@MorganBroadcast @gus1955 This is terrible. Had problems years ago with NatWest when continuing cash withdrawals made from my account in Swanley Kent. I could prove card in my possession and I was working in London on each occasion. NatWest refused to accept system problem until reported to Ombudsman.

@NatWest_Help @stellacreasy This type of reply really pisses me off. It's not just NatWest (although they are particularly bad). If you were chasing a customer's debt, you'll be trying all sorts of contact methods but when they need YOU to sort a problem you created, you limit their options.

@KarenStopHate Not tried it, but you can get 7 days free trial on the Apple website. If you have a NatWest bank account, you can also get 3 months free.

@MorganBroadcast @MrsJHatchett @HalifaxBank Barclays, Nationwide, HSBC and Natwest too, just with varying degrees of security but all pretty easy to reset with access to phone (which usually has email on auto sign in and password storage on browser). Especially when 2 factor is usually through text or an app..on the phone

@Wolfs2Teen I've never had major problems with Santander, my Mum finds Natwest pretty good as well. Nationwide aren't great, Barclays are AWFUL.

Me: No, that's creepy and completely ******* unnecessary - I know my customer ID, my passcode number, and my password, so, simply let me change the number without that total ******* invasion of my privacy, please? Natwest: It's for your privacy and security.

Just remembered seeing that NatWest at St Philips Place and Temple Row is now closed down. Halifax on Colmore Row might be going too.

@1ohreally @PeterDbrash @MorganBroadcast Most (all?) banking apps do this, it's very convenient but clearly also a security issue Just checked my NatWest and they actually don't seem to, PIN reminders are sent out by post

NatWest travel insurance hates speaking to people. That’s tricky when you need them. Is there an insurance company, you could recommend, that will take a phone call, and the recorded message doesn’t direct you to a website? Which company was there for you, when you needed them?
