Really disappointing that @NatWest_Help use a web chat service for nok to report a bereavement. Totally impersonal at such a difficult time. So glad I don’t actually bank with you 🥲 #NatWest #Bereavement

Just remembered seeing that NatWest at St Philips Place and Temple Row is now closed down. Halifax on Colmore Row might be going too.

I will talk about failings by institutions like @Natwest not issuing him any investigation. He’s a vulnerable adult there must be a duty of care or support

@MartinSLewis Hi Mr Lewis, @NatWest_Help are forcing me & all their customers to have @TransUnion credit scoring on their account app, surely we should be allowed to opt out of this if we don’t want it? Any help appreciated. NatWest never asked my permission to share my info.

Companies like NatWest could venture into discriminatory territory the more they create “inclusive” policies - like funding people’s medical treatment. They don’t seem to have any system for deciding what would make a treatment worthier than another. It’s all down to lobby groups

In Trans News (Telegraph Business)- NatWest (which closes branches; tells you your call is important but doesn’t answer; & hates spending money on customer service) will now pay for hormone treatment for trans-staff members. “…for a new loan, press 8, for transitioning, press 9”

@toadmeister WHAT THE ABSOLUTE ****!!??? Is this true? If so the government needs to stop this as NatWest is still owned in part (48%) by the state i.e. the British taxpayer. Many of whom are customers who NatWest has shafted through high borrowing rates, low deposit rates,& lost share capital!

Well, that's the THIRD time I've had to contact Natwest to close my help to buy ISA. Hopefully now, with them setting it to be urgent, it'll be closed this time.
