@NatWest_Help shocked and appalled I can’t order and pay for foreign currency via telephone and can’t pick it up at a local NatWest branch in Camden but have to go to Wood Green - this is a terrible service for your customers

@glr_1990 Recently did a 5 year fix at 4.54 for 5 years with Natwest (re-mortgage). Maybe rates could go lower, but I doubt by much, plus long term base rates are around 5 percent I believe anyway.

@NatWest_Help I've since changed our utility bill account to only my name, in case that was the issue, but DigiDocs just rejected that bill too. So it looks like the only option is for me to set up a joint account with my bank rather than NatWest. How can such a basic process be so flawed?

@NatWest_Help @markrickaby Same here. Transaction notifications stopped working a week or 2 ago on my iPhone and iPad. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and toggling notifications on/off. Nothing helped Any news on this problem NatWest?

@Juliaarthur8 Another chap turned up and I told him the machine had just swallowed my card. He ignored me. It swallowed his card. Man at NatWest accepted it might be a problem with the machine. Slightly annoying as I was 200 miles from home.
