@NatWest_Help My NatWest current account has disappeared without notice from my banking app and the Debit card linked to it has stopped working.I have been on the phone with NatWest but has only been told that they too has no access to my account. I kids to feed and no money on me. Pls help.

Encouraged by NatWest CEO Alison Rose’s commitment to Ukrainian refugee support that we decided to get an account for our sponsor. We were told 3-5 days. 12 working days later nothing. Many calls and now told could be 30 days NO BANK ACCOUNT:NO UNIVERSAL CREDIT 😡@NatWestGroup

@NatWest_Help just been into CATERHAM NatWest branch this morning and REFUSED my own money. Feel discriminated against the staff member was friendly with all of the customer and was extremely abrupt with me despite being into that branch before and taken out similar amount!!

@santanderuk Happens to the best of them - 1st June 2022 Customers of ten banks including Natwest, Barclays, Halifax, Lloyds, Nationwide and Monzo experienced problems this morning when they were locked out of their accounts. Thousands of customers were reporting issues at multiple banks

Anyway, HSBC and NatWest have publicly supported Halifax on this complete non-issue anyway so who knows where the transphobes believe they're going to move to anyway!

@teresadg0 @anthea_bailey @HalifaxBank I was treated very badly by Natwest after being a customer for about 40 years. That is when I change to Nationwide and I haven’t looked back. I don’t know if they still do it but you could get your iPhones insured for free and various other thrills. Love em to bits. Nice app.
