@valoakley25 Yes often, won't bank online,(natwest customers will know why) and cheques beat queuing outside the bank in the rain while the 2 customers allowed inside chat about their weekend. Also costs banks money, should encourage them to improve service.

@NatWest_Help We have received a Natwest-headed letter asking us to log in to a website and provide personal information. When using the website it does not work and endlessly loops. Also, the Natwest logo is disabled as a link to home.

@NatWest_Help payit service is a scam! Paid credit card bill on Mon 9th using payit. ££ left my nationwide acc but never reached credit card company. If I used card to pay my bank could help but since it’s 3rd party provider I need to chase NatWest and they are not holpfull!!!!

@NatWest_Help are the worst bank in the UK by a country mile....the customer service team is useless and just try and pass you to another department...they don't give a **** as long as they got your money...every NatWest employee should be lined up against a wall and shot..*****
