@Ben_Wortley I was a primarily NatWest customer, but used Monzo, just hated paying for virtual cards. So ended up using 2 bank accounts. Now plan to move to Revolut and close my NatWest

Not me waking up excited to buy some new fancy household appliances only to have all my purchases rejected, only to check my bank account to find my credit card with a minus 6 grand balance on it. Only to call NatWest and find out it’s a glitch. I barely go out or spend much!

  • pdouglas Paul Douglas (@pdouglas) reported

@santanderukhelp I've been trying to call for days and I can't get through. I'm seriously thinking that my only option is to close my account and open one with Barclays or NatWest as it's impossible to speak with you.

@Muls_95 I changed from Santander to NatWest. For some reason with Santander my card would just stop working every 3 - 6 months, and they had no reason for it. Went to NatWest and had no issues!

Hi @NatWest_Help @natwest I just rang up to assist my mother in reporting a fraud case and Konstantin the customer service representative at 9:30 couldn’t explain why we got cut off before and now unable to be connected with the department

@MartinSLewis Doh! I just switched to NatWest to £175 after Christmas. Never mind I’m finding the service very good. My local branch rang me yesterday to check everything went okay! I didn’t realise banks actually still had people working in them!
