    RBS - the bad news never stops for this entity. Whilst an old story coming to a conclusion it is reminds us for just what an awful business RBS became, surely it is time for NatWest to vaporise this brand and its culture (for the benefit of shareholders as well as just because)?     @Wayne_adams83 There was talk of the banks working together in ONE building. Ie Barclays on Mondays, NatWest on Wednesdays and so on. Haven’t heard anything about it since though !

    @NatWest_Help Hi Mikyla - thanks, I'm still having the same problem I'm afraid. I've just tried again now to make a payment to HMRC through their app but unfortunately, after their app transfers me to the NatWest app to approve the payment, I log in, then just get a blank screen. The ... cont.

    NatWest done bits with this new pots feature in this recent app upgrade 🥲👏🏾. They still have a few tweaks they gotta make (setting up standing orders and renaming pots without having to close them) but they have a customer for life in me I fear 🥲🥲🥲.

    This #NatWest "family backed mortgage" doesn't do anything to help underprivileged people at all, just gives people with potentially hefty inheritances another option to buy a house they are probably likely to get anyway...let's not pretend this is great for the average Joe.

    @NatWest_Help i’ve now made three attempts to make a payment around £300. Each time I’m being asked to approve the transaction and when I go into my account there is nothing waiting to be approved. It really is a rubbish system with NatWest as I have no such issues with oth accts
