@purplelime omg that's annoying and funnily enough I am thinking to switch back to Natwest as I have an old savings account with them (was fun figuring out my login earlier!), plus my sister is with them and keeps singing their praises

@IanCutress @NatWest_Help It's like fraud is so common now you end up just sitting in the corner crying and because you have no idea who you can trust or talk to now to solve a simple problem... Whenever I've had to call Natwest they've usually been helpful, but they're not as good as they used to be...

I’ve been with NatWest for about 6 years and only once not been able access my accounts online. I’ve been with @LloydsBank since august and it’s happened about 6 times already. Lloyds, I need to be able to use my app!

only reason I got through all of this, was Monzo, Natwest wouldn't let me open a bank account without more paperwork than I had given I'd just returned to the country less than a month prior and didn't have a rental agreement or any **** sorted out yet.

@CYMROPORT happening in Cardiff, there are no banks currently in my area, Natwest, Barclays and Lloyds have all pulled out in last 12 months. Awful for the elderley

@Justiinahh @AskNationwide I’m also having this exact same issue. My partner sent money from nationwide to my NatWest and it hasn’t arrived. Not sure if it’s nationwide or NatWest with the issue 😫

@Chris23236702 @GBNEWS What back you with, because most of the majority are moving to Mastercard, I got a email from NatWest saying they will be moving from visa to Mastercard due to visa charging more for service.

@NatWestBusiness I wrote a 3 page letter of complaint to NatWest re time it took to resolve a problem 11:38- 17:35hrs-manager was 'satisfied agents were doing what they could ... successfully' - often banks miss the point of customer service - I will be closing my account 😢
