@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@TSB is getting worse and worse with taking out payments, so slow... Compared to my #natwest account. TSB takes too long taking things out of the bank. Literally get hit with everything coming out the same time. You guys need to speed up payments coming out 😡

@NatWest_Help @sabz_sabz0078 This relates to a post some time ago. Can you tell me if it's a debit card & if we can still use a pin number (not contactless)? Currently use chip & pin, not contactless. NatWest seems to be making banking impossible for many. We want branches, cheque books, not contactless, etc

@alistair It doesn't even need to be that complicted. I think natwest includes the fist 6 digits of your post code in your email. A bank used to include a word you gave them too I think but that was a while ago. The problem is you are not a "target"

Worst service ever at Natwest Wimbledon. Been waiting to be served for 20 mins. Queue not moving. All the manager can say is ‘it’s Friday afternoon, nothing i can do. I totally agree it’s not good enough’. Sort it out Natwest!! @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @NatWestComm

@NatWest_Help Will close my account and would not recommend NatWest , worst customer service ever . Called 5 times in 5 days , promised refund for payment then call hanged up since each advisor tells a different story . Managers hiding behind dont want to talk. I rather move to HSBC or Barclay

@NatWest_Help Trying to buy something using my mobile. This new layer of security not really thought through. Have to leave webpage to open Natwest app and 'authorise' but leaving a page cancels a transaction in many cases. Terrible customer experience & incredibly frustrating
