@AskNationwide Sounds good but I'd have to clear my overdraft first... not that it will be an issue, what about a loan and a credit card I have with them, could I switch them to nationwide or would they have to stay with natwest?

@NatWest_Help The problem isn’t with my name, bank account or postcode. The problem is with the Natwest app on iOS. A recent update broke the app and now I’m lucky if I can log in twice a day due to “some kind of error”.

@THESuperJenn @rickygervais @netflix Well what did happen to me is went into barclays no problem, then went into #natwest and just wanted to get served. Some idiot said there's a ******* q code to get you into the queue using your phone- i said i don't do apps - i'll show you she said. Lucky i didn't head butt her

@STRshirts I left Natwest in 2018. Used Barclays and Monzo ever since. Not had any problems since switching. Monzo customer service is spot on!

Both businesses are trying to push us back in the direction of the other - @AskPayPal say it's up to @NatWest_Help to fix & vice versa. Klook are clearly in the wrong, acting unethically; why are PayPal/NatWest allowing them to get away with it?! Case reported to @CMAgovUK

@NatWest_Help my wife’s been on the phone all day with NatWest Helpline only to be hung up on on multiple occasions. All she wants to do is clear off her balance on the credit card which the banking app is not letting her do. Extremely dissatisfied with the level of service.
