@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@NatWest_Help Appalling service. Customer for 30 years and the last 2 months trying to open a simple account for my pre-teen but sent in circles. Apparently NatWest doesn't even know their own processes, after speaking to several humans, given an email address which bounces!

We've been made aware that Atom customers with linked NatWest accounts are not currently able to fund their Instant or Fixed Savers. We'll continue to help NatWest fix this problem, which seems to be unique to them. We're sorry if you're impacted & missing out on our great rates

Fair play to Natwest, for the phone banking service that offers to call you back when advisers aren't busy, then calls you back to put you on hold due to the advisers being busy.

I've had a letter that seems to be from natwest saying my ctf direct debit has been cancelled, I want to keep the money being paid but can't contact anyone as I'm kept on hold for nearly 2 hours every day, I need any help or advice please

For a while I've not had to deal with the traditional banks, but I have a few times recently for the switching offers. It's amazing how slow they still are. A week later and I've still not got the details to even log in with Natwest

@CrambazzledTask I had a nice Waterman which was a gift. Worked at a Natwest and a customer robbed it. I phoned her and asked for it back - flatly denied it. 100% she did slip it in her bag. So I bought the same one to replace it…..Christ knows where that’s disappeared to

@ZavviComplaints so, after four weeks of not receiving two t-shirts (that were never going to come) and speaking to countless live chat agents, customer svc messages and Twitter reps, I got a refund from Zavvi. But ONLY because my bank got involved. Thanks NatWest!
