Just remembered seeing that NatWest at St Philips Place and Temple Row is now closed down. Halifax on Colmore Row might be going too.

@Casper88728495 I was in the bank the other day, I overheard the cashier say to a customer that they are doing away with card readers for verification for cash transfers and replacing them with facial recognition technology instead! NatWest UK.

NatWest travel insurance hates speaking to people. That’s tricky when you need them. Is there an insurance company, you could recommend, that will take a phone call, and the recorded message doesn’t direct you to a website? Which company was there for you, when you needed them?
