@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

Did you know NatWest offers one of the most competitive home insurance policies starting from around £4.25pcm for renters. This was what I was informed, when I went in to resolve a personal banking issue.

@BarclaysUK I’m a grateful customer at Barclays Notting Hill Gate (refugee from awful NatWest). Totally dependent on impeccable personal service of marvellous staff there. Anker this morning, the diligent ladies other occasions. I beg you: don’t even CONSIDER closing this branch.

[UK] On MSE today it says Natwest have opened up their 0% cards to new customers. If you are paying interests on unsecured debts please look into whether you could transfer them _for free_ and get the principal down over the 22/33 months instead of just servicing interest.

@virginmedia Why on earth do I need to speak to someone in Mauritius for an internet service in the UK? The same thing brought the downfall of NatWest more than 10 years ago! I upgraded on Jan 11th and I was sent a new contract and no one seems to be aware of it?

@NatWest_Help When will you give us the feature for payments in notifications as most other banks support this except NatWest & you already show us payments out notifications so you have the system in place.
