@NatWest_Help Natwest the bank that chose to freeze then close my account, i was not i debt to the bank in fact had more then enough money in it, my crimb i bought some new furniture for my new home. For this the bank refused to talk to me. If i where your customer i would get out fast.

Marks out of ten for reporting stolen credit cards etc - 9/10 O2, RBS Direct Banking, Amex 3/10 Barclaycard, Tesco 0/10 Natwest Bank who kept me holding on for 15mins & asked me to spell my name 3 times. Wtf guys !!

@NatWest_Help I have moved to NatWest recently and it’s becoming the worst decision I have made for a while . After calling the main number I was told the dept I am after does not have a phone number not even for them , robot chat only apparently . Appalling service !

@NatWestBusiness My experience of NatWest is total failure in terms of response and customer service. They have a 7 week backlog in business banking. Don’t rely on or use NatWest. Go to Lloyds - They are better.

I'm just saying like my local branch of HSBC has closed down, and also, like there is a betting shop Barclays Halifax NatWest all in this town. Coming to think of it I don't even know if NatWest is here anymore. Like bare confusing

of a cheque & deposit it using the app like other banking customers can e.g. NatWest? The tech is clearly available, if you're going to allow branches to offer such limited opening times you need to give customers an alternative to give them the same service levels as others!
