@cathaypacific Been trying for 5 days to pay #cathaypacific with NatWest #mastercard for flights to Australia. A friend has also tried for me with a Tesco MasterCard. Not accepting payment. Clearly an issue with cp. Please help! I want to pay you £3600!!!

@GeorgeMonbiot Not Vodafone but had a bad experience during the whole Power of Attorney procedure. I felt that nobody really cared and it was very low priority. Have had apology and compensation from NatWest and Phoenix Life but there will be many who just put up with this shoddy service

@NatWest_Help I'm sure I speak for many customers of #NatWest (both private & corporate) when I say your service in rural areas is lamentable & the continued & seemingly indefinite suspension of the 'one a week' mobile van service will be the final straw for many.

@NatWest_Help The post office takes even longer for the cheques to clear and the cheque deposit machines are inside the branch and the branch closes before I finish work. So that's no help sadly. NatWest really needs to pull its finger out, miles begins other banks in terms of technology.

@NatWest_Help As of Monday I can sit in a pub or a restaurant but I seemingly won't be able to use the paltry 'once a week' banking van service you replaced our local branches with. Remains cancelled indefinitely. Why? Customer service isn't what #NatWest does anymore.

@official_PPG @santanderukhelp Ah what a nightmare. I moved some money a couple of hours ago to NatWest and it’s just cleared so they seem to be making progress at least and my balance is corrected now. Hopefully yours will be working ASAP!

As a NatWest Business customer can anyone explain to me what security there is for my account when the telephone advisor is working from home with other people coming and going in the same household. My experience at the weekend with NatWest rang alarm bells! @Natwestbusiness

@hannahw253 @Barclays How frustrating!? I'm with Natwest. They blocked my card a while ago, I phoned up, they sent a code by text message to the number registered on my account, I repeated it back to them, all sorted & working again within minutes. Did you say you had shown ID b4? Makes it worse. :(
