    @davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

    Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

    @BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @sewateruk With @NatWestGroup stating that Natwest Pension Fund Trustee will use its "influence as a minority shareholder to direct SEW’s board to ensure these issues are fully resolved." Are you expecting a shareholder revolt & vote of no confidence in the CEO & Board?

    RBS - the bad news never stops for this entity. Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?     I used to recommend NatWest but unfortunately, they have provided a really really poor service recently. I used to recommend them a lot, after being a loyal customer. Maybe not so much now. Time to join another bank possibly... @NatWestBusiness @NatWestGroup @NatWest_Help
