@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@NatWest_Help can I ask why natwest won’t process my payment from Klarna, whenever the payment method is within my building society it takes forever to process, I have more than enough funds to pay it and have also paid my other Klarna payments today too.. I don’t get the issue?

@NatWest_Help The telephone number he has been told to ring is only 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. And he works during those hours with no access to a phone. So no. He remains without access to his own money and without any knowledge as to why NatWest won’t allow him access to his own money

@AskMastercard @Mastercard various cards hit a problem when authentication box disappeared from the screen as code came through on the mobile. It took three weeks and one supervisor and then one day for the team to rectify it. MasterCard problem not NatWest after all. Complaints email please.

Then I unfollowed @BarclaysUKHelp and removed them as a follower. And mind you, I have been a Barclays customer for nearly 30 years. Incredibly bad training of cust serv/social media staff. Shocking, in fact. The kind of thing that makes you want to go to Natwest tbh.

@NatWest_Help The problem is that whenever I switch out the NatWest app to copy details, it clears out and goes back to the start page. This means I have to write down the details somewhere, which is annoying and could also be less secure(?)

@NatWest_Help Still waiting for our "within five working days" callback from the 23rd December NatWest admits their error created this situation. Why isn't someone trying to fix it? Your processes need reviewing if situations like this can occur and are treated so blasé

@AskMastercard @Mastercard Actual problem with your system at MasterCard/NatWest. And not just for me. Confirmed two days ago after 3 weeks of phone calls, various advice, various devices, etc and loss in access to card payment in sales. Please provide email for complaints process.
