Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@NatWest_Help Its fine thanks. We got through to our account manager finally and now understand what happened. We blame NatWest entirely. The bank wont learn necesssary lessons if customer services and fraud staff take the lazy and easy option of blaming #RoyalMail

@suzuki2wheelers bought a sf 250 from natwest suzuki (chennai).While delivering the bike,they dint provide the owners manual moreover there are some problem in fork assembly ,and i am due for 1st service ,now I am unable to go to SVC. No proper response from the showroom.

NatWest in Epsom were ever so helpful swapping my Northern Ireland issued bank notes for Bank of England bank notes without any fuss. Banking as it should be. Barclays Bank in Epsom should learn from this. I was very disappointed with the service earlier, @NatWest_Help.

@NatWest_Help No, I’m not having a fun time and if I could leave Natwest with everything trust me I would. My personal bank manager can’t speak to me because of privacy, you have to wait ages when you login on the Natwest site for an answer and the feedback online chat can’t help.

@NatWestBusiness @NatWest_Help #WorstBankEver Natwest have locked our business funds since May 2022. Despite apologising after a previous complaint & admitting fault, they continue to fail us as Natwest customers & provide the most woeful service of any Bank/ institution. Ever.
