@NatWest_Help @stevekennedyuk Quite clearly there are a significant amount of users updating to iOS 14.6 who are with NatWest. All my other apps work, why don’t you get your tech team to update the app, like all the other companies have done! No issues with any apps apart from yours!

@NatWest_Help it's misleading to say on the status page that there are no problems. I cannot access mobil app after updating it (samsung/android) on Sunday just past and until now cannot access mobile app. Natwest via a call to their technical dept. acknowledged there's a fault.
