@BarryBscho I’m no fan of banks but I use NatWest, no problem in Europe and no commission on debit card purchases with a very good rate of exchange. Full use on line too.

@HalifaxBank Ageism and unacceptable customer care in your Hartlepool Branch toward my 87 year old parents. Rude staff with no compassion, had my parents go back five times to provide suitable ID. NatWest resolved their issues within 30minutes and were kind and courteous

@NatWest_Help Had a response from Natwest, regarding the complaint. Upheld 1 issue, and the other I can sort out. Accepted the decision, and compensation of £100 Amazon vouchers. Shame it had to go as far as a complaint though, but they have taken a few things on board regarding the issues.

@HSBC_UK your app now crashes on iOS 15 (both Public Beta 2 and now 3), are you getting a fix out for this? My NatWest app has been fine.

@imogent_ My sons NatWest bank account was closed in August 20 with no explanation after fraud on his account. We contacted the ombudsman but waiting for our turn. He has also been blocked from opening an account at any bank. Can you help us? Direct us to someone who can help us?

@natwest need to see more than three months transactions in #Natwest mobile app. Three months is not that useful. If space is the issue tighten up the line spacing.

@goodebening1 Bro my Mrs had mad issues with Halifax and sacked them off years ago. HSBC were giving me issues when I left Uni so I closed the account. We are at NatWest now. It’s good for us 👍🏽
