  @TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

  @EllardKing My 1.45% 5yr fix ends 31.08.26. NatWest new offer received last Friday, is 5.02%. ‘Only’ £250 more per month so lucky compared to some, but that’s £3K per year, less I can save/invest. I agree that the 4/5% mark is closer to what I should expect so time to get used to it.

  @NatWest_Help hi I placed a switch to HSBC from NatWest and I want to cancel. HSBC have been no help. Can you please reject the switch request please I don’t want to switch to them anymore

  @PaulReadGB @LifeThruSpecs Credit cards carry insurance by law. They don't like it, and might even claim it's not true. But squirrelled away in a dark corner of their website is a crappy little form to fill in so they can begrudgingly comply with their legal obligations (been there, done it with NatWest).

  £200 Billion GBP just left my account to pay for everyone university debt from 1999 up until 2026 in both the UK and America. It’s fine, I’ve been making some wise investments lately and NatWest are paying me well, and I earnt quite a bit by selling Barclays back to the Baron’s. So I’m good for it, plus on top of the tour and then the vegas shows, I’ll be able to support both Elle, I and our daughter from my income. So, I’m good for it.   I was in a union at NatWest and honestly they seemed more interested in protecting the company relationship than representing ordinary staff. So spare me the lecture that unions automatically speak for all working people.
