    @TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

    @NatWest_Help I’ve been trying to ring 03453002585 all week about a withdrawl for my trust fund but nobody ever answers. I got a letter from natwest telling me to ring 03456030313 however when i do it says out of service number. please help?

    @DanPriceSeattle @eyejosh My bank even got called 'serial criminal offenders' by the FBI, yet posted record profits last year, while they closed more local branches and made banking nearly impossible with all the codes I need just to access MY money... Natwest, ladies & gentlemen...

    @Natwest has wrong business hours in Balham, guy literally just shut the door in my face. Told me I can set up a business account on the phone. Called the business line for them to tell me I have to do it online. Seriously, what ******** is point if your staff??

    @paullewismoney I see, 20 years is a big job, I see that NatWest has 19 million customers and revenue was £4,181 in 2020. At £40m a year (to allow for inflation) 1% of revenue, 5% profit, 1/4 of staff bonus payments or £2 per customer.

    @car_omahony - I cancelled from your app at the end of 2019. I am still being charged today every month. There is nothing on your app/website to let me cancel or contact you to discuss this. NatWest have tried to cancel but been unsuccessful due to something your end. HELP ME.
