@deelomas In the early 90s I had a bank account with NatWest who constantly hounded me about my overdraft. Imagine how surprised I was to discover how much money they had allowed Maxwell to borrow that was never paid back. I wasn't a customer for much longer.

@BZerbis Open up a Revolut or Pockit account and send chunks there as well as daily withdrawals from Natwest. You could also buy large amounts of travellers cheques or load a Post Office Travel Card. Once the link with the bank account is broken they can't observe the spending habits

Outstanding service... He showed me customer service that can not be topped any further. I recommend billionaires, millionaires, multi billion and million dollar companies and governments to invest in Natwest, as they have the right people on top.

@NatWest_Help @financialombuds We tried that but were told that the system had all moved online, and the person on the phone couldn't help us - that was after we had phoned the number emailed to us by NatWest.
