    @TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

    @therevdrich @NatWest_Help Dont know about natwest but the call centre I work in the "Call back" is just the robot tries to call you when the queue goes down, but if it increases it just calls you right away. And you just go in the queue as normal

    Is NatWest doing this so it looks like on stats they answer the phone. Dreadful service. No wonder natwest is down the bottom of customer satisfaction.

    **** Eileen at Natwest specifically and personally - I wish nothing but curses in her until she is permanently disabled and orphaned and gets erased and dismissed and told to simply stop being disabled and have a family when her access to basic necessities are cut off.

    @NatWestBusiness I applied for the NatWest Accelerator, someone called Stuart called me & left a voice message - and said he would email and this was on the 29th of Sept & I have not received an email & I would like to speak to him this week. I don't know how to contact him. Help
