Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

Cannot believe how difficult it is to verify my @Natwest bank card on @GooglePay. Mobile app says "ring bank" and then you are in a black hole of useless AI messages and call centre people who cannot help. RUBBISH!

As a @natwest customer I’ve spent the most laborious morning trying to set up a @rooster_money account for the kids but the onboarding process is woefully painful and obstructive 😫. Do not recommend!Back to @gohenry - unless anyone else has any other recommendations?

@NatWestGroup Natwest, no access to my account since january, no document sent is comsidered a valid proof of my ID or addres, so you don't transfer my funds to the new account provided. Natwest Give me back my money.

A few months ago, since then I have tried contacting natwest due to this issue of wanting to change my address and have had no luck, now my bank card is blocked and I am unsure if I have been issued a new bank card due to my address not having been changed

@unitetheunion Completely let me down in my dispute with my employer Natwest. It seems they are in their pockets when it comes to representing individual members in case it affects their power in general negotiations. Home insurance legal cover was more useful in the end!

Problem at the bank. NatWest. Got told I’ll be called within the next two hours. Received call within five minutes. Man on the phone seemed nervous. I guess they didn’t want to lose such an important VIP. #purpletowel
