Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

@WhichUK I have rung their telephone numbers which state "if ringing from abroad" get answered immediately as they know people abroad won't hang on for long I got told off by Natwest and feigned whoops, my mistake, got dealt with! Another said ring correct number and put phone down😡

@Barclays your branch in sittingbourne is a joke. Opens late, No counter service after 2pm. Why ? Staff are still there so why not SERVE CUSTOMERS ??? NO.. I dont want to 'use a machine' or an 'app' either Natwest next door doesent have this problem. Wasted journey in rain

@rubyshoes18 @adamian99 @darrengrimes_ Its a working lunch-its standard practice to order sandwiches & juice.Some Snr Managers at NatWest used to have mini fridges in their office with beer in&I believe someone was leaving in this pic,so a few bottles of wine to toast them with are not unusual in an office environment
