  Poor customer service today @NatWest they don’t do foreign exchange any more! And unwilling to change my old style £20 note for new ones, “as there are still legal tender” no wonder branches are closing, it makes me think I should move my accounts elsewhere! #poorcustomerservice

  @NatWest_Help 2nd day running (I reported this yesterday) that 0 of 6 NatWest cashpoints are working at King’s Cross Station. There are no others. This is a major terminal - it really isn’t good enough. ESPECIALLY when most local banks/cashpoints are closing

  @AppleSupport my 11 yo son has opened a NatWest bank account in the UK, which allows Apple Pay but when I try and add to wallet it says payment card not accepted for this account. How do I fix?
