@NatWest_Help Ref the Mobile iPad App the transaction page has become cluttered and less useful. Can we have the option to revert to what it was before. I have been a NatWest customer for 50 years and appreciate Mobile/Online Banking. I would be happy to talk to your app team.

@NatWest_Help : Really disappointed with Cora and Neha. When a customer is trying to get in touch because their Natwest app is pinging messages of fraudulent activity, there needs to be a sense of urgency and competence.

Dame Linda Dobbs is a joke. Her team of shysters are obviously cooking the books? 6 years? What is she frightened off! Lloyds Victims support has done far more investigation. Her team has failed the country! Lloyds Banking Group and NatWest responsible for economic meltdown here.
