@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

Then couldn’t sleep thinking about it. With the help of a couple of owners and NatWest I managed to get the money together to buy him. Richard again excelled himself in brokering a deal which meant we could get him. This year he covered about 70 mares which was fantastic for GB

@NatWest_Help Finally sorted this out. It may be useful for others who have experienced the same problem. The text message from Natwest containing my code was originally recorded as being sent TODAY. Later in the day the date was recorded as Wednesday which made sense. What an anxious time😱

Absolute **** show #RoyalBank #NatWest blocked my account - made me go to the only branch in Edinburgh to show ID and an invoice then the teller goes away for more than twenty minutes to make a call… are you a digital bank, a telephone bank or a branch bank!? Failing at all 3.

@PaddyNoWheels @AaronDiskin1 @1rhysparsons If they aren't taking RBS and Natwest that would suggest they've been blacklisted as they're under the same parent company. My mate had the same issue when he couldn't pay a debt owed to them.

@valoakley25 Yes often, won't bank online,(natwest customers will know why) and cheques beat queuing outside the bank in the rain while the 2 customers allowed inside chat about their weekend. Also costs banks money, should encourage them to improve service.
