@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

Interest rates through high interest products for crypto/staking. NatWest/RBS can't offer this service. As said before crypto is used for far less illegal activities compared to fiat money. Crypto is transparent you can see the transactions! Do not paint us with a broad brush 5/

NatWest/RBS can work with crypto/blockchain company's, that have been funded through your money in the bank. But you are told that you can't deal with crypto as a customer at that bank. Will NatWest/RBS be the dinosaur..

@BarclaysUKHelp It is frustrating when I moved from Natwest & TSB which closed only for you to close 4 months later. I appreciate there are other ways of banking for me but that doesn't help my elderly relatives & neighbours who would have to travel to the next town on public transport.

@boncryp @BakkupBradley I believe? Here lies the reasoning behind Ripples Banking License? Natwest along with most other banks are part of the problem which have decimated Britains/Worlds financial standing & authority! They do not want change; they want to keep the old rip-off business model! Sod them!

@TomBills16 @XRP_stuart Natwest closed my account with no warning or reasoning. I had to call them to be told I needed to wait for a letter detailing what was going on. It took 7 days to come. Told me nothing and they held my wages to ransom not letting me have access. Ive never tried to buy crypto.Scum

@BTC_Archive Move to forward thinking Fintech bank, I can access crypto on my @RevolutApp account. The traditional banking system is trying to stop decentralisation. NatWest is a bankrupt bank saved from collapse by the tax payer.
