    @essiefox I left for Homeserve after NatWest, went to Churchill, now better offer from British Gas home insurance. Homeserve years back were slow.

    NatWest - your support for elderly people is so bad! You have very little empathy for relatives & you just don’t listen to those trying to help & resolve a problem. Call after call is the same! It’s like talking to a brick wall!

    @NatWest_Help customer service at natwest is dead. Got a platinum account that's useless. The insurance it comes with is worthless. Rang to complain, and they transferred me to the insurer I was complaining about. They tried to fob me off by transferring me to someone else. Joke.

    £200 Billion GBP just left my account to pay for everyone university debt from 1999 up until 2026 in both the UK and America. It’s fine, I’ve been making some wise investments lately and NatWest are paying me well, and I earnt quite a bit by selling Barclays back to the Baron’s. So I’m good for it, plus on top of the tour and then the vegas shows, I’ll be able to support both Elle, I and our daughter from my income. So, I’m good for it.     @ukboomers 1983 and my long standing bank manager turned down my loan application. Went to house builder and put a £100 deposit on a 2 bed semi then he called NatWest and I got accepted that day. Six weeks later got the keys. Easy peasy

    @NormanBrennan @dshensmith @robprogressive But that’s not true Norman. I’ve just been scammed on my credit card with Natwest, they’re refusing to help! Told me to take it up with trading standards!!! You know that bank, the people’s bank…..

    @NatWest_Help Ok but doesn’t really help me. I needed cash to pay the barber! 💈 wasted trip. It’s the lack of communication from NatWest that’s even more annoying. An hour on the phone and even the customer care guy, doing his best and really good guy, couldn’t tell me what was up

    @afneil And also, she said “people working in a bank.” Not “bankers.” Somebody working at Natwest, opening accounts and helping pensioners with their PIN number enquiries should not be necking a couple of wines on their lunch break.

    @natwest Have emergency cover with you issue with a boiler Now told you can't get anyone out till Tuesday, that's not acceptable it's an EMERGENCY If this isn't resolved in next 24 hours I will be moving into a hotel at your expense until your emergency service rectifies issue

    @AndrewAndru2012 @VerdeSelvans the phone is still usable while it’s indexing, but expect it to feel a bit slower, warmer, and with higher battery drain for the first few days (sometimes up to a week depending on how much data you have especially photos and messages). It runs in the background.On UK banking apps: so far most people are reporting that Monzo, Barclays, Starling, NatWest, Santander etc. are working fine on iOS 27 beta.Rollback is possible but annoying you’ll need to restore via a computer in recovery mode, and you’ll lose data unless you have a backup from before you installed the beta. Beta backups don’t always restore cleanly to older versions.
