@dr_zo @NatWest_Help Are you 100% sure it was genuinely NatWest texting you initially? You then contacted them via a trusted number, site or app?

  • witchinana W. Nana GreenBlob (@witchinana) reported

@audibleuk are you having a massive problem taking NatWest payments? I’m going to use my 2 credits and quit at this rate. Thought you’d sorted it 23/11. Now all over again 23/12

  • rubyandjoshua Russell Leney (@rubyandjoshua) reported

@NatWest_Help Hi, I had a text from NatWest on Monday saying the limit for the Digital Saver account has been increased from £1,000 to £5,000 but the extra money I’ve transferred has just been returned to my current account. Did I misunderstand? Thanks for your help!

  • cathy_mudge Cathy Mudge (@cathy_mudge) reported

@FrancesW05 The Samaritans, better get your pronouns ready. Having just fought Natwest Bots to solve an issue. I gave up, eventually found a tel. no on Google. Guess what, they referred me back to the bot.

  • MontLloyd Monty Lloyd (@MontLloyd) reported

Didn’t realise how ageist NatWest is until trying to help my 97yr old Mum open a new account. It is mandatory that she must do it online. So that didn’t work surprisingly.

  • houghtonc79 Chris (@houghtonc79) reported

@AutoInfatuation Avoid NatWest, they have a bizarre rule where cash has to clear!! Pay cash in and it doesn't appear until the following day if paid in before 3pm, after 3pm then it's 2 days excluding weekends!! Also awful customer service. I'd go with HSBC out of your choice. ☺

NatWest’s Sir Howard Davies: You don’t solve the problems it has caused” says Briton living in my approach

@bell2366 @BTC_Archive Not had issues with paying into and out of Uphold with Starling or NatWest. I’ve had issues with Coinbase Card recently, so if anything it’s an exchange issue rather than UK bank issue.

  • Lexutavia Lexutavia 🎮 (@Lexutavia) reported

@AutoInfatuation NatWest same company as Ulster Bank who are an awful bank LloydsTSB, as they were, used to like me when I was solvent. But when I had issues they were on my like a ton of bricks, not a sympathetic bank

@AutoInfatuation Been a Natwest customer for about 20 years. Have always been good to me (I did work for them for 6 months). Although banks are wankers, they still want your business. I have had really good service off Natwest, even had charges deducted and compo paid for staff incompetence
