@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK Years ago, banks prided themselves on great customer service, not any more. Now having customers at arms length is not enough and their focus is on their investors rather than the customer. I have been with NatWest since 1986 and have always felt valued.

@tw_ladyjaenelle @pirate_walrus @HukAleksandra I totally agree with you. (Same with NatWest btw.) That’s the problem with the banks - in general. They make everything to get rid of paper money so they could easily decide how you spend it. And I’m sure they will make it “legal”.

@PoliteThwart @NatWest_Help They don't care, it's an excuse. NatWest are working together with other banks to attack the largest crypto exchange in the world. The US centric Coinbase hasn't been targeted. Just Binance. We have to leave NatWest and punish them for their corrupt flex dictating how we spend.
