@NatWest_Help The post office takes even longer for the cheques to clear and the cheque deposit machines are inside the branch and the branch closes before I finish work. So that's no help sadly. NatWest really needs to pull its finger out, miles begins other banks in terms of technology.

you treat another customer the way you treated me, I will not stop until you lose your job you utterly horrible man. To @NatWest, your customer service training is utterly pathetic and has caused me and others massive problems and major stress because you don't train staff well

@hannahw253 @Barclays How frustrating!? I'm with Natwest. They blocked my card a while ago, I phoned up, they sent a code by text message to the number registered on my account, I repeated it back to them, all sorted & working again within minutes. Did you say you had shown ID b4? Makes it worse. :(

@NatWest_Help Good morning Mark, thanks for your time on my situation with NatWest Bank, but when I opened the account I did it on the NatWest website, I never sent an email.

@NatWest_Help Very glad I realised it wasn't from Natwest. Hopefully you are able to clamp down on these scammers. I've forwarded the message on.

@Paul_Reviews But I think that only works after logging in - they identify the customer using their username (and confirm their identity with a number of factors including typing biometrics). I don't think NatWest can recognise if a website browser is a customer solely using typing biometrics?

@NatWest_Help I'm sure I speak for many customers of #NatWest (both private & corporate) when I say your service in rural areas is lamentable & the continued & seemingly indefinite suspension of the 'one a week' mobile van service will be the final straw for many.

I emailed Alison Rose (24/04) & tweeted Jen Tippin (27/04) about my first NatWest complaint & the subsequent FO complaint because it appeared that NatWest wasn’t interested in resolving the issues I have had with them. I received an email response from NatWest on 27/04 (from RM)
