@georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

Has NatWest app crashed? I keep getting connection issues and can't get to speak to anyone on Customer Services. Blooming nightmare, no money in the middle of Tesco, had to run home and sort it out on their website, then run back and collect shopping. FML

@NatWest_Help haven't been able to login to app for weeks now. It's across multiple devices, delete and reinstall doesn't work, problem is clearly NatWest's end. Play Store reviews are full of people with same problem. When will I be able to access my account again?

@MrsLesleyKemp @HSBC_UK Truly Dreadful bank. We opened a/c with them at the recruitment agency I used to work for so obviously a large account but their customer service was diabolical. We moved to NatWest only 6 weeks after opening the hsbc account and never looked back

@EE No don’t need help with it say won’t be able pay full amount only half until April my card blocked had fraud on it have go branch tomorrow don’t want wait 2weeks need week or days mine blocked have add new card on account NatWest won’t send branch have visit order there pickup

@smoggyontour86 I had problem getting tickets with Lloyd's dc and a mbna cc. My mate bought my ticket online with a natwest dc if that helps.

@monzo , been told to I would be contacted in 4 working days and have not. Worst of it you were all informed the day after this happened. All other users had help from Barclays and NatWest in the same position as me. Monzo has been everything but helpful

@NatWest_Help My son, who is a student, has been trying to draw down some, of HIS money, to pay off a car debt. You guys are making him jump through so many hoops and feeding him the wrong information. Shame on you #NatWest
