@davidpolymath NatWest have been plugging a rewards account which needs you to login to the app monthly to get some of the rewards..rather than "charging" branch/telephony users they are "rewarding" digital users. Sounds less controversial!

@leiper_danielle @AskNationwide I'm with NatWest (who don't have payment issues) didn't get payment. Rang DWP and they confirmed payment issue at their end. You may end up with a double payment (it may go in again on Tuesday).

@Kendo_Go_Boris @secretchances54 @jude99_ Nothing. But if Canada can freeze bank accounts because people demonstrate, what’s to say our Government couldn’t do the same? How long do you think it would take a hacker to bring down the banking system if we were cashless? Remember NatWest?

@NatWest_Help @GK_1964 We are having the same issue, it says the cheque corner is folded ! This has been going on since 4/7/22 we raised a case with NatWest still not resolved ???

@NatWest_Help Natwest the bank that chose to freeze then close my account, i was not i debt to the bank in fact had more then enough money in it, my crimb i bought some new furniture for my new home. For this the bank refused to talk to me. If i where your customer i would get out fast.

@NatWest_Help what in the world is going on with NatWest online service for new business accounts? As you flatly refuse to open a new account in person it has taken me and co directors since early June to get - well, nowhere as yet. A tech glitch with the adobe service maybe?

@NatWest_Help Logged a travel claim through my account insurance and it’s been the most frustrating customer service experience I’ve ever had. If you pay for a Platinum membership account with NatWest cancel it now and go elsewhere because when you need them you’ll regret it!!!
