@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@NatWest_Help can you confirm that by mid summer , there will be no Natwest branches available in Scotland. Please also confirm the closing date for Glasgow as the account will need to be shut down & moved to a new bank. Cheers

@Manjitskitchen @NatWestBusiness Hopefully you get some sort of compensation for it, I’d raise a complaint. The last time something happened with NatWest I went into the Leeds branch to support it and the chap in there raised a complaint for me. Ended up getting £80 in compensation

@NatWest_Help Trying to order some statements folders and just had one of your helpline staff put the phone down on me after suggesting I try the website or go to a stationery store. Is that really how NatWest treats loyal customers of 50 years?

@British_Airways I tried to book a holiday (flight+hotel) via @Expedia. There was an error and no booking was made. The pending payment for the hotel has disappeared but Expedia and @Natwest tell me you've taken me for nearly a grand for flights that aren't booked. Refund please.

@audibleuk Yes, it’s definitely not there. I’ve been having such bad luck with Audible lately. Still waiting for the Natwest/not getting credits issue to be resolved too. Was really hoping seeing my stats would make up for it.
