@georgiatagg97 @NatWest_Help Ha....my sons spent nearly 6 hours on lunch breaks trying to talk to somebody about transferring his child fund to his bank account, ive been with Natwest as an adult for 25Years never had a problem but this is totally ridiculous, they have hung up on him twice too.

I went to my local store for Milk. I have the funds in my bank, no issue there. My contactless card would not work, **** NatWest. I tried my pin and reached a limit. Because I rarely use my pin. Some random woman just paid for me 😭 I have faith in humanity

@MartinSLewis @ofgem dear Martin can't you look into natwest bank the child tax trust the government set up you can't get the funds from them atold no help from this bank its not just me look online hundreds of complaints

@everywoman61 Try 'say no to0870' website. They often have an alternative geographical number. The natwest email was what linkedin threw up. I'm guessing you're more likely to get a response on that. He is customer services at Chelmsford.

@NatWest_Help absolutely terrible service, we have been trying for weeks to speak to someone , tried online chat - 4 day response time. But no response over 10 days later. Spent over 4 hours on hold . Website has lost all trace of our money. @natwest help is no help!

@RBS_Help please please please can someone help as I'm at the end of my tether! My daughter's child trust fund matured 26th feb 2022 & I've spent hours on the phone to natwest 03453002585 in a queue (don't know where) until giving in & hanging up.
