NatWest is very frustrating! Trying to sort out an issue online or by phone and it isn’t working. Thinking of switching banks @NatWestGroup

@pullano_nick @Tarzanagram @NatWest_Help Maybe that suggests NatWest only have a problem with crypto .com then and not yours. NatWest would NOT tell me which companies they have black listed for risk of fraud.

@BoozerArab If 10 branches for NatWest (or another major uk bank) didn’t get ATM money because of delivery issues, and the bbc reported it, there’d be people out the door on money coming in for cash, and more ATMs would run out of cash, purely because demand will outweigh the supply briefly

@NatWest_Help No I haven’t, I haven’t had anything back, I’ve been cut off the phone twice this week. I’m so disgusted with NatWest customer service, you still have no idea where you have lost my money, I’m now going down the route of BBC Watchdog who have asked for more information…..

@pullano_nick @Tarzanagram @NatWest_Help I’ve had it confirmed this week NatWest have blocked purchases of crypto due to level of fraud. The odd transaction mat go through but they will then block your card.

@NatWest_Help Also I fail to see where Natwest has stated that the machines were down for maintenance... or are we all supposed mind readers? 🤔 I think natwest should have handled this better by at least letting people know what was going on at the time instead of when a dispute is raised.
