Big shout to @natwest rewards and @TheAA_UK today. BOTH cars broken and their combination for customers has been brilliant. Much better customer service than when #greenflag were the option

@NatWestBusiness @NatWest_Int @NatWestGroup trying to steal £36k, trying to make out the customer was in the wrong. If he didn't threaten to block your branch with concrete blocks, you would have succeeded. Shame on you. This is a huge red flag. Avoid natwest.

@o_ilir @jdrwilcox I’m getting that number from graduate schemes that are advertised in my area (Manchester) I.e civil service, RBS/NatWest, Ford, various Tech companies - all dependent on the nature of the role of course. But doctors are highly skilled and intelligent people

@NatWest_Help 2nd day running (I reported this yesterday) that 0 of 6 NatWest cashpoints are working at King’s Cross Station. There are no others. This is a major terminal - it really isn’t good enough. ESPECIALLY when most local banks/cashpoints are closing

I've been putting off trying to track down my pension details from previous employers for ages. Turns out with about 30 minutes work and a few phone calls to the the companies that hold the policies, I've managed to move 3 to my Natwest Investment Fund, over £20k worth.

@Nelle_Macbeth If it's any consolation I had similar trying to switch to paperless with natwest, can only be done by logging into website, not via the app. But I'd have to reset my pw to get onto the website :/

@NatWest_Help Currently on hold to customer complaints phone line - 55 minutes and counting - come on Natwest this is not good customer service. No point closing local branches whilst leaving telephone services under resourced....

@missThabang Its the same trick they use with banking as well. They create a similar page. Send you a text saying your money is gone. You are asked to protect your account. You login on the spoof page - you are done. Halifax used to that same issue. Natwest fixed it by an external pad.
