@joltctf @QuickBooks Thanks for this information Mutumbi, please could you confirm you're able to login to online banking on the Natwest website okay? Please could you also confirm which website you're getting the error message on? Many thanks. [RP]

My accountant bought the old NatWest bank building to run his business from. That’s some G’d up ****. It’s lovely in here

@NatWest_Help The natwest app isn't working properly? Is there a reason for this? I've uninstall it and put it back on 4 times now but same problem

  • Therealchecker7 Peter Matthews (@Therealchecker7) reported

@CoinDesk For now. I live in the UK and would never bank with NatWest Business anyway. The fees are ridiculous. Furthermore they nearly went under in 2008. They’re a **** bank. With ridiculous fees for everything.

Had a great experience with Micheal @NatWest_Help today. Found 💳 in the street - didn’t want owner to fall foul of fraud opportunists. He took me through secure steps to take the details & thanked me for my time. Not a NatWest customer, but recognise #GreatCustomerService

  • ravenspud Smee (@ravenspud) reported

@NatWest_Help I will speak to them but I cannot believe for one minute natwest will help as they've already said no. Talk about helping the con men. Just under £3000 taken from a person in a very vulnerable position!!

  • joltctf Mutumbi O'Fragglestein (@joltctf) reported

@NatWestBusiness @QuickBooks Thanks for the reply! They say it's NatWest though, and as a customer I'm stuck in the middle. The issue here is that the interface between Clearspend and Quickbooks is non operational.

Hey @NatWest_Help what is going on with online banking? Every time we try to log in, you've needed a passcode sent to a mobile. For an established account set up for over a year, when a transfer is made, you require the pincode machine? Banking is supposed to be easy #natwest

@AextheticIsHere why is it that every time you ring a company up, something's happened to the poor customer support sods? first amazon, now natwest i reckon you must be cursed
