I'm not in mood today because my ******* internet not working in my area and I tried to order iPhone 12 pro max and my card not working so I need to switch to NatWest from Lloyds and I really wants to move to London by end of the year because so many memories

@cathaypacific Been trying for 5 days to pay #cathaypacific with NatWest #mastercard for flights to Australia. A friend has also tried for me with a Tesco MasterCard. Not accepting payment. Clearly an issue with cp. Please help! I want to pay you £3600!!!

@NatWest_Help Hi Olivia I will check with her and come back to you. She can download the app for sure like myself! But she cannot remember her username and password. Apparently NatWest sent and letter to the UK address to how to fix it but we never received it. I checked with my parents.

@HSBC_UK as existing customers me and my husband tried to open 3 joint accounts in branch with you today. To be told you can't do that as it would be dangerous!! No online option either. Shocking service. HSBC group, not there for personal banking. Natwest went above & beyond.
