    Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

    @JibbaJabb They keep building and they never get more affordable. The very fact banks like NatWest and Barclays are advertising mortgages where you can get a friend of family to help you pay it says one thing… houses are too ****** expensive. They need to come down

    @NatWest_Help @TheFCA @financialombuds for the record, I have been lied to by NatWest. I was promised my case would be referred to a specialist team within 24-48 hours, and now been told they aren't going to help me because they are still within 8 weeks of the complaint (made 7.5 weeks ago)

    @Morrisons idk why but you had an issue with NatWest card online for days, today my order was cancelled because somehow you have an issue with the TSB card which was accepted when placing the order. Awesome. Might have to be the first and last time I shop Morrisons home delivery.

    When I pushed for answers your team implied I was part of a fraud pattern — despite your own agent’s written warehouse confirmation. PayPal and NatWest can’t help due to direct debit rules. Now pursuing Small Claims Court. All evidence documented.

    RBS - the bad news never stops for this entity. Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?     @Natwest idea of progress is to close down helpful & people focussed branches particularly with the elderly & divert everyone to a busy automated focussed branch you have to travel to & which is always full of queues. First Catford closed diverting to lewisham now sydenham.
