and our very existence is under threat. NatWest needs to stop funding companies profiting from this global catastrophe waiting to happen. They can do this by taking three decisive steps. First, the bank should announce its decision to eliminate all financial support to companies

@iconicDemoe When I tell you they don't care. It's not just the boots. The counters in HSBC weren't working, NatWest was somehow too. So it's a whole area thing. It's like they don't think the people living here deserve the same standard of service.

@lulinspector Under Starmer, the cps, the metropolitan police and RBS conspired to pervert justice to silence me from whistle-blowing when I was stalked by a clerk working at natwest who used rbs computers to find my home address

  • ebztee Ebz♡ (@ebztee) reported

@TfL lost my NatWest bank card on number 53 this morning around 7am. Website says cards will be destroyed but there's tweets showing people's cards being handed in! Please help, not sure how I'm getting home tonight!!

@sarahsmall @MartinSLewis Don't stand for that! Natwest ****-up = Natwest pays you back and covers any extra fees (i.e. overdrafts, other bounced payments). Happy to follow up as a journalist if they refuse to help you.

  • SamCarvalho Samuel Carvalho (@SamCarvalho) reported

@LloydsBank NatWest has advised that you’re having technical issues with payments not being received by people sending from Lloyds accounts, and I, as a NatWest customer, can confirm I’m not receiving instant payments from Lloyds accs despite many hours. When will it be fixed?

  • Moots_j Jamie gill (@Moots_j) reported

@NatWest_Help absolutely appalling customer service, trying to make a purchase in a shop, you’ve declined a transaction then bounced me between different departments, so far have been on the phone for 45 minutes. If you want frictionless transactions I’d advise not using NatWest

  • LewisStanding1 Lewis Standing (@LewisStanding1) reported

@alexanderjbald Yeah I had natwest try to send the bailiffs round in between final year and starting working. They didn't like me using my student overdraft as an overdraft. They could have made thousands from me from a mortgage but squabbled over £1500 debt.
