Really disappointing that @NatWest_Help use a web chat service for nok to report a bereavement. Totally impersonal at such a difficult time. So glad I don’t actually bank with you 🥲 #NatWest #Bereavement

@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@GaryHay54193354 @MatthewStadlen It was used to bailout Ulster Bank, a subsidiary of NatWest. I never claimed it would sink Brit banking, merely that Brits were acting in complete self interest- contrary to the garbage you implied. Btw, India will overtake UK in 5th shortly. And Californian economy is bigger.

Various telephone conversations plus a chat on Twitter and the only response I've got is "we can't comment, you should wait to be contacted by us." This boils my blood. Beware that if you're a NatWest customer, all of a sudden you can find yourself penniless. #Natwest

A con man has just emailed me to say that an uncle under the name Carter is banking with NatWest and has left me 10 million dollars. I just can’t, how do people fall for this. Firstly Carter is my chosen name and two NatWest do not service millionaires. Also dollars? Really?

@HenricCont @netbacker If bank credit could be transferred directly, there would be no need for central banks to get involved at all. They'd just press a button - eg, Natwest money would go down, HSBC money would go up.
