  Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

  @NatWest_Help Ok but doesn’t really help me. I needed cash to pay the barber! 💈 wasted trip. It’s the lack of communication from NatWest that’s even more annoying. An hour on the phone and even the customer care guy, doing his best and really good guy, couldn’t tell me what was up

  @jet2tweets are you aware of PSD2 SCA booking issues with NatWest credit cards. @NatWest_Help are saying you cannot transact with each other and my credit card gets declined. Very poor joint experience

  @NatWest_Help NatWest couldn’t help their customers if they tried !! I left NatWest 19 years ago, seen an offer to bring my business back last month, reopened 3 accounts and guess what, same **** service I left with. Well unlucky… that’s a guaranteed half million you won’t get on your books!

  I used to recommend NatWest but unfortunately, they have provided a really really poor service recently. I used to recommend them a lot, after being a loyal customer. Maybe not so much now. Time to join another bank possibly... @NatWestBusiness @NatWestGroup @NatWest_Help

  @Aodh_MagUidhir @NewnhamTony under FCA regulations NatWest will need to move hq to inside the uk You are the problem in this country - can’t have a sensible conversation with someone who has a differing view so u resort to abuse.   @Matt_VickersMP The issues isn't changing him out. That is done for security reasons. The issue is not picking other amazing Brits to replace him. Shoving a badger on there is like the old NatWest cheques. It's not how our currency should be.

  NatWest - your support for elderly people is so bad! You have very little empathy for relatives & you just don’t listen to those trying to help & resolve a problem. Call after call is the same! It’s like talking to a brick wall!

  @JamesMelville Agreed. My Mum is 94. Her savings account is with NatWest but she can’t access it because she doesn’t bank online or have the app. NatWest won’t accept my POA because it’s not digital. Absolutely no solution. She can’t access her own savings
