@VirginHolsHelp good morning, can you please help with a pending payment I need to have cancelled? The transaction failed when I initially tried to book a trip to Las Vegas on Sunday and I completed the booking using a different credit card. NatWest have been unable to help.

@NatWest_Help I tried 12 months ago to try and deposit a chq via the app, it didn't work, also 6 weeks ago and guess what, it didn't work. Why doesn't NatWest make their app so customer friendly Have a look at the chase app, simple to use, not gimmicky like the NatWest has become

Hi #wakeuptomoney. A few days ago I twtd RBS/Natwest group were closing my acct with no reason. I've since seen FB group "Natwest closed down my account" this is happening to many people. Some aren't able to access ££ for weeks. Pls investigate why we being treated like this.
