@IanCutress @NatWest_Help It's like fraud is so common now you end up just sitting in the corner crying and because you have no idea who you can trust or talk to now to solve a simple problem... Whenever I've had to call Natwest they've usually been helpful, but they're not as good as they used to be...

@garyfleming possibly. I thought it was all payment systems, but it looks like HBoS, RBS/NatWest and Barclays' recent outages were all login issues issues.

@jimswalter56 @MartinSLewis Natwest used to issue both a Visa and Mastercard credit card, but last year when they expired they only renewed the Mastercard. I've also had notice that they are replacing the Visa debit cards early next year.

only reason I got through all of this, was Monzo, Natwest wouldn't let me open a bank account without more paperwork than I had given I'd just returned to the country less than a month prior and didn't have a rental agreement or any **** sorted out yet.

@NatWest_Help As a serious point a 10 year old would realise that an 81 year old would not be able to deal with what you have done so why do NatWest not understand this? The population are getting older. Your people seem powerless/unwilling to sort issues they have caused?

@ChrisCleary_52 @Williamsburg79 Chris I had exactly the same problem. And you know what I had to do? Change banks. I’m now with @monzo who are brilliant with this stuff. And allow me to transfer my money there & on exchanges. I recommend them. Left NatWest for gd after being a lifelong customer & biz bank too.

My mum(86) got a text saying her o2 payments had not been received so she reentered her bank details, fortunately it worried her if right , but luckily NatWest have an old biddie help line (her words ) and sorted it all for her, but really frightened her 😢#ThisMorning
