@barbismiles8 In 1991 when Lamont put my mortgage up on an almost daily basis I used to get a nice letter from NatWest telling me I had exceeded my overdraft limit and that the letter would cost me fifty quid! How they thought that would solve the problem is beyond me.

@NatWest_Help Well NatWest seem to be holding onto my money for a long period of time without resolving the issue. Sending me from advisor to advisor. Been with the bank for over 20years but as soon as they owe you money. They act incompetent and confused. Worst banking experience.

NatWest your 'put your face in the frame & blink' is ******* HORRENDOUS! How is that better than using my fingerprint that I've just used to access the app in the first place! Five minutes trying to center my face while blinking like a prick to get recognised!

@UKLabour Her problem is she didn’t go to a broker ! NatWest are offering a 95% first time buyer product @ 4.59%. If you borrow 75% then it's 3.75% from Barclays!

@bbcquestiontime @BBCOne I'm simply noy buying this. I've just done a price comparison with NatWest. using the same deposit and value we purchased our first house. It used to cost us £950, it would now be £1013. It's not awful, yet.

Can’t fault #NatWest @NatWest_Help customer service when I eventually got through. The current situation nor wait times are the fault of staff.
