@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

I haven’t received a text from Natwest saying I’ve entered my overdraft. I’m convinced the app is broken and quite frankly, I’m too scared to check.

@NatWestBusiness Many thanks for your feedback. I have absolutely no faith in Natwest and have now raised official complaints regarding this issue and another issue that happened today with a payment confirmation.

The NatWest saga contd: so @NatWest_Help tried to help, asked me to retry the transaction, that failed and referred me back to the fraud team. Fifth call, the call drops. Sixth call, looked promising, the guy says 'hold on, let me bring up your case' ... zzzz ... zzz 1/

@NatWest_Help @sophb66 Other banks offer the ability to fix the contactless amount anywhere from £30 to £100 in £5 increments. It may be a case of mandatory but if willing this could be implemented by NatWest

@MartinSLewis @MoneySavingExp I have a Manager Suspense Credit on my NatWest Account. NatWest said it was from HCSTC but they cannot tell me where it’s came from. Can you help? What does this mean?

Dear @Morrisons - @natwest thought my online Xmas big shop to you was fraudulent so declined the transaction. Because of that we've also now lost our delivery slot... There's no more until the 28th. We've got covid and are stuck! Please can you help save our sad little Xmas?

@BBCNews They just got done for allowing a customer to launder millions through his NatWest accounts…why didn’t she just burn them she’s just as guilty as the bank for keeping them at home
