@NatWestBusiness been attempting to set up online banking for our PC for months. Completed the application, all parties signed online & had a letter to say it can’t be processed because my email address doesn’t match your records? I’m not a NatWest customer, so frustrating!

@LloydsBank hi. I have a help to buy ISA with Natwest. I tried to transfer £955 into it 2 weeks ago (after not making any deposits since I opened the isa in 2019). The money has ended up back in my Lloyds account with the narrative "bankline suspense". What does that mean pls?

BBRS are corrupt. LSS resign! Corruption by Lloyds and NatWest as evidenced by some £1bn in fines paid by Shareholders and not Chairman and Directors. You are the problem not the solution. Your corrupt Company needs closing.

@NatWest_Help is there anything I can do when I've placed an online order using my NatWest debit card and the website used hasn't sent me my goods and then when I've just looked up reviews, it's showing as a scam website that takes payment and never sends goods 🤦🏼

@johnnyratcliffe Yes I have done this several times at my local Natwest. There is a machine that counts them and gives a receipt you can pay in with no charge. Never had any issues. Are these not common?
