@NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @NatWestBusiness let someone open accounts&credit cards in my names but not my address or phone number.I never saw any correspondence for these yet NatWest now say there’s no suspect of fraud! #abysmal bank& crooks.They don’t care at all about customer

@markloydall @MartinSLewis Natwest have always been on my worst 2 banks list going back 33 years when I opened an account at Uni and problems thereafter.

I'm so pleased with myself... after dangerous gambling when i have drink since 2022. In the last few days learnt i can block all gambling payments on the natwest app. #gambleaware

@zoeharcombe Just checked Natwest branch opening times. Only 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Not very impressive. Nor is the fact that I can't even use their website to download the last month's statement. Just a basic transactions list. Pathetic in this day and age. @NatWestGroup @NatWest_Help

@StarlingBank For anyone following this thread I'm going back to NatWest. @NatWest_Help were much better and never let me down. I was offered a four figure sum to change to a smaller bank last year so I took it. It's time to go back to NatWest now. Starling are genuine garbage.

Hi @ODEONHelp my daughter’s friend has let her down, she used natwest codes to book tickets for tonight. Is there any chance you can cancel them so she can use them again? She also paid £6.90 booking fee that I expect she’d lose.
