@NatWest_Help currently on hold with your fraud team, for 20mins, to discuss an issue that I was told three times already, was resolved. Unacceptable NatWest!!!!

@NatWest_Help My local branch Natwest Aldridge, temporarily closed. Why? No notice or reason given to customers. How am I supposed to access bank services? How are local businesses supposed to operate?

@LukeMassie After being a NatWest customer for over 14 years, I’ve decided I needed alittle change. So Ive joined @monzo instead. I’m tired of constantly having to wait for my money to hit my account, online banking going down frequently and not to mention the apps own issues! I like that-

@treezbee @NatWest_Help @TravelCTM_UK I am having the same problem. They are more bothered about payments than getting citizens back to the UK it seems as I have no other bank apart from Natwest and because they don't comply with psd2 I can't get my booking confirmed.
