@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@Barclaycard You need to sort this out, not me. I am trying to pay my bill on your website and your system is causing the payment to be declined. Natwest do not have an issue as we can make payments to other companies as already stated.

@NatWest_Help @Barclaycard there seems to be a common problem with paying my credit card bill with my natwest debit card. I have used my dc fine today and have enough funds. Someone else also has had this problem I can see

@NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup Please merge Natwest MyRewards and membershipbenefits sites and add SMS one time passwords. Sign in experience is awful, 3 passwords then locked rule is stricter than Fort Knox. Plus, the sites are not user friendly and do not feel like benefits

When I spoke to Amzn they couldn’t understand why I had issue month ago as it was before the multi factor authentication change. I was given error code to contact bank

Smarterscout got me all fired up. Sent some sweaty messages to NatWest’s customer service bot because it couldn’t understand I was telling them my debit card wouldn’t register for Apple Pay on my new phone and kept telling me they couldn’t find any declined transactions

@Barclaycard @BenAdamsonDXB I can't make a payment either from my natwest card on the barclaycard website. When will this be sorted? Not sure how to make a payment on the natwest app?
