@NatWestBusiness My experience of NatWest is total failure in terms of response and customer service. They have a 7 week backlog in business banking. Don’t rely on or use NatWest. Go to Lloyds - They are better.

@NatWest_Help Complete rubbish what's the point of having this option if it doesn't work. I Contacted NatWest and they said pay it in at local branch. WTF is the point of this app then.

@paulsgubbins I got paid by cheque for something recently and it wasn't hard, there's still a Natwest in town that takes cheques, but it took me about two months to be arsed to go down there and pay it in

@BeaumontDMD I recently went to pay a cheque into my local NatWest. It closed in March. Nobody told me.TBH I didn’t like one of the clerks in there so tough ****.

Wow, I'm lucky that I don't have debt on my credit card, because NatWest have just written that their interest rate will rise by almost 50% on existing and new credit card balances in September. How is this legal? Kicking people when they're down.

@NatWest_Help Hi NatWest after 20 years of being a customer thanks for telling me get lost and go find another bank because I have the temerity to work abroad. Really great customer service, even though I still use your bank for direct debits and whatnot.

You really have caused me so many issues @MetroBank_Help selling my mortgage to NatWest! All about the money never mind you ******* screwing me over. Am totally cheesed off and so upset with this bank

@NatWest bank have given me the worst customer service I have experienced ever in any situation. Avoid if you can. Closing accounts asap. Rudeness, lack of knowledge of their products etc

It seems impossible for NatWest to process a simple mortgage application. Referral to next steps sitting in a ‘to do’ box for weeks that never gets done! In danger of losing the property and costing extra solicitor fees 😡@NatWest_Help
