A few months ago, since then I have tried contacting natwest due to this issue of wanting to change my address and have had no luck, now my bank card is blocked and I am unsure if I have been issued a new bank card due to my address not having been changed

@NatWest_Help What about giving me access to my mone? , 8months with no access to my money because they don't accept more than 50 files sent as valid proof of my ID or address. Natwest give me back my money.

@HalifaxBank THE WORST MESSAGING APP SUPPORT - 2 days of going back and forth and I cant get a simple answer to a question on my Halifax rewards, continually handed to a new random person who gives unhelpful 1 line replies. NatWest customer service is much better

As a @natwest customer I’ve spent the most laborious morning trying to set up a @rooster_money account for the kids but the onboarding process is woefully painful and obstructive 😫. Do not recommend!Back to @gohenry - unless anyone else has any other recommendations?

@MartinSLewis #natwest Friend’s dad is Bed bound with terminal ca.he has been defrauded for a significant sum, police involved. She called natwest who hasfrozen accounts so now no access to ££. Bank insists ill man goes branch with photo ID.he doesn't have as been stolen? Help?!
