I will talk about failings by institutions like @Natwest not issuing him any investigation. He’s a vulnerable adult there must be a duty of care or support

Anyone else having random time-consuming 'obstructions' from their banks? Total ****-up by Natwest has cost me several hours of my time since Friday for no good reason. No apologies. Premier Customer of 15+ years now shopping for a new bank. Any ideas?

@NatWest_Help I would like to speak to a rep from the CEO. FOS awarded compensation in June 2021 for a huge error that NatWest made on my account. You still have not paid me the award. My next step is enforce the decision on a court of law. I’m sure NatWest want to avoid this?

@niknabster @StarlingBank Are you kidding? You've never had issues logging into other high street bank websites? You've been lucky then! No end of issues with Natwest, Santander etc over the years, and you don't even get a sorry from them

@CruisingTheCut @HSBC_UK I’ve been with NatWest for donkeys years and they are fine for my simple needs. No problems. But the true test with any company comes when one does have a problem, and then it can be down to luck as to how competent/bothered the customer service operative you get is.

Tried to open Netflix and instead opened Natwest then spent 5 minutes trying to login as if I intended to look at how broke I am instead of watching shows to make me forget

@CruisingTheCut @HSBC_UK NatWest since started work in 1981, no problems at all. They were excellent the other week when their fraud team noticed someone had removed money from my account pretending to be Amazon Prime.
