I waited until the end of my work day and drove back to @Morrisons and I went into the petrol station to ask when I would be refunded. The man working on the till looked guilty and told me it happened with @NatWest cards a lot and he went to get his manager.

@AstridAllegrah @NatWest No. Natwest has embeded it in the app. But you can block them tracking. By using duckduckgo. If you using a browser to log into the Natwest account. Natwest has not responded, makes it more suspicious. Im writing to the ceo.

Dear @NatWest_Help, having tried to get assistance from your customer support, I can say that if NatWest bank is indicative of the UK banking sector it’s no wonder the sector is in serious trouble. What an awful company!

@TaraOConnor_ Standing in Natwest Addiscombe right now. 6 people in thr queue for the till. 2 people on the help desk ...been waiting 20mins. Closing this branch is a major disservice to the people of Addiscombe. Rubbish decision.
