@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@itvmlshow My 1.49% fixed rate mortgage ends in August 2023. Should I pay the £880 early exit fee and fix now for 5 years at 3.96% (currently) or wait until August? I can't get an appointment with Natwest until November 11th at which point it's likely to be higher. #MartinLewis

@markeaglefield @man_savings @davaladidas2020 Hey up mate I had the same problem with a company retro rockstar!.same thing look on that trustpilot.. Have you gone back to your bank and requested refund that way ? I got full refund with NatWest.i sent 4 emails to the company no response.scammers!

@NatWest_Help And then natwest or rbs block your bank acount without warning because there little computer says you have some unusuall spending on the acccout, hold on its just buying in extra things for chtismas or sending/receiving money from a relitive or friend, for that account locked.
