@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@PenLlawen NatWest aren't the poster boys of financial proprietary themselves tbf? Their parent RBS had to be bailed out for quite a bit more than a paltry £114m by us poor tax payers. I'm torn though as I have a NatWest pension from my time working for them I've yet to claim.

@Zubhaque @theAliceRoberts @NatWest_Help Nothing changes, 1987 my husband died suddenly aged 35, NatWest sent bill for credit card within the week! Dealing with 2 young children & my shock, it didn’t help, no sympathy

@Zubhaque @NatWest_Help Assuming she was guarantor. How terrible for her-my heart goes out to her. #NatWest and all Banks should have a better consideration of circumstances following a relatives death. There's no need for such a rush -they have their own commercial insurance no doubt anyway!

@Barclaycard Hi - same error code and message as Kirsty. 100% the website bugging out on everyone, because I used two different machines to try. Ended up paying via my online banking (Natwest) in the end.

@Shaunjenks @AlexanderBystr5 I loved Monzo until they closed my account after getting my final wage from my old job because they deemed it “fraudulent”. They kept over half the money and they don’t talk to you if you don’t have an account. Got Starling and a natwest account. **** Monzo

@PreetKGillMP @NatWestGroup Im a NatWest customer Preet, I use that very branch as it’s local, so v disappointed to see it go. Do I expect a private sector body to consult? Not reallty My choice to my money elsewhere if I wish of course
