@TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

@NatWest_Help Thinking of applying for a loan then don't use Natwest. Been waiting for three weeks to sort out a information request from them BUT the number they give is closed and you can only deal through customer services who can only use the same email loans ignore you on.

@ubereats_fr I already sent DM and been told repeatedly that you won’t help. I paid, didn’t get full order, fought for a refund which arrived in three parts and am now being told I had too refunds and so now owe money. I didn’t. No evidence of two via PayPal or NatWest.

I'm working overseas. They couldn't get ANYTHING right and do not have an email address to communicate. AND their chat-help is absolute garbage. We will likely NEVER do business with Natwest again and we may EMBARGO any potential clients that bank with them. Unbelievably poor.

@n_a3hleigh @NatWest_Help Did you find out if this was fraud? This has just happened to me when adding a new card to my account, then got phone calls from random numbers, I am FREAKED lmao. Just rang NatWest and basically said because I've entered my details they can't help 🙃
