    @TeresaTinsel @LloydsBank It’s really annoying when things like this happen. I often find it’s a branch problem. I had an issue with Natwest. One branch couldn’t do something for me, yet another could. So infuriating.

    @AndrewOathy @NatWest_Help yeah its deffo not the retailer as i was able to pay the same retailer with visa so its either mastercard or natwest thats not working

    The Pixel Watch is my most hyped tech item of the year (second is PSVR 2 but that might even be next year), and seeing it delayed again is always disappointing. I've tried other smartwatches, the Galaxy Watch 3 was a good watch but didn't support NatWest banks so I could use NFC.

    @NatWest_Help Hi do you have some sort of issue at the moment with your child trust fund log on? It's taken me all morning to register, now I can't log on to verify identity and I've been on hold for nearly 2 hours which is terrible service. #nothappy #childtrustfund #natwest

    @NatWest_Help @peter_santanna Just to seal the thread. This got sorted today, after a few emails back and forth with a team that have no contact phone numbers. Have been very disappointed with the service from Natwest for the first time. I do hope its the last. Good luck to anyone else with account issues.

    @NatWest_Help Your website claims the Natwest Credit Card has no foreign transaction fees, but when I click on the summary box it says there's a 3% handling fee for cash withdrawals. Will I be charged for withdrawing money from the credit card in a foreign country or not? TIA.

    Has anyone opened an Atom Bank savings account today and found it impossible to transfer any funds into it from a NatWest account - saying sort code doesn't exist?? Seems like an issue Natwest's end? @NatWest_Help @MoneySavingExp

    @BrynnyPoohs @LloydsBank NatWest, their app constantly gets voted best around. Been with them since birth, never had any major problems with them. I’ve also got an online account with starling and I’ve had no problems with them either.

    @NatWest_Help NatWest Debit Cards - are they working now? Customer Services told me last night there was a problem with their systems and that they were working on it but had no timeframe. Have not heard anything from NatWest to tell me this has been fixed.
