@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@NatWest_Help I've done everything I can to help my little sister access her CTF. NatWest are really making it near to impossible for these young ones to access THEIR accounts! Can someone get back to me about this as we've been to the bank and called every possible number !!!

@NatWest_Help @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Yes and I then had to wait a long time before being able to speak to the Fraud team and getting the payment released. I am mentioning it as I know a lot of other Natwest/RBS customers having this problem - of legitimate payments made to this specific savings account being blocked

@NatWest_Help I have a question NatWest, is it acceptable to take over a month to return money to my account that you mistakenly processed?? On top of the useless customer service that know one seems to know what they are om about?
