mind.

@lesleyanngreen My personal Natwest mobile app, Lloyds business payments and our Outlook business email server have all gone down since yesterday evening. I believe Nationwide's payment system also went down yesterday.

@NatWest_Help #natwest now over 2 months & told on 6 different occasions over the phone it will be sorted in 5 days(20 days so far)and told I can’t talk to a manager as everyone is working from home?I’ve never knew #natwest was so #unorganised . Also put in a complaint on line and guess what!
