I withdrew some money from my @WilliamHill account to my @NatWest_Help account and it never arrived. WH are saying they sent it and it’s a NatWest issue. NatWest are saying if it wasn’t received it’s a WH issue. Neither will help. Anyone have any ideas how to resolve?

Just tried to ring NatWest to see if they would give me an earlier mortgage appt - website says open 8-8 Mon to Fri and I was greeted by a message saying they are now closed, they really do not care.@NatWest_help

@mcoultham Yeah NatWest are ****. But at least they had someone you could speak to or a branch you could walk into. And are established. I’d take that over this **** show any day
