I will talk about failings by institutions like @Natwest not issuing him any investigation. He’s a vulnerable adult there must be a duty of care or support

@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@DrProudman I was stalked 27 years ago...I reported it but because the stalker worked for natwest and had got my details off natwests computers the @metpoliceuk would NOT HELP me...no trust for police or cps. Met police harassed me to be silent

Does anyone remember the very first iteration of Natwest's online banking? It required the user to randomly press keys for a while, presumably to generate a unique key of some description. Anyway, it was terrible, and put me off online banking for years.

@NatWest_Help absolutely appalling customer service, trying to make a purchase in a shop, you’ve declined a transaction then bounced me between different departments, so far have been on the phone for 45 minutes. If you want frictionless transactions I’d advise not using NatWest

@iconicDemoe When I tell you they don't care. It's not just the boots. The counters in HSBC weren't working, NatWest was somehow too. So it's a whole area thing. It's like they don't think the people living here deserve the same standard of service.

@NatWest_Help trying to set my daughter up with the NatWest app for which we need her account number & sort code but we can’t get this with logging into online banking which we can’t do without her account number & sort code! Round & round in circles! Utter ****!
