@grantfeller Yet a customer in natwest locally in 2019 was asked what she wanted £5000 for she had to fill in a form, it was for a new kitchen, I was in the queue waiting to be served, it was her money .

I will talk about failings by institutions like @Natwest not issuing him any investigation. He’s a vulnerable adult there must be a duty of care or support

Just remembered seeing that NatWest at St Philips Place and Temple Row is now closed down. Halifax on Colmore Row might be going too.

@natwest You are NOT experiencing high customer demand. I am experiencing no customer service. As for the patience for which you keep thanking me, it was exhausted long ago. And if your online service was capable of answering my urgent query I would obviously be using it.

@CooperativeBank The emergency maintenance didn't work then , mobile banking still not working , 2 days now, this is unacceptable, today I will switching my banks and will be given £200 also , your bank has gone downhill big time , I've been with you years , I'm done , natwest here I come 👍

@NatWest_Help Oh dear, my own bank won’t help me. Never mind, I’ve been a customer for over 30 years but it may be bye bye #NatWest. Shame that you couldn’t me if I’m a valued customer. Don’t worry there’s plenty more banks out there who will want my business #poorcustomerservice

@NatWest_Help after the fiasco of dealing with a LPA dept at NatWest now want the transfer to another bank and guess what, hit another issue can only transfer £20k a day to another bank, archaic, thought we were in the 21st Century!

@TommaxMw I have been a customer of @natwest all my working life but it’s no longer a bank for working people . I find myself using the post office more and more . Nat West is not fit for purpose , there are other cheaper alternatives which give better service now .

NatWest customer service is an absolute joke. Phone line doesn't work due to "technical issues" directing you to the app. The app tells you it'll get back to you within FOUR hours! What happened to the days I could speak to a human FFS. I can't even go into a branch as they've…

@CooperativeBank absolutely terrible no access to move money around etc for 3 days now. Worst bank I have ever had to deal with.. You should b giving ppl compensation for this. Every ova week app is down. Advice dnt go with coop..never had any these issues with natwest etc....

@NatWest_Help If money worries cause me stress, I’ll open an account with a bank who’ll be there to speak with me face to face. NatWest on the Isle of Wight are a let down with low customer service levels.
