    Wow! @Nationwide are prepared to let me leave as a customer over this issue because they won't admit there is any fault on their side. At least NatWest offered me a solution. Absolutely disgraceful.

    @rgarner @NatWest_Help NatWest have a hair trigger for fraud which makes online purchases nearly impossible. One of the reasons I moved my business banking

    @lizRhod24749112 @LloydsBank Same with all banks really. I'm with Barclays, Natwest, Falcon & Coutts & Co. - TBH I've had problems with them all, the least it has to be said was actually Falcon.

    @AskNationwide - Let’s make things clear from the start, the problem is NOT sorted. Money hasnt arrived in our Nationwide account which is a standing order from my NatWest account on the 1st of every month. My mortgage DD (amongst others) has been returned as not enough funds.

    @MfanwyEvans Try the @financialombuds. I once switched banks to @NatWest_Help and on the day they switched my current account with £12,000 in it, they froze my account because they suspected identity fraud! The ombudsman should be able to help and instruct Natwest to compensate you.

    It was the final of the Natwest Trophy and with 5 wickets down we had turned off the TV in frustration. ​This friend didn’t know this background & unknowingly switched on the TV.

    @NatWestGroup yet again another letdown from natwest is the money taken from my account ever going back? More gone today my advice is DO NOT bank with these they have no concept of customer care

    @PayPalUK hi I owe paypal just under 200 pounds due to me blocking online payments via a setting on the natwest app one time - only problem is the two payments i sent to cover the money owed is set on pending I received a voicemail with a unverified number to ring what do i do?
