Well, #Santander being down is great. Just spent too much online. Have transferred in from Husband’s NatWest but can’t confirm it went in. ALL TEH BILLS including rent come out at midnight 😰

@GoldTelegraph_ HSBC, to a certain extend RBS and Natwest have always been crypto antagonistic. Lloyds, Barclays still permissive. If they don't let me (a customer) do what I want with my own money so long as within the law, I'm moving banks.

@zoeharcombe Just checked Natwest branch opening times. Only 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Not very impressive. Nor is the fact that I can't even use their website to download the last month's statement. Just a basic transactions list. Pathetic in this day and age. @NatWestGroup @NatWest_Help

NatWest online banking is actually useless, how can you not request a pdf view on the app?? And then when you log in on the website they make you have five different passcodes labelling them passcode, password, password pin, I want to scream

Hi @ODEONHelp my daughter’s friend has let her down, she used natwest codes to book tickets for tonight. Is there any chance you can cancel them so she can use them again? She also paid £6.90 booking fee that I expect she’d lose.

Tsb going down for the millionth time this year is an actual joke. Just as I was ordering my dinner for work too and now my card isn’t even working and I can’t go into my accounts to send money to my NatWest to buy dinner!
