Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

@virginmedia it's been 2 months now and you website is still not accepting bill payments from @NatWest_Help debit cards. Natwest have already said its your website not updated for new security measures (government imposed). Seriously, what are you doing about this?

I have also had problems with PayPal. Information in my Lloyds account and NatWest had also changed. So, I deleted the link in PayPal to my Lloyds account at around 2pm. After 6pm I got messages from PayPal ("use the app") and Facebook ("we see you have had problems logging-in").

@CromwellStuff 48 Hrs ago a Natwest ATM was allowing a limit of £790 per day/Dont know if that was my limit or the limit of the ATM/Also online bank transfers dont ask questions and there arent limits that i am aware of so they dont mind transfers but have a big problem with cash

Really pissed at @natwest. Other half has had huge trouble getting new debit card to work. Then it gets nicked and the thief has no trouble emptying the account using contactless. We'll get it all back but she's just had crap service before and after.

@Adam_Hosker I think we need what Open Banking did for bank accounts we need for mortgages, tech that ties together all the third parties rather than expecting users to use 4 or 5 different portals. My experience with #natwest was terrible in 2022, everything is emailed, no processes etc
