@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@NatWest_Help E.g.of NatWest's incompetence. It sends me new debit card: fine. When I try to make a little charity donation online, I have to use card-reader - okay. But... card-reader does not recognize new card. Then we have the pointless 'help' from "Agent Cora". Hopeless.

@Missguided Got an email saying “your systems are down” so try again in 72hrs. Been a lot longer than that now, tried and no response. Again called NatWest to process this faster as it’s a joke

@NatWest_Help hi! i tried to pay online with one of my cards but it kept declining - payment screen said to contact my bank. tried with my other natwest card and all was well. i have a suspicion that it's getting stuck at the authorisation part, is there anything to help? thx!

And was given the exact same message as I got the last time - accounts will be closed in the next five days. Each failed attempt has relied on me contacting NatWest for you to reveal that there’s been an issue and that payment will be in the next five days

Hi @ExperianExperts Your contact form doesn’t seem to be working, and you don’t accept phone call from non-subscribers even though you are messing up my life. Natwest confirmed satisfied you want which yours system hasn’t reflected the history for ages.

@TfL having real problems trying to use Santander cycles, NatWest Mastercard business credit card, won’t accept contactless or putting card in terminal if I try to add it to app it looks like it accepted it but then I go to hire cycle and it asks for it again. Card is fine. Help!

I receive calls- now Really suspicious calls- from private numbers- today, yesterday was even spookiest calls. Croatian bank wants I to call them or give them my phone number. They can not do anything- they **** my 2 verification device- whats NatWest case

So I got in touch with NatWest to get my banking sorted and it’s gonna take another 72 hours. Another 72 hours of no access to my banking. Brilliant. :)
