@Pearkore It's completely bizarre. I spoke to someone from my old school who works at hsbc and she said that it's as simple as going onto the customer's account info and picking from a drop down menu. I've been to three different natwest branches since 2016 and nobody has managed it.

@natwest absolutely rubbish service while trying to use my debit card abroad! No help when trying to contact you , I was asked if I could ask the hotel to change the way they took the payment!!

@LloydsBankNews Wouldn’t use Lloyd’s Bank. Wanted help when a client went bankrupt on my partners business. Had a plan but first thing you do is cancel our overdraft of 5k. As a result had to let 3 staff go. Most unhelpful bank ever. NatWest now have our thriving business. Stay away from Lloyds!

Its taken 3 phone calls and three weeks and still i dont have access to my money in my business account? Why @NatWest_Help is it not possible for me to get a card reader? and why is it not possible to move my money from my account???? Just ridiculous...steer clear of Natwest!

@adityavnathan Didn't Yuvraj light up the 2000 ICC knockout Championship, later the Natwest series, the CT of 2002 ? Anyways, the issue is not a direct comparison, it's just the confidence that these players give. They're also supposed to be ones hitting the ground running with more exposure!

@Vex_OG @MartinSLewis Same issue here with Natwest. I don't even have the same card now because they changed my credit card from Visa to Mastercard which might make getting a refund even harder.
