Poor customer service today @NatWest they don’t do foreign exchange any more! And unwilling to change my old style £20 note for new ones, “as there are still legal tender” no wonder branches are closing, it makes me think I should move my accounts elsewhere! #poorcustomerservice

Instead of"having no appetite for dealing with customers that use cryptocurrencies"Why don't NatWest/RBS step up and improve there customer experience. Why do customers use cryptocurrencies? Some use it for faster/cheaper cross border payments. Some use it to generate a better 4/

@boncryp @BakkupBradley I believe? Here lies the reasoning behind Ripples Banking License? Natwest along with most other banks are part of the problem which have decimated Britains/Worlds financial standing & authority! They do not want change; they want to keep the old rip-off business model! Sod them!

@NatWestGroup Don’t use them. They will only send you a letter saying you need to clear it off in 6 months like the credit card or they will close the account. Been a NatWest customer for years and this is how they treat you. Shamefull

@Cointelegraph I can confirm that as a Natwest customer I will be moving banks very soon. I have had trouble getting any sort of payment through recently so I've been relying on Paxful but they charge and extra 15% or more on purchases.

@NatWest_Help @MrSurfvivor Why would anyone who has bitcoin want to use a bank that's so hostile to it though? Anyone with any sense should be closing their natwest and HSBC accounts, they're more interested in financial surveillance and control for the state than providing a service to customers.

@XRP_stuart Personally I have never had a problem with NatWest and crypto transactions, if they do cause problems in the future they will be an ex bank even though I have been with them since I was 17.
