@santanderukhelp Same issue. My mortgage payment is due today and there are not enough funds because my Natwest payment hasn’t turned up and my Lloyds payments won’t even go through in the first place. You say you are here to help, but you won’t even acknowledge our angst.

Why have you shut down all your banks @NatWest_Help? There isn’t one for at least 50 miles. I need to pay in a cheque and the app isn’t accepting it and the Post Office won’t accept the cheque without a slip from NatWest. Not good enough 😡.

@VirginHolsHelp good morning, can you please help with a pending payment I need to have cancelled? The transaction failed when I initially tried to book a trip to Las Vegas on Sunday and I completed the booking using a different credit card. NatWest have been unable to help.
