NatWest repeatedly blocking authorised #crypto payments unless customer visits a branch. Customer has confirmed acting freely, no fraud, no coercion. It’s customer's money, their account, their choice. Why should customers be denied fair access to their own funds? @NatWestGroup

@NatWest_Help NatWestGroup my father, 93 years old a loyal customer of over 72 years being blocked by NatWest for a straightforward payment . Spent over 1.5hrs on call and NatWest will only accept fax machines as a form of delivery. Utter disgrace.

@NatWest_Help hi NatWest, I just tried to log in my app whilst away and the app didn’t recognise my face, my account is now locked but because I’m away in the USA I can’t receive texts to follow the rest of reset process. Is there a live chat or a way of using WhatsApp at all?

Sad to see @guildesports go down this way. This is not the legacy so many OG’s worked for! I feel awful for all the players and creators out money owed! We had our challenges as a startup, but always paid our bills (even when #natwest randomly closed our bank account).
