@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

The Natwest technical problems today I think is the reason why we still need to keep branches open just in case of emergency such as the one in Washington Galleries, it's stupid that you closed that one as well as branches across the country @NatWest_Help

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@NatWest_Help do not listen to NatWest saying RBS isn't affected, I'm affected from RBS!! I have the same problems that Natwest customers are having so don't know why you're lying! Yet on the phone trying to blame me!! Media coverage anyone? Because if @RBS_Help don't help....

@DaisyHawken @Eurostar @lastminute_com Last minute never got back to us and Eurostar couldn’t help as it was last minute who booked it so I ended up having to go through my credit card people (natwest) who refunded me and are investigating it! Hope you get it sorted…

So a retailer has stated IN WRITING at a least 3 times that they issued me a refund on 12/03/22 but I NEVER RECEIVED IT! #Natwest refuses to help just because the original transaction was in 2020. I'm just at a loss at this point @NatWest_Help

@NatWest_Help so I blocked my card with too many wrong pin. Now I need a natwest to sort it. Typed in local weston super mare, in Google it took me to some poor woman's house. Might need to fix that.

@NatWest_Help Trying to buy something using my mobile. This new layer of security not really thought through. Have to leave webpage to open Natwest app and 'authorise' but leaving a page cancels a transaction in many cases. Terrible customer experience & incredibly frustrating

@NatWest_Help So NatWest phone line busy this morning. They offer a call back service. Great. Opt for that. Get the call back and straight back in the queue. You couldn’t make it up. Account will now be closed. Better banks out there I feel.

Wow NatWest actually has an ongoing issue with some payments showing twice and it's effected me. Nearly fainted when my account was in overdraft
