@MartinSLewis please can you investigate Natwest! They shut down your account and take all your money. Even when you’ve spoken to them and they’ve said it won’t happen. Happened to 3 members of my family now. How can that be legal!

@NatWest_Help Cora keeps saying call the customer service number. All want to do is communicate a sentence and I can't do that. HSBC and almost every other bank has secure messaging why doesn't Natwest??? There is a mailbox but can't send a message using it - Stupid.

@NatWestComm It's a personal savings and current account. I'm a senior IT project manager with HMRC & have my salary account with Halifax. Myself & wife save in the Natwest account and it was blocked. I have bills hanging including school fees for my kids. Customer service hasn't been of help

@NatWest_Help My account got blocked for no reason. This decision made by NatWest to block my account left my family and I stranded. I went to one of your branch to make a withdrawal and ask why my account was blocked. The bank manager couldn’t find a reason

@NatWest_Help June 28th,mum completed 3rd party mandate,allowing me to assist her with her account, it was completed in branch. I'm also a Natwest customer, will I receive anything in writing? heard nothing so far. Not if yet showing as authorised. T. I. A
