    @TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

    @IainKewley @GefMongooseIOM Not new problem: Years ago my NatWest credit card, ironically supplied by IOM Bank, was cancelled by them after a period of disuse. I asked to renew the card and, despite my decades of faultless custom, they refused as not UK resident. Fortunately I had another bank's card.

    I’ve just been on hold for half an hour @NatWest_Help & not got through. Your switching service contact number cuts you off without putting you through to anyone & ‘Cora’ is a joke. This is not endearing me to NatWest I have to say….can you PLEASE sort this mess out for me.

    @CumberlandBS thanks for wasting our morning when you say Friday at 09.00 that’s the time not Thursday for my daughters mortgage discussion, we shelved plans for today thanks a lot. Halifax and NatWest are happy to help, your service is appalling.

    @NatWest_Help hi, I had a message today to say my account switch from S123 to NatWest is complete. My S123 balance has transferred over to NatWest but the direct debits haven't. Where have they gone???? Help!!!
