@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@NatWestGroup I’m a NatWest black card member and have recently found out that my card doesn’t work because NatWest have switched from visa to Mastercard. Zero advance notification and apparently my new card in the post but not received. What kind of service is that, rubbish !

and our very existence is under threat. NatWest needs to stop funding companies profiting from this global catastrophe waiting to happen. They can do this by taking three decisive steps. First, the bank should announce its decision to eliminate all financial support to companies

@NatWest_Help absolutely appalling customer service, trying to make a purchase in a shop, you’ve declined a transaction then bounced me between different departments, so far have been on the phone for 45 minutes. If you want frictionless transactions I’d advise not using NatWest
