@NatWest_Help @decappeal Don’t bank with NatWest. I’m abroad and they cancelled my card so they could switch it to a Mastercard so they could save themselves some money. I’m 3500 miles from home with no access to my money and they won’t stop it. I’m moving to @StarlingBank

Customer service in this country is shocking. British Gas, Barclays Bank, Virgin Media, NatWest. All over the past two weeks their service is absolutely shocking. No resolution and just shite fob offs. They just do not care.

@NatWest_Help absolutely appalling customer service, trying to make a purchase in a shop, you’ve declined a transaction then bounced me between different departments, so far have been on the phone for 45 minutes. If you want frictionless transactions I’d advise not using NatWest

@NatWestGroup I’m a NatWest black card member and have recently found out that my card doesn’t work because NatWest have switched from visa to Mastercard. Zero advance notification and apparently my new card in the post but not received. What kind of service is that, rubbish !

cant buy a holiday ticket; sick beaches now i have wait 3 working days to use natwest app. baloon flight was ****, lasted about 10 minutes was scared though. #FixThesystem
