@NatWest_Help I had several encounters with Cora & I can honestly say "she" is worthless... it feels like dealing with a PC from 1985... at a time when sophisticated AI tools are freely available it makes Natwest looks really bad. I say that both as a customer & a former employee of the group.

@lifefumbler @NatWest Very strange. X seems to be struggling loading images etc too. Seems like a bigger issue after looking at down dector 🤔
