@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@WeHearPodcast @goldcat63 I had a natwest account from 1970. 1978 I bought my own house. When i married in 82 we switched it to a joint account. I applied for a loan and was told My husband had to apply for it. WTF!

So NatWest have switched all their customers from Visa debit to MasterCard the only problem is to withdraw to it from Betfair takes 2-5 working days! Outrageous….

I have had the worst experience trying to sort out my mum & dad’s bank affairs @natwest_help NatWest bereavement helpline is terrible - so unhelpful - I am now nearly 4 months into this negative experience. It’s all just automated portals - no chance of speaking to anyone!

@NatWest_Help He was calling NatWest Platinum line on 0345 6090453. He needs help getting a refund from a deposit paid to P&O Cruises which was originally cancelled due to Covid and now unable to travel due to cancer. Any help would be appreciated

@uxcharlielouise @NatWest_Help I had to phone up in the end, the person I spoke to said I could do it on the app and I had to correct her and tell her I couldn't because there was a "known issue" with it, but doesn't seem like anyone at NatWest wants to fix it!

@NatWestGroup Hi my daughter’s move is being screwed up by NatWest’s inability to release her ISA funds in a timely fashion. People in NatWest can only communicate internally by email. Appalling service which could lead to lost purchase and massive costs @Moneybox

Challenger bank alternatives to @NatWestBusiness please as they persistently block my cards, payments and mobile banking access because of international payments to a Portuguese account. If you are thinking of opening your business bank with NatWest, I urge you reconsider.

@AskNationwide there still appears to be problems with online/telephone card payments. I have twice using my nationwide card to pay and it came up with there is an external problem with your bank. We used our account with NatWest and it worked.
