@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@AutoInfatuation Been a Natwest customer for about 20 years. Have always been good to me (I did work for them for 6 months). Although banks are wankers, they still want your business. I have had really good service off Natwest, even had charges deducted and compo paid for staff incompetence

@audibleuk if you know you have an issue with NatWest, maybe don’t cancel your customers accounts and make them loose all their credits. Maybe investigate first before your take it out on your customers. Disgusting

@AmazonHelp I think this issue is more to do with Natwest and their Masterscards tbh. I bought multiple things from you guys without a problem, but for some reason, it causes an issue with Audible.

@NatWest_Help DM sent. She's sobbing and shaking now after a phone call with Mohammed at the call centre. Nearly 80 years old, and NatWest has already admitted that the error that caused all of this was their fault. This is devastating to see
