@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@n8ure_boy @NatWestGroup Thanks. Did look into Monzo a while back. Maybe need to have another look now. NatWest are so inconsistent. Some bank transfers are fine then randomly they’ll block it. I should probably spend all my money on lottery tickets - they’ll be ok with that no doubt

I should note this issue only affects Natwest and Santander nether site loads for me on Firefox/Chrome without me using a VPN (though wd could access Natwest via the android Mobile banking app) not that we bank elsewhere but I tested other banks which had no issues getting to

@Maj4u2nv @GooglePay Just did a quick search to see if anyone else is having an issue. I also tried with my new Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and a NatWest card and got the same result. Glad to see it's not an issue with my watch - let's hope this gets fixed soon with a software update 🤞🏻

Natwest accepts the council tax bill as proof of address. System rejected it, "this document is not an accepted document" IT IS LITERALLY THE THING YOU ASKED FOR. So much for online application, which will now enter day 3 because of how **** their system is.

@GooglePay So I received my galaxy watch 4 today and was excited that I can finally use my NatWest card thanks to Google pay. Downloaded Google pay on the watch and assigned one of the side buttons to access it easily during payments but it doesn't work at the terminals

@ft_content They should bring the focus back to the customer. I have friends and clients that have moved millions in gbp over to Revolut because service and application are at the forefront of the business. Hence why they have now overtaken NatWest.
