  @davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

  @leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

  @BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

  @NatWest_Help 2/2 problems. I've contacted HMRC, they said it's not a problem at their end, must be NatWest as I can log in, but then approval screen is blank. Is this a known issue? Please ask your I.T. to fix it. Been waiting for a reply in app customer service for over 10 hrs

  @natwest Have emergency cover with you issue with a boiler Now told you can't get anyone out till Tuesday, that's not acceptable it's an EMERGENCY If this isn't resolved in next 24 hours I will be moving into a hotel at your expense until your emergency service rectifies issue

  Emails included Wells Fargo Bank ING Direct HSBC Bank NatWest Capital One Citibank Chase Bank Dubai Abu Dhabi London Nigeria I opened accounts with login access as well. I went into both Chase and Citibank to deposit cheques sent by FedEx and UPS delivery service.

  @AndrewAndru2012 @VerdeSelvans the phone is still usable while it’s indexing, but expect it to feel a bit slower, warmer, and with higher battery drain for the first few days (sometimes up to a week depending on how much data you have especially photos and messages). It runs in the background.On UK banking apps: so far most people are reporting that Monzo, Barclays, Starling, NatWest, Santander etc. are working fine on iOS 27 beta.Rollback is possible but annoying you’ll need to restore via a computer in recovery mode, and you’ll lose data unless you have a backup from before you installed the beta. Beta backups don’t always restore cleanly to older versions.

  My reward for years of customer loyalty to NatWest bank? Their pockets stuffed with profit and the high street branches closed, including WGC. Customer service? Nah, just shareholder fixation…and a failure to support those who’ve supported their company.

  @NatWest_Help NatWest is awful. My partner applied online 6 weeks ago for control over his mum's account (she has dementia). He has power of attorney. He waited a month. No joy. He phoned 3 times. No joy. He went to the branch. No joy. You WILL NOT help him. Utter rubbish. 😡

  £200 Billion GBP just left my account to pay for everyone university debt from 1999 up until 2026 in both the UK and America. It’s fine, I’ve been making some wise investments lately and NatWest are paying me well, and I earnt quite a bit by selling Barclays back to the Baron’s. So I’m good for it, plus on top of the tour and then the vegas shows, I’ll be able to support both Elle, I and our daughter from my income. So, I’m good for it.   @KatieW456938 Thanks for raising these points. We’ve checked and the revised FAQs were not shared with the Unite NatWest reps in advance of publication but Unite will raise these issues on Monday. A Unite FAQ set was issued this afternoon.
