I reported my @NatWest_Help debit card lost last Tues & I’m still waiting for the replacement. I don’t have a credit card & without my mum, I wouldn’t have any easy way of buying anything. I’m sure in the past replacement cards took 2 working days max. My local NatWest has

@NatWest_Help 2/ shockingly bad service, do not trust that Natwest child trust fund can be trusted to properly administer these accounts. The bank has a responsibility to give investors access to their funds in accordance with the law, and that means SWIFT communication

@NatWest_Help are your staff trained to deal with face to face customers? Staff in our local NatWest were stating mask wearing is ‘Law’ & it’s ‘Unlawful’ not to wear one. When educated they called the Police who put them in their place and had to serve an unmasked customer…

*sigh* Lloyds Bank Guernsey impossible to get hold of by phone without going through a national number & an interrogation worthy of a captured cold war spy only to then be cut off. in complete contrast, NatWest, direct local numbers in to the department you want. come on Lloyds!
