@LettleyPelly @KevinMe05615807 As said, you don't know how companies work. If you had an issue with your RBS mortgage or Natwest closed your local branch is that Boris' fault? The government were the majority shareholder in the group until last month and still own 48%. BUT ARE NOT INVOLVED IN OPERATIONS.

@NatWest_Help hi any ideas when will the double payment glitch be resolved? One of my payments dated 09/05/22 had been duplicated today and showing pending, i checked my Natwest app, and the affected account was showing overdrawn in red text, so I transferred more cash over.

What the frig is going down at @NatWest_Help? Double payments taken from my account, still no refunds two days later, three phone calls, two terminated mid call just as they went to ‘process a credit’. Sort it out NatWest, absolutely shocking service, I’ve got kids to feed.

@Aid_RAF99 @VirginMoney That’s crap service on phone but good to freeze card if they think diff activity per usual has taken place. NatWest did to me but sent a text asking to confirm I wanted to pay for the large transaction as not my normal and then they allowed transaction to be re done.🤞you sort.

@NatWest_Help PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BANK WITH NATWEST. They need stopping, hound you down when they want something. Made a single mum homeless mid maternity leave / pandemic for PURE PROFIT. Literally pure profit. I told them in advance what would happen and they ignored me

So not only are @NatWest_Help having issues by charging people twice. I've also had online transactions 'fail' but money still taken from my account. One of those was over £250 😐 They told me to talk to the business I bought from, that business told me to talk to natwest 🙃
