@NatWest_Help NatWest decided to disable my account and my card. Called them only for them to put the phone down on me. I’m pregnant and I’ve had a procedure done so unable to even to go to the branch. Disgusting. Now I have no money.

@PhilipWhitchelo @PickardJE Rose is an idiot. Thought changing the name from RBS to NatWest, a failed bank that RBS bought before it failed itself, would resolve deep cultural issues. You can roll a **** in glitter, it’s still a ****. Was offensive to Scotland too, she’s been cutting jobs up here.

@NatWest_Help I was hoping to switch to a rewards credit card from my Tesco card. No good. As a 50 year Natwest customer I am so disappointed with the Rewards partners Nat West think I should like. I am unlikely to use most of them. 🤨

Did you realise how bad it is using a digital signature? It WILL be used against us. Just been informed that #NatWest will no longer accept signatures that are not digital for Mortgage extension absolutely disgusted! Shameful you can’t get face 2 face service from @NatWestGroup
