@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@NatWest_Help Hi, I had a text from NatWest on Monday saying the limit for the Digital Saver account has been increased from £1,000 to £5,000 but the extra money I’ve transferred has just been returned to my current account. Did I misunderstand? Thanks for your help!

Didn’t realise how ageist NatWest is until trying to help my 97yr old Mum open a new account. It is mandatory that she must do it online. So that didn’t work surprisingly.

I've been putting off trying to track down my pension details from previous employers for ages. Turns out with about 30 minutes work and a few phone calls to the the companies that hold the policies, I've managed to move 3 to my Natwest Investment Fund, over £20k worth.
