@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@itvMLshow advise on a loan that was taken out with natwest without me knowing, only just realised as initially thought it was debt interest due to defaulting, natwest doesnt have the original loan document and cant help me but are pushing me to continue paying the debt, help!!!
