@NatWest_Help 2nd day running (I reported this yesterday) that 0 of 6 NatWest cashpoints are working at King’s Cross Station. There are no others. This is a major terminal - it really isn’t good enough. ESPECIALLY when most local banks/cashpoints are closing

@RBS_Help as a member of the public and ex employee I'm shocked an appalled by the customer service I've received. 5 day SLA that is now on its 17th day without a response..apart from a system driven text....I have names (at RBS natwest) ill keep private for now.

@HickeyWriter @NatWest_Help I’m now getting the same bullshit banking policy from NatWest declining transactions with Apple Store, telling me I have to go into the merchant and pay by card! What a joke NatWest, I’ve never had a fraudulent transaction on my account in all the years I’ve been a customer
