I will talk about failings by institutions like @Natwest not issuing him any investigation. He’s a vulnerable adult there must be a duty of care or support

Just remembered seeing that NatWest at St Philips Place and Temple Row is now closed down. Halifax on Colmore Row might be going too.

Really disappointing that @NatWest_Help use a web chat service for nok to report a bereavement. Totally impersonal at such a difficult time. So glad I don’t actually bank with you 🥲 #NatWest #Bereavement

@MartinSLewis When @NatWest agree they can see fraud on your Grandma's account, admit they're liable to reimburse but then say they can't even investigate officially because your Grandma has dementia and lacks the mental capacity to make decisions! Help!!

Call NatWest, because they've requested (in connection with an ongoing business account closure). Reach someone that understands issue; he tries to connect in someone that can deal with it but I end up back in the queue. Try again, get cut off. Try a 3rd time...

@JamesDelingpole I tried to support you today by giving you a monthly payment . I should have been suspicious when it said $10. I contacted NatWest to ask them to cancel this transaction which was charged as £9 on my card. Are you aware of a problem here?

@NatWest_Help But if you bank with Natwest they will take out a cancelled standing order and make you skint.. also close down all the smaller branches in town so you have 1 choice to queue at the main branch for ages with not enough staff for all the customers…

@misslenn Good evening Amy, My apologies for the issues regarding your debit card. If you cannot unlock the card at an RBS or Natwest ATM, the process can be completed at a Tesco or Tesco express ATM. I hope this helps. (JF)

Just had card declined after a taxi ride in Poland. I had informed Natwest of the trip. You can imagine how embarrassing and inconvenient that was They are telling me there is a random maximum amount of daily transactions allowed a day deemed by their computer for security WTF

@Hu_barts @ClaiireBarker @BigIssue Fellow Natwest customer here. I also use Online Banking. Never once had to do that. When I lost my card and needed to change my address to have the new one sent to me directly, the most I had to do was provide some form of identification and 2 proofs of my new address. (1/2)
