@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

Can somebody tell me what the difference is between taking 2 home insurance policies out on line or over the phone and not receiving a promotional free gift because I've done it on the phone, I've been a natwest customer for over 50 years and I'm really disappointed with this

@lesleyanngreen My personal Natwest mobile app, Lloyds business payments and our Outlook business email server have all gone down since yesterday evening. I believe Nationwide's payment system also went down yesterday.

@craigcunn @SwitchUpG @NatWest_Help I worked many years in IT, I know tech can fail, however, an online service as big as Natwest should have a complete redundant system that can kick in when the main system fails. There is ZERO excuse for not updating their website with service out warning
