    @org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

    @MarkVent In over 43 years of being a grown up with a bank account I've only been overdrawn once, for the princely sum of £5.40 for two days due to a slow clearing cheque (remember them?) back in 1983. So in two years time I will celebrate forty years of NOT banking with Natwest

    NatWest bank has pleaded guilty to failing to prevent alleged money laundering of nearly £400m by one customer. NatWest said "we deeply regret" failing to "adequately monitor and therefore prevent money laundering by one of our customers between 2012 and 2016".

    @MartinSLewis @itvMLshow At some point could you look into new NatWest policy of not letting customers pay bills or obtain cash from the service counters. If u r not online or using an ATM they do not want your custom. Refusing to do either in our local branch

    @jameshurley I think NatWest has admitted a failure to conduct customer due diligence and ongoing monitoring. This does not necessarily imply the customer in question was acting unlawfully.
