@essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

Honestly, if NatWest **** my bank account about any more I'm gonna ask them if they could atleast take me out to dinner before ******* me over again? 3 times in 4 weeks I've not been able to use my account. All good giving me compensation...BUT I STILL CAN'T USE MY ACCOUNT 🤬

@monzo Is this for real that I have to POST a ****** cheque to pay it into my account? It's 2022 & you claim to be a modern bank but I have to POST it? **** right off, it's going into NatWest & this is why I can never use you for my main banking. Ridiculous.

Why would anyone want to use NatWest app rather than online banking? Phone rather than computer screen harder to use, need for passcode in addition to customer number, PIN & password, variable mobile reception in Cornwall are all disabling. Any known advantages?

@PostOffice Hi, I paid a cheque into my NatWest account via yourselves. The staff member took down the wrong Sort Code. Emailed your customer care team. Any chance we can get a phone number as no answer. Several hundred pounds missing and no way of tracking. Please help!

@NatWest_Help I haven't heard back from Natwest. I was expecting a phone call but no one has bothered to call me. I will post on line when someone eventually bothers. If no one bothers by Monday I will post everyday until someone does. But what else should a customer expect from Natwest.

@NatWest_Help @NatWest worst experience paying in 3 bank notes into my account. Your Westfield Startford branch has 4 outdated machines that r junk. Not 1 could process 3 notes without spitting them out! assistant told me to go to the post office. What kind of service is that?
