Struggling to get Natwest to deal with what seems to be fraudulent activity on my natwest account. Tried last evening. Person could not deal as after 8pm. I took call back option this morning. The call back option put me on hold. No point in calling back to put me on hold. Help

2/2 When you use the official DNS service, you get letters from the bank(s) notified. Natwest directed to online. Barclays said paper forms. But if you don't use DNS and go to bank website, you get online version straight away. In grief you need clear directions.

Really sick of businesses still using covid as an excuse to provide a terrible service! Natwest are either no longer open Saturdays or those open aren’t allowing withdrawals or transfers as there aren’t counter staff ‘for their safety’. Does covid only come out on weekends?! 🤬

My 93 yr old Nan has just had her NatWest bank account FROZEN @NatWest_Help Because she tried to transfer money to my cousin’s @monzo bank account 😳 NatWest’s questions: why transfer, what’s your IP address, what version of windows you using. WTF.
