Sounds less controversial!

I have an account with NatWest, the branch in my town has only 2 staff: One teller/customer advisor and Branch Manager/Lead. Machine to deposit coins, cash in, pin resets, cheques scanners, digitised processes!

I've been told it's not a known issue with you, but it's been happening to me for 2 weeks now. I've made several payments to HMRC this way before..cont.

He waited a month. No joy. He phoned 3 times. No joy. He went to the branch. No joy. You WILL NOT help him. Utter rubbish. 😡

If a teller or csa at a NatWest did their shift reeking of alcohol, particularly when dealing with customers, they would be disciplined. Working in a bank doesn’t just mean Decaprio in wolf of Wall Street.
