Big shout to @natwest rewards and @TheAA_UK today. BOTH cars broken and their combination for customers has been brilliant. Much better customer service than when #greenflag were the option

@NatWest_Help trying to switch my account over to you but it won't accept my bank statement because my title is Mx, which is not a selectable option with NatWest, so apparently my name doesn't match up. any help?

@The_JamesJordan I doubt it just called NatWest the advisor still working from home and they are closing all local branches!!! @NatWest_Help it’s a disgrace

@The_JamesJordan Definitely not @NatWest_Help , I had to take all documents down and the advisor refused them because my child’s school letter said to Branch Manager! Instead of “To NatWest” gave up in the end as the advisor was so rude and judgemental.

@NatWest_Help He's asked too, but their response takes longer and it should be a simple question - If NatWest Help can't understand their advice, how is a customer supposed to understand it?

@NatWest_Help @NatWest He has spent months going into your @NatWest_Help Horsham branch. They have not been helpful or empathetic at all. Face to face hasn’t worked. I will forward your replies to him and respond tomorrow. Character limit is no problem just the limitations your Horsham branch has!

One of my bank cards declines for *ALL* online purchases, and has done for months. Natwest can’t/won’t fix the issue and has so far blamed: • GoDaddy • Argos • BT • Asda • Tesco • Me • Santander

@NatWest_Help If you have any ideas, though, it would be great. From Wise, she initiates a payment, selects to authorise it through the NatWest app. The NatWest app asks which account she wants to pay from (there’s only one account anyway)… and then she gets a “technical error”. No detail.

@lil_fairy_doll Natwest are useless for customer service, which is ironic as the customers technically bailed them out.

The Passport Office have sent me a cheque for £5, Natwest app cheque processing is ******* awful and fails and Monzo you have to mail it (cba). Am I supposed to queue in an actual bank, or god forbid, a hellhole post office to pay in a fiver? Digital first, cheques must die.

I feel like the level of incompetence that I have experienced recently with Natwest Bank has set a new record. Wow. I am utterly disappointed with your severe lack of customer service and basic decency.@NatWestBusiness @NatWest_Help
