@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@CushWakeUK you wrote to my company advising you now manage NatWest building (replacing)Avison Young & given a Helpdesk No. It would be helpful if you told your Helpdesk you have won the account. They deny you manage Trinity Quay in Bristol. How do we get help?

@NatWest_Help come on natwest, sort out your customer service. No desks open on a saturday, no way to pay in cash because your atms are rubbish. Tried to deposit 3 times, didn't even attempt to count money, just spat it out. To be told you'll have to come back Monday 😡

@Moneybox @smflood Natwest closure of acct used for business is theft. Could charge for business use. Barring access could destroy business. The money isn't theirs but they behave as if it is. £500 totally inadequate compensation.

@firstdirecthelp I'm a Natwest customer over 30 years. They have decided to stop me being able to make online transactions without having their mobile APP installed which contains spyware. Could you confirm if you have the same policy if I were to switch to you? @NatWest_Help

@WhichUK Not surprised about NatWest. Had a very traumatic experience & they were no help at all. So after 40 years I left.

@elderpegasus @katebevan This has been available for many years, but banks are only recently implementing and enforcing it. NatWest does so as well, and I'm sure others are catching up. It's non-intrusive, and catches errors. Why were they so slow? Incompetence? Indifference? Nice that it's here now.
