    @TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

    @pd_fletcher Thing is it is just hot air. @NatWestGroup is a terrible bank with no human decision makers. I e banked with NatWest for years and always treated badly. I must pull my finger out & change to a pro-active bank…just need to find one.

    @BarclaysUKHelp I was trying to buy something online but my payment kept being declined and I don’t know why, tried different cards but no joy. No error code just payment declined. Used husbands NatWest card and it went through fine.

    @marching4youtoo When HBOS, RBS, Natwest, Lloyd's, Northern Rock were bankrupted by greed and an **** of irresponsible lending they were miraculously bailed out using our taxes. But schools and hospitals don't get help.
