@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

@NatWest_Help @NW_MoneySense @MoneyPensionsUK So disappointed with NatWest. Trying to open an account for my 11 year old Daughter to have a Debit card. Unable to do online, received very poor customer service when I tried to rectify the issue… made a complaint 2 weeks ago and not heard a thing from NatWest.

@santanderukhelp I think it's related to Sky, I tried using my phones browser and data connection which is on network three and could access the login for Santander and Natwest (both we are having issues with) so I'm inclined to think Sky maybe the issue.

@kejamieson_ @snaprep I left HSBC in 2009 , they were useless, I was on £49K and had a crappy Griffin Saver type account, so moved to NatWest. Opposite problem now, charged huge amounts for OD facility and have pittance of a war pension. The digital assistant thing (Cora) is useless too.
