Big shout to @natwest rewards and @TheAA_UK today. BOTH cars broken and their combination for customers has been brilliant. Much better customer service than when #greenflag were the option

@peterproperty If house prices come down, what would Nationwide, Lloyds, NatWest, and Santander think about that as the top 4 mortgage lenders to middle England. Probably have lobbyists working v hard to keep the prices (and their loan book) up

@NatWest_Help @EljonEljon We are having the same issue. 6 years and Natwest still haven’t paid an outstanding bill from a skiing accident claim. We can’t log in. What do we do?!?

@NatWest_Help Someone was supposed to have unblocked the card this morning (in the early hours when natwest decided to block it for no reason)… but it is still blocked.

@BCLsolicitors @liamivolane I think NatWest in a press release apologised for its "failure to prevent" money laundering - which rather muddied the waters as it had pleaded guilty to failing to operate ongoing customer due diligence.

No one from NatWest decided to call me in regards to this matter that I have no knowledge of before disabling my account for the whole weekend I was not able to live a normal life of using my account for banking activities and access to my money

@HfromHorley That's true, but hats off to NatWest's Old Fogey banking phone line, which is invariably answered in seconds (after 60 secs of mindless garbage) by staff who are very polite & helpful. The Pru, OTOH, are just as you say.

@NatWest_Help just had disgusting customer service from a Natwest whilst trying to unblock my card. been on the phone for a total of 4 hours now trying to sort this (1/2 time spent in queues) only to be insulted by your call handler and when I asked for their name they refused

This means that she @NatWest_Help stole the cash and withdrew the same amount from the customer's account. The customer is now out of pocket twice the amount. Natwest is simply disputing this and covering it up. More employees may be involved so always check your receipts.
