@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@MarcusRashford sad to see you on Facebook promoting how @NatWest_Help support young people. If you hop over to their Facebook page you'll see a host of comments from parents like I who scrimped and saved into Child Trust Funds which Natwest delay, avoid or simply don't release!

@NatWest_Help I really feel something underhand is going on with @Natwest CTF. Uncontactable,You can't help, bank manager tried to contact for me and failed and your complaints dept said its a 3rd party dealing with CTF and advised me to go to financial ombudsman! @MartinSLewis

@RBS_Help please please please can someone help as I'm at the end of my tether! My daughter's child trust fund matured 26th feb 2022 & I've spent hours on the phone to natwest 03453002585 in a queue (don't know where) until giving in & hanging up.
