  News today that @HSBC_UK is closing its Leatherhead branch. This after every other full service bank in Lhead has shut recently (NatWest, Santander, TSB, Lloyds, Barclays, The Halifax) Now that all the competition has gone, why not wait to see if you gain customers? #SaveOurBank

  @NatWest_Help You need to stop using #OptimaLegal as the service & admin is awful. I will be on a 2yr fixed rate mortgage if it ever completes & I won't use NatWest again if #OptimaLegal are involved. For the 2nd month I am stuck on an unaffordable variable rate mortgage

  @Tonycall1986 @santanderuk I'm with Natwest and i haven't gotten my PIP payment yet at all, I've only seen one other person complain but I think it may be a DWP issue..

  @TaraOConnor_ Standing in Natwest Addiscombe right now. 6 people in thr queue for the till. 2 people on the help desk ...been waiting 20mins. Closing this branch is a major disservice to the people of Addiscombe. Rubbish decision.
