    Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

    Natwest has sent me another email explaining how they see me using my overdraft and 'want' to help me with such helpful tips as, reevaluate the mortgage I don't have, change energy supplier I'm locked to and use their app to keep track of spending. As if I don't look at it daily

    2/2 on my @natwest credit card. There is no where I can contact them for it so have raised the issue with my CCcompany. Usually I get notified if there is a one off payment nothig with this, how are companies authorised to take money for a cancelled account?

    @NatWest_Help Stopping customers from renaming accounts to support their #budgeting is the most #stupidthing I have ever seen. The only way to see what an account is being used for is to use a separate document which is a #fraud risk. Staying with NatWest is no longer viable.

    @NatWestGroup I’m sorry to say this, but NatWest has blocked my account and after so many calls, emails to understand why and to try and transfer my money out of the back, they are still holding onto my money and this has been at least 2 months now!!! Can someone help me please!

    @technokitten @lisawhelan Are the Ombudsman on here or is there an address? I’ve been waiting 5 weeks (I’m on Day24 of “within 5-10 working days) with NatWest over the closure and transfer of funds of my mum’s account. 17th May told within 5-10 working days. @NatWest_Help I’m overdrawn in my bank now.

    @FatherSJMC I don't recommend NatWest as a bank, they have been a nightmare. I do however having more then one person having online access. We have the administrator, myself as treasurer and the old treasurer (who is involved with the church) it does take some time though. Took me 18 months
