    @TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

    @caaaperks @NatWest_Help I managed to speak to #natwest credit card support today (took 1/2hour on hold) Told that my credit card account wouldn’t have been transferred automatically as I’d not phoned to request it transferred (????). It will be 24 hours and my account should be visible. I hope so

    @RupertLowe10 What we are waiting for Rupert my old fruit is for you to pop down to the high street, nip into Natwest and withdraw the almost 50 billion your little plan will cost. What, you mean you haven't got 50 billion. Ill give you the money myself if you can guess my next question.

    Hi @NatWest_Help - think you should publish some comms about the transfer to NatWest from @Sainsburys_Bank I still can’t log in and I am clearly not alone judging by the many comments you’re dealing with. It’s unacceptable to be left for days without the old app and being 1/2

    @Sainsburys_Bank I have a Sainsbury’s credit card - just called @NatWest_Help about migration issues and been told to ring you, only for them to give me a NatWest number 😡 Is there anyway you can help - I never got the migration activation code.

    My client just informed me that her bank (NatWest) has denied her paying her mortgage via debit card, no reason other than ‘it’s bank policy’!! She’s in tears, saying it’s her money, why can’t she spend it?! What ********.

    @NatWest_Help I’m really frustrated with the service provided from NatWest. I raised a dispute months ago and have felt ignored and unsupported. I’ve had to chase NatWest many times for an update and still haven’t received a resolution. This is not acceptable from my bank.

    @NatWest_Help Cancelled my Sainsburys credit card because I didn't want to be a customer of NatWest, now getting texts and emails from NatWest saying "your credit card is now with NatWest". Is this fraud, or incompetence?

    @NatWest_Help I've been trying to contact the bank for a few days now. Ever since they changed my credit card from Sainsbury's to Natwest, it's been a horrible experience. I can't get help by any means, whether by phone, here on Twitter, or through the bank's chat, all of which are terrible.
