@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@NatWest_Help my daughter is 13 and has a NatWest account with debit card but she can't set up Apple Pay as she gets an error "This card is not eligible for Apple Pay" so does she need to contact yourselves to sort this?

Marks out of ten for reporting stolen credit cards etc - 9/10 O2, RBS Direct Banking, Amex 3/10 Barclaycard, Tesco 0/10 Natwest Bank who kept me holding on for 15mins & asked me to spell my name 3 times. Wtf guys !!
