    In 2007/8 @NatWestGroup advised me and my wife to put our savings into their bonds stating they were safe - at the time Natwest were well aware of their financial position - we were not, our savings were wiped out when Natwest went down. 3/23

    @NatWest_Help I tried to book flights online today. Needed to authorise the transaction through the Natwest app which I did. But the firm is saying they have not received the money & that it’s a problem with my bank. Payment showing as ‘pending’ on my account. Help!

    @mrcitythinks @10DowningStreet I don't know but Natwest acknowledged it early on, and they still owe the larger payment -should be resolved next week, then I will demand an explanation from both sides. I love being a customer!
