@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

There is, however, a lot of admin involved in the winding-down of the human race. All that probate, tax, property sales etc. It's all well and good assuming you're going to trouser all the wealth, but what if the people at NatWest drop dead too? Or Ocado?

@V8Blaze @NatWest_Help I didn’t unfortunately, it’s been a week now. I rang natwest, they couldn’t help over the phone, went into the branch and was told to ring them?!The advice over the phone was to remove the feature but it doesn’t allow you until you have used it which I’m unable to do!!!

@beamusup1958 @NatWest_Help Currently on the phone to Natwest and the lady is speaking to doesn’t seem to have a clue either! I’ve never had an issue with this bank but I’m beyond frustrated right now

Madness from the usually good online banking at NatWest. Can't access pdf statements at all. No clue why not, they just don't answer their link. Helpline can't help. This is awkward if one's been chivvied into a paperless account @NatWest_Help

@NatWest_Help So am I. Apparently I have to fill in the form and wait 5 working days for someone to contact me, while waiting 7 working days for a card. I shouldn't be surprised; I end up having to make a complaint after every interaction with NatWest.

@NatWest_Help @sophb66 @MetroBank_Help I’m only speaking for myself here, but I’ve been told by the pepper operations team that Metrobank customers bought by NatWest will not be able to access the manage my mortgage portal at all. Unless/until we make a material change to the terms so that we gain a “NatWest mortgage”
