@NatWest_Help I tried to pay online and it said card type not accepted so I went to a post office branch and they also said card type not accepted as it was going through as a credit card. Post Office said speak yo Natwest, app help says speak to Post Office

@BBCWatchdog not sure if you are aware, RBS and Natwest group are randomly closing hundreds of customers accounts down for breaking T's and C's and restricting access to customers own finances. I wish to expose @RBS as this has now happened to me as well as over 6.5k others!

@NatWest_Help can’t believe the service I have had from NatWest who I’ve banked with for years! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, NatWest you should be ashamed of yourself!!! Do not bank with NatWest!! I’m closing my accounts and will be telling everyone I know!!
