Dufford Charleywood (@McSmeson_da3rd) reported@sweetsinner3 You have Starling in Ireland? Had problems with Santander and NatWest, none with them, If you speak to them through chat they will authorise large transactions (few Sec questions) bought a holiday home on my card with them! Paul (@futureretro777) reported@barclays why can't I pay my bills with my VISA debit card? Twice in the last 12 hours transactions have failed, forcing me to use a credit card instead 🤨 Card activated, some payments go through, some don't. Don't have this issue with Natwest 😔

Just T (@MrsEnquiries) reported@NatWestGroup @COP26 I should add.. .banked with you 38 years, disgusting, non-existent customer service resulting in all savings being withdrawn. Don’t ask us to prove whey you couldn’t do your job, when we have proved we did what was required ! NatWest - shambolic BANK !

Dr Una McCormack (@unamccormack) reportedWandered round town like a headless chicken yesterday trying to find where the two closed NatWest banks had relocated to, and walked down every street except the right one, dammit.

Claire Worthington - Ranty McRantface She/Her (@WorthyOnTheWeb) reportedLuckily due to the location and time of day I could “limp” to the Asda one. Any other location or later in the day I would have been screwed. I’d have broken down on the M60 because Natwest are allowed to pull these stunts.

HEALING GEMS (@whitley_susan) reported@AskNationwide Good Afternoon Team Nationwide. Please could you help. I cannot login to my account. My Nationwide Card was retained by a NatWest ATM. Please can you tell me how to get it returned. Natwest advised I contact you directly. Thank you.

Simon Dickson (@simond) reported@ShaneMcC I was a HSBC business customer. When I returned to limited co status, I went with Natwest's Mettle: and can't fault it. All phone based, which is great for a 1-person biz, maybe not for something bigger. Using Wise for international stuff.
