@kellyw2094 @APxx77 @AskNationwide When RBS's payment system went down in 2012 Natwest customers had to wait 4 weeks to access their accounts again. Nationwide have a much newer system. So should only take days. Still not great

@NatWest_Help Thanks. We’ve tried that and have been on the phone to them this morning. Still waiting for a call back from the person who made the decision as to why and what can NatWest do to resolve the issue.

@Kelly_Jackson88 I’ve been with Lloyds since I was 11 and never had a problem. Also recommend NatWest, I opened a second account (as I worked for NatWest so had too) but kept it as it’s handy and never had a problem 👍🏻

@BBCNews They just got done for allowing a customer to launder millions through his NatWest accounts…why didn’t she just burn them she’s just as guilty as the bank for keeping them at home

@TheEnbyperor We are new to NatWest Bankline and find it incredibly frustrating. When we are told by the Help line to use the Original I know that someone needs to get a grip of the development. NatWest Internet personal banking is a success so why is Bankline so clunky?
