@notayesmansecon One of the few banks not to raise rates, NatWest, have just posted large increases in product costs (1%+). Surely they won’t now come down at all until this period of FED & BoE base rate hikes comes to an end?

@NatWestBusiness I applied for the NatWest Accelerator, someone called Stuart called me & left a voice message - and said he would email and this was on the 29th of Sept & I have not received an email & I would like to speak to him this week. I don't know how to contact him. Help

@skip_tremaine @santanderukhelp @Amandajhall64 Well said - it’s shocking isn’t it and there seems to be no options at all. I have reported this to the financial ombudsman as funnily enough Barclays and NatWest aren’t having these issues.

@therevdrich @NatWest_Help Dont know about natwest but the call centre I work in the "Call back" is just the robot tries to call you when the queue goes down, but if it increases it just calls you right away. And you just go in the queue as normal
