@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@NatWest_Help Thank you for your reply but our application is not with NatWest but with another major UK bank. We are experiencing the same rubbish service from #optimalegal as everyone else. Please replace them with a decent company.

I’m actually an RBS customer but after my interaction today, I’d consider switching to NatWest especially since there is no open RBS branch to be found near my home. These two colleagues are a credit to your company and I hope this praise can be passed on to them. Many thanks

@KellMcRae My wife and I got a mortgage last year but had some problems with major lenders (NatWest & Santa Der spring to mind) only accepting a percentage of my stipend as income (60% ish), but with a good broker it was/is possible (we're with Platform)

@BeckettUnite They do not go down to local NatWest... a bit more complicated.. .. however possibly less tasteful than how you describe.

NatWest still can't update my address. They've tried 4 times. I'm stuck in some kind of glitch. This is affecting me financially. Apologies to those who are waiting for payments. I don't know what to do...I'm actually in real trouble here. @NatWest_Help

@efgbricklayer @NatWestGroup I think anything to highlight this poor practice from NatWest would be ok. With the way they've been with us I wouldn't be surprised if others are having similar issues and there'll definitely be people they do it to in the future!

Completing on a house two days before the expiry of my current mortgage deal, but NatWest insisting on charging full early repayment charge. @NatWest_Help is this company policy despite cost of living crisis? 20 years as a customer. @itvMLshow
