@QuestionerMoney 2/2. Most of the UK’s mini-budget is for gas which is estimated by NatWest to be about half the amount the government has allotted & may in fact be costless come December. So liquidity is the problem. That is odd because both UK & USA have really low unemployment levels.

@leicslive NatWest did something similar to my husband many years ago. Human error and they send a notice to all DD holders via BACS that you are dead. Total incompetence. We stopped banking there!

@Muls_95 I changed from Santander to NatWest. For some reason with Santander my card would just stop working every 3 - 6 months, and they had no reason for it. Went to NatWest and had no issues!
