    @tomilo Obviously depends if you only have 1 bank for everything, then I guess it could be a little extra hassle telling HR to update your records each time you switch. But the switching service itself is so easy. I literally switched from Lloyd's to Natwest to Halifax within 15 days

    @dabitch Sounds like something I would rant about. @natwest heard me and you get points. But reclaiming them is impossible. Idiots. Another idea I had was points for ‘surfing the web’. Updated to ‘POINTS FOR SCROLLING’. Earn from your thumbs.

    @Wise I put money into my Malaysian Ringgit account and as my NatWest account is in my married name and my Wise is in my maiden name (on my passport) I was asked for documentation. I provided my marriage certificate immediately however the transfer is still on hold. Please help

    Natwest plc Thats called terror financing. You dont trust your staff. I would not work for an employer likevthat either. Maybe apologise. Drop the commercial terror financing to own everyones id in the world. Natwest plc get rid of ypur really awful investment advisors.

    @NatWest_Help just cancelled my bank card after suspecting a shop worker may have been trying to write down my card number when showing it as ID. It seems unsafe that my name, card details and security code are now all together on the back of the card. Could Natwest change this?
