@newlands_chris hi my name is mo I just need some advice, I went shopping yesterday and was paying with my natwest card and it kept declining and I know I have money in the account then I access my account on the app non of my account showing I have rang them but they can't help

@iconicDemoe When I tell you they don't care. It's not just the boots. The counters in HSBC weren't working, NatWest was somehow too. So it's a whole area thing. It's like they don't think the people living here deserve the same standard of service.

@NatWest_Help been on hold now to the collective investment fund for an hour and still waiting! The website was terrible and now the phone line! Im glad I’m not a NatWest customer if this is the way they treat you WOW
