Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@iamtomskinner With Natwest you can block all gambling transactions from the account. Hopefully other banks allow same thing, do that let him get back on track without being able to gamble and as time passes the urges will subside

@Sacajawea1970 @JacklenaB I have a dreadful situation where the @metpoliceuk ignored and covered up over 60 crimes committed against me and over 60 metropolitan police refused to help me when I was stalked by a clerk at natwest and then framed by rbs..27 years on I'm still waiting for an apology from them

@NatWest_Help Just spent the last 30/40 minutes trying to use that web chat facility it's worse than useless. I've spent 7 years as a NatWest customer and at this rate another 7 years will have passed before I get through to actually speaking to someone face to face.

@Aid_RAF99 @VirginMoney That’s crap service on phone but good to freeze card if they think diff activity per usual has taken place. NatWest did to me but sent a text asking to confirm I wanted to pay for the large transaction as not my normal and then they allowed transaction to be re done.🤞you sort.
