@ThrosThrosThros @donkyoaty I have an alert set up so when my balance drops below a certain point they text me. They always do so the day after/end of day it fell below when they knew first thing. Drives me nuts. I like NatWest but that service is utterly rubbish.

@Vex_OG @MartinSLewis Same issue here with Natwest. I don't even have the same card now because they changed my credit card from Visa to Mastercard which might make getting a refund even harder.

@TimD2704 Not a sole trader but have used a load of business banking websites / apps. NatWest is good. Easy to use and you can export 12 months data with no problems. TSB, Santander & HSBC Business all awful in their own ways- limit exporting data to 90 transactions / 3 months, etc.

@pthane Good to hear back from you today 👋 If you do not happen to be named on our customer's NatWest account then I'm sure you can appreciate that if this is not your account then I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to discuss this request with you here - JB1

@NatWest_Help do you realise how ineffective and inefficient your help service is? One message an hour and changing customer service agent with each message is never going to resolve anyone's problems. Does no one from NatWest try your incompetent help service and then improve?

I'm actually appalled @NatWest_Help Arrange a call with Natwest (online meeting) to discuss opening a Premier account and no-one bothers joining the call. No email saying apologies can we arrange. This is basic customer relationship management. Over to HSBC we go.

@NatWest_Help Why the hell do NatWest (fully anti crypto bank) pay for promoted adds on crypto Twitter pages? Get outta here you fraudulent, awful bank

@MartinSLewis @KwasiKwarteng Good point. Meanwhile getting through to Natwest customer service is awful and responsibility for those that break their security system is heavilly positioned onto customers whilst Bankers get their bonuses

Pls NatWest stop showing me when I’ve spent money immediately after I’ve done it. I don’t need to be shamed like this. It’s like “do you remember when you spent £20 on a video game skin 5 minutes ago?” That **** makes me feel bad bro.
