@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@NatWestBusiness been attempting to set up online banking for our PC for months. Completed the application, all parties signed online & had a letter to say it can’t be processed because my email address doesn’t match your records? I’m not a NatWest customer, so frustrating!

URGENT - NATWEST SCAM. Please be aware of phone calls received from scammers acting as Natwest Fraud employees asking for certain personal information. If called please DO NOT disclose any information over the phone and contact Natwest Bank using the number on their website.

@WhichMoney Similar problem with NatWest. They took months (after Grant of Probate received) to release bank funds, with no reason. (Took many hours of letters & phonecalls to get resolved). Yet they managed to use cheque to pay off mortgage, sent with Grant of Probate, immediately!

You know in the advert, where it seems like dealing with NatWest is a breeze? It ******* isn’t! They cut you off, they make it impossible to talk to a human, they’ll put you on hold and disappear, they’ll transfer you to no man’s land.

@richyphillips @ScottEgner1 Convertible to what? When? I've never asked the NatWest to convert any of my bank money, except to notes. Governments issue notes and coins, that's all, convertible only to other notes and coins.

Hi @yorkshire_dales. Are there any known issues with your car park ticket machines? I can't get any Google Pay, nor Garmin Pay contactless payments to work and I've tried several banks (Monzo, NatWest and Starling) and cards. I have no problems anywhere else.

@OptimaLawSol @NatWest Optima how can you not accept solictor certified Nat West Bank statements in standard format as adequate. Demanding one page when Nat West always send separate cover. Can no NatWest customer complete a mortgage via you? #fail
