Word of warning, don't Bank with @NatWest_Help @NatWest ... If you need to get in touch, you've got no chance of getting through. On hold for an hour and a half then line went dead, @HarrisonButle12 (son) now on hold for an hour and 20mins. 0/10 Customer Service

@NatWest_Help my Sainsbury’s credit card was declined for my Sainsbury’s order this morning and no one can help until 7th October? I’ve called #sainsburys and NatWest this am. I thought it was supposed to be a seamless transfer?

@sigourneybeaver @VintageMrHobbes Yes. Also see Allison Rose at NatWest. Every bank, every quarter, many online PowerPoints + tests. She was at the bank for years so probably did 500-1000 such courses. Still blabbed customer data.

@BBBarrister 2. We already pay extra when applying from overseas. I emailed gov uk to complain and had to pay to send the email. I was charged a couple of pounds,used my exact same Natwest card, I was charged in GBP so why did I have to pay the exchange rate for visa, it's the same website.

@MartinSLewis I find it most odd that banks are all for online banking & have apps, closed branches, yet none have a dedicated email address for complaints? I have an issue with NatWest's bereavement team withholding my late mother's money.

@NatWest_Help I have tried to set up my Sainsburys credit on the NatWest app as instructed. The customer number emailed locks me out and re-registering you can’t match me against your records. Haven’t been able to get far enough to use the activation code text to me.

@Sainsburys_Bank I have a Sainsbury’s credit card - just called @NatWest_Help about migration issues and been told to ring you, only for them to give me a NatWest number 😡 Is there anyway you can help - I never got the migration activation code.

Loyal customer of @NatWest for 30 years, got into a bit of a mess, paying out over £800 pm on debts! Ask Natwest for a loan to clear all my debts and halve my monthly outgoings to which they say ' we can't give you a loan right now as we don't think you can afford the repayments!
