    @davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

    @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

    @NatWest_Help wow NatWest. 1 hour and 40 mins later and still on hold. 😳 And your reoccurring customer service announcement that you’re receiving a high level of calls and wait time is 20 minutes is really helpful. 👌

    @NatWest_Help submitted remortgage application begining of June. Finally got an offer end of August, current terms run out on Saturday when payments go up by £170 due to variable rate. Today I find out Natwest have not even sent offer to solicitor, which we had 5 weeks ago. Help!

    Don't get a Natwest account if you're disabled - their policies are ableist, erasing, and cruel, as are their staff. They lie about dispatch times for new cards. They lie about helping you with various banking issues and just send you on a Merry Go Round of abject frustration.

    when I was with NatWest I could always get onto their app. With @HalifaxBank I can't. Too many branches closed and I need to access my account

    @khairycrypto @LadyofCrypto1 @sohaibmem Revolut closed my personal account down after I started transferring funds into CEXs… they give no notice or reason and there’s no appeal process… NatWest has been the best one for me so far.

    @humayunhussain They're shite, I left for NatWest. I know they have had problems but so much better than Abbey National/Santander. Change banks it's easy

    @NatWest_Help How can I contact NatWest without having to go through the automated chat bot? I'm tired of having to write out my issue 4 times because it doesn't understand it and then typing back and forth what could be easier if I could put all the details in one message.

    @LBC If you ride a sports bike 750cc and above. It is practically impossible to ride at 20mph. You then become a danger trying your damdest trying to do so. And poo bags to NatWest giving a Male a year off for the newborn. Demetri Turin
