@firstdirect Been with you for 5+ yrs and the waiting times are now appalling. Please don't slip into the mould of being rubbish customer service and long waiting times. I used to be able to trust I could get a quick response via phone.Unlike RBS/NatWest/HSBC.But you seem to be joining them!!

@NatWest_Help This is the second time I have set it up - Natwest keep declining it because I haven't signed something. So how is calling up going to help? Why are you being so bloody awkward? I have had my Natwest account since 2003 and never had a direct debit refused for needing a signature

@MoneySavingExp my current H2B ISA with HSBC reducing interest rate 1.75 to 0.75% Barclays offer 1.25 %, Natwest 1% but non of them in branch knew how to transfer in. All they know is the product been no longer available. Nor both bank website is any good giving further info.

@efgbricklayer @NatWestGroup Mrs L not deemed to be a 'customer'? NatWest 'lost' all the death-related documents I took into a branch. This became an obstruction to other inquiries. They couldn't have been more unhelpful. #PGwidow
