@NatWest_Help hi I need some help. You have sent me a cheque but I don’t have a bank to cash it in to? Can a NatWest branch exchange it for me or direct transfer it instead?

@TheFCA When @NatWest agree they can see fraud on your Grandma's account, admit they're liable to reimburse but then say they can't even investigate officially because your Grandma has dementia and lacks the mental capacity to make decisions! Shocking!!! Can you help?

Utterly appalling customer service from @NatWest_Help telephone customer service. After not being able to answer my queries & refusing to connect me to the relevant dept, I was told there's no point in carrying on the call. Not what I expect from a business banking team #natwest

@chrischirp @Barclays I sympathise but respectfully suggest that the customer service titans over at NatWest would give them a fair run.

I really can't believe that #natwest Taunton have taken down their dividers between self serve machines. Felt so vulnerable and unsafe. What the hell are they thinking of when we have one the highest numbers of COVID in the south west. Please protect us...

@NatWest_Help But if you bank with Natwest they will take out a cancelled standing order and make you skint.. also close down all the smaller branches in town so you have 1 choice to queue at the main branch for ages with not enough staff for all the customers…

@misslenn Good evening Amy, My apologies for the issues regarding your debit card. If you cannot unlock the card at an RBS or Natwest ATM, the process can be completed at a Tesco or Tesco express ATM. I hope this helps. (JF)

@Hu_barts @ClaiireBarker @BigIssue Fellow Natwest customer here. I also use Online Banking. Never once had to do that. When I lost my card and needed to change my address to have the new one sent to me directly, the most I had to do was provide some form of identification and 2 proofs of my new address. (1/2)
