  It literally felt so ******* good to have a million pounds I checked my notifications and saw the NatWest transfer and it was euphoric. I genuinely thought it was real I’ve never had such a vivid dream. There was no weird **** happening

  10+ years. 50M+ users. £11M+ revenue impact. Mercedes. Citibank. Sky. Virgin Media. NatWest. Here's what I learned: Bad product flows can cost thousands, or even millions, in lost revenue. Regardless of company size. What kills conversions in big-name products does the same for startups: - Onboarding that loses people in the first 60 secs - Pricing pages that confuse instead of convert - Sign-up flows that cause decision fatigue I’ve seen that when you fix these - you get more from the traffic you already have. Now I build those same systems for funded startups - so they keep the users they've already paid to get.

  @donmcgowan Complete crap. Alison Rose, CEO of Coutts, dmitted to a "serious error of judgement" in discussing Farage's accounts publically. Rose resigned as CEO of NatWest Group with immediate effect after that.

  Anyone banking with @NatWestGroup BEWARE. I have been the victim of a major scam and NatWest have done NOTHING about it. I’ve only been a client for 40 years. An ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Please share. And no help from @NatWest_Help. An utter JOKE.

  There is some truly terrible disinformation regarding the job cuts at NatWest Gibraltar and the EU-UK Treaty. Neither are connected and anyone trying to make a relation between the two has an agenda with intent #Gibraltar

  @NatWest_Help Not again. The NatWest app still can’t scan my HMRC cheque. I complained about this previously and was told it would be fixed. Another cheque, same problem. How is this still not resolved? I’m tired of raising complaints.

  @ukboomers 1983 and my long standing bank manager turned down my loan application. Went to house builder and put a £100 deposit on a 2 bed semi then he called NatWest and I got accepted that day. Six weeks later got the keys. Easy peasy

  @Blokeonabike2 @RupertLowe10 I quit Natwest years ago for their atrocious service. Took me years to close an empty ISA despite contacting them several time. I opened a personal account with Starling so I could have a business account with them. Comes with free, simple invoicing/bookkeeping system too.
