  the thing AI has never once been able to do is walk into a room, understand the real problem before anyone's articulated it, and make a call that changes the direction of the product. I've done that at Sky, Virgin Media, NatWest and Citibank. that's still the job. and it always will be.

  @Apple how can I tell my cards apart in Apple Pay? I have 4 @NatWest cards, all frustratingly identical. Learning the numbers is not an option, as at leat one card number will change every six months! Help me please!? There must be a better way!

  @ZackPolanski Never mind me just down voting the community notes that are willfully ignoring the very valid point. It you got arrested for running into NatWest and smashing up their display, charged for it, then got done for robbing the bank later with no jury or due process you'd kick off.

  @MmisterNobody Yes when I was going through an awful time I lost all my savings after listening to a bunch of fools about crypto. Pretty much everything I owned did well for a few weeks and all kinds of rich clowns be talking about HODL this HODL that like they're all some sort of secret alliance with the elites. I literally would have a bunch of different types of currencies so I had a variety. I could keep someone in for a good while and the moment I sold my bit of a specific coin, it would get a massive boost lol. One of them boost by like 10x within hours after me taking it out like they do it on purpose or something. The rest that I kept in just went down pretty much every day and some got rug pulled out of nowhere lmao. In the end I ended up that ****** up I made a stupid decision to take a loan out for only £10 grand where I got charged nearly £4-5 grand in interest from NatWest in just under a year. I ended up losing everything and I was guided to go insolvent lol. Still ****** now from it all and many people have the cheek to steal things from me. They want me dead, quietly suffering or locked up. They've told too many lies on my name because they couldn't take me out. Some of them have made a whole life out me these last few years too. It's quite hilarious. *********.

  @NatWest_Help @NatWest_Help I am in severe financial hardship. Gotogate conceded my £1,298 refund weeks ago, yet NatWest is holding my funds until June 7th. Ombudsman Case PNX-6001799-B1R6 is open. Why won't you provide provisional credit to a loyal customer in need?

The card got stuck during a transaction and I was unable to retrieve it. Could you please advise me on the next steps and help me recover the card as soon as possible?   In 2017 I was the first designer at a UK fintech startup now valued at $100m+, with 500+ employees across 60 countries. It was just me, two founders, and two others in a room in London. The work wasn't a redesign. It was branding and the early flows for a payments platform. Nobody in that room called it design strategy. It was five people deciding how the product should work before there was a product. Then I spent almost a decade in the corporate world. Citibank, Mercedes, NatWest, Virgin Media. Products used by 50M+ people. £11M NPV on one project. That world taught me systems thinking, rigour, how to make a decision that survives fifteen stakeholders and a compliance review. It also taught me that six months to ship a signup flow is not a law of physics. It's a byproduct of the org chart. Most funded founders assume those two things come as a package. That if you want big company craft you have to accept big company timelines. You don't. The thinking travels. The process doesn't have to. I didn't leave because the work was bad. It was the best training I could have asked for. I left because I wanted the room of five again. Take everything those companies taught me and run it my way. No six week kickoff. No deck to justify a deck. A way founders can actually work with. So I started my studio last year. 5+ projects since across Fintech, publishing, agri-tech, and two founders launching their brands from zero. It's graft. But it's my graft now. If you're funded, building, and the product works but the numbers don't - that's the exact problem I spend my days on.

  £200 Billion GBP just left my account to pay for everyone university debt from 1999 up until 2026 in both the UK and America. It’s fine, I’ve been making some wise investments lately and NatWest are paying me well, and I earnt quite a bit by selling Barclays back to the Baron’s. So I’m good for it, plus on top of the tour and then the vegas shows, I’ll be able to support both Elle, I and our daughter from my income. So, I’m good for it.
