@NatWest_Help @ColonelCohiba The last time I was in a Natwest branch, I and the customer waiting next to me were referred to by a member of staff as "units" to our faces, not once but twice. Couldn't give a toss what mentally ill members of staff you've employed want to be called. Penis=He Vag=She. Simples.

@iconicDemoe When I tell you they don't care. It's not just the boots. The counters in HSBC weren't working, NatWest was somehow too. So it's a whole area thing. It's like they don't think the people living here deserve the same standard of service.
