So it’s nearly a week since I tweeted about the terrible customer service I’m receiving from @NatWestGroup fir my mother’s @NatWestBusiness account. Still haven’t heard anything from their customer help service or the #royalgardenkensington branch. Don’t bank with #NatWest !

@NatWest_Help Can't currently use Natwest app. Everytime I do something it logs me out after update yesterday. I spoke to an Indian chap at customer services who tells me because his app works fine there is no problem...? #getitsorted
