@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

I will talk about failings by institutions like @Natwest not issuing him any investigation. He’s a vulnerable adult there must be a duty of care or support

Really disappointing that @NatWest_Help use a web chat service for nok to report a bereavement. Totally impersonal at such a difficult time. So glad I don’t actually bank with you 🥲 #NatWest #Bereavement

Struggling to understand NatWest's logic. I logged in to my online banking account to make a payment to a new payee, it tells me my debit card and card reader are blocked for online banking use. The issue is, I don't have a debit card or a card reader.

**** the Tories. **** Natwest. **** the entire concept of money. **** Nikola Tesla's Capitalist bullies. Could've been living in free, clean energy utopia since the Victorian era, but no, some greedy shits want more than they could ever use or need whilst others starve.

'To verify this payment, please go to your banking app, click the notification, click approve, return to this site, have it go wrong, do it all again, get a confirmation email, and then worry for three days that you've paid for the thing twice.' (Mentioning no Natwest)

@TheOverBorders I switched from HSBC to NatWest and have had no problems with the new debit card. Local branch down here did close unfortunately so have to go to Barnstaple if I need to visit a branch. Only bank in local town now is Lloyds or Post Office in shop where I work.
