  Got told off when I got on the 51 bus in Yeovil today. I got on at NatWest and was told the stop is only for dropping off not picking up. Can’t find this info on the Buses Of Somerset website or the bustimes website. But at least now I know I suppose.

  @UltraDane Had the same problem with NatWest in 2022, but I wasn't even withdrawing the money, I was trying to buy a car using a bank transfer. They wouldn't do it, even after going through multiple security checks, unless I told them all the details about the car I was buying.

  @HMRCcustomers Hi - is there a problem making payments on the app with NatWest? Been trying to pay for 3 days but keep getting blank screen on NatWest app after logging in to authorise payment. I do suspect it's a NatWest problem but I know how busy you are atm so maybe it's you

  @Aodh_MagUidhir @NewnhamTony under FCA regulations NatWest will need to move hq to inside the uk You are the problem in this country - can’t have a sensible conversation with someone who has a differing view so u resort to abuse.   @stephenpollard Tesco/NatWest comparison assumes all businesses are the same. But Rail is a natural monopoly and already depends heavily on the state. It's a question of public service versus commercial service. Rails different as passengers can't switch provider in any meaningful sense.

  NatWest done bits with this new pots feature in this recent app upgrade 🥲👏🏾. They still have a few tweaks they gotta make (setting up standing orders and renaming pots without having to close them) but they have a customer for life in me I fear 🥲🥲🥲.

  @the_k_bizzle @NatWest_Help NatWest disappointing service not on the side of the customer. Its a real shameful service. Flight cancelled check-in 9/2/26 Evidence from airline confirmed the refund and from agent but still chasing Natwest for a full refund this should have been so easy ? Going to Ombudsman !

  @NormanBrennan @dshensmith @robprogressive But that’s not true Norman. I’ve just been scammed on my credit card with Natwest, they’re refusing to help! Told me to take it up with trading standards!!! You know that bank, the people’s bank…..
