@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

@rik_big Edinburgh has a financial sector dominated by subsidiaries of UK banks using Sterling. Natwest have already stated they will move RBS south due to balance sheet size. Scotland can only support a banking sector it can bail out via central bank.

@NatWest_Help Part2 - Natwest has no other way to verify the account. I have the lady all the legal information required to verify my account. You guys should have multiple sources to verify a customer account. Such a worst service you guys are providing.
