So NatWest are now opening at 10am rather than 9.30am on Wednesdays to "enhance their service"... You need to be open more to enhance a bloody service, not reduce it down! Closed all but 1 branch in Guernsey over the last few years so not really enhancing anything @NatWest_Help

@Matthewpacker78 Do you happen to have the postcode for where you were in Natwest? We'd like to check if there's issues in that area, or not. Could help us understand if you were affected by a network issue, or if something else is going on here -Chris

Natwest just text to warn me about scams, i also forwarded to message the Nigerian prince, who needs my bank account details to help secure his money in exchange for £15,000, so he doesn't get scammed too

How do banks get away with providing such poor customer service. Natwest have blocked my account because I was transferring from my account to another bank in my name and I was complaining about answering 20mins of security questions for the 3rd night running. Unbelievable

@Crypti14 @NatWest_Help Apparently the coop based on what I have seen on a website that indicates what banks allow what… how up to date it is I don’t know. I am going to open an account and see. This from Natwest for me proves they are running scared of Defi and it also proves why it is important

@krn Five, ten minute walk? When our local NatWest closed down, customers needed to do a 12 minute drive. Or alternatively spend half an hour on the bus.
