@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@FlipsideKitchen everything they get in an application now is scanned pdfs but there's definitely a sliding scale of credibility between "here's a scan of a natwest printout or statement" and "here's baby's first website from some site run out of a guy's bedroom. trust me it's real"

@rachel_sg Natwest had/have a 24/7 fraud team you can speak to, not sure if Santander do but be surprised if they can’t help as it’s 100% a scam haha, but it could happen again even after they “block the merchant” like they did with mine. Nuisance

@LloydsBank I’m confused. I’ve set up a direct debit on my credit card and this is not showing on my online banking for the account the money is being taken from (NatWest). But on your side it says the account has the direct debit set up. Help!

@sjn62 @Louiseiw HSBC were slow but sorted now. NatWest have tweeted me back so hopefully they can help with our 4 month long issue. Looking at this thread most of the big banks seem slow. Cafbank have been great.

@tastecard @NatWest_Help what’s the point of sending out the 12 month activation code for #tastecard, only for it not to work either on the App or the website. #Natwest the card has not let me log in for months. Can I have a refund on my monthly £20 banking fee?

@MartinSLewis @JamesFlanderss My son was rejected by NatWest. Said there was an issue with credit check. I contacted equifax and Experian as he was only 16. They said under 18s don’t have a credit history so I hit a dead end. Managed to open one with Santander
