Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@trixyg @NatWest_Help They don’t want any operator sitting around for even 1 second without answering a phone. They are quite happy for us to do the waiting. Hint for NatWest: if you always have 20+ minute queues then it’s not high customer demand: it’s normal customer demand. Sort it out!

@NatWest_Help @NatWest APPALLING TREATMENT of a 92 year old who has lost her husband and been a customer of yours for over 30 years. A formal complaint has been raised but we are moving banks. This is the Rugby branch by the way - absolutely zero customer service.

@lilithepunk When I was working for NatWest I went to the national conference. Dominic Holland did the entertainment (Tom Holland's dad). Out of the hundreds there he came up to me to ask who was in charge. I tried to be helpful but was a bit ********* and didn't know anyway.

@XRP_UK @BabaCugs 13th nov natwest get a full system upgrade over to digital spoke to natwest yesterday about it (they needed training on new system… they told me less human errors no more paper passing around to settle accounts/send payments … it’s happening feel it? …p.s 36 or 52 how many ?

Just had card declined after a taxi ride in Poland. I had informed Natwest of the trip. You can imagine how embarrassing and inconvenient that was They are telling me there is a random maximum amount of daily transactions allowed a day deemed by their computer for security WTF

@SamRaincock Ah! Did you see NatWest got prosecuted recently for not keeping their CDD (customer due diligence) up to date. Have you recently banked a few hundred million in used notes???
