@tastecard trying to register via my Natwest platinum account and it is asking me for a membership number. When I sign in online, I cannot find the number on my tastecard account. Cannot login via your app as it keeps crashing.

As much as I bash Samsung for not supporting Natwest on Samsung Pay, their repair centre and customer service is actually legit very good. I had my earbuds repaired and returned to me in less than five days. Not bad.

@nigelwalsh @RevolutApp Banking for kids is a nightmare! NatWest enforce that you go into a branch to get money at 13. No option to online transfer or anything crazy!!! I was told it’s a regulatory issue

@NatWest_Help I am the membership secretary of a voluntary organisation that banks with NatWest. Two people have recently reported that subscriptions payments by BACS were rejected. No problems reported previously. Is there a problem with the BACS system?
