    My @NOWTV player isn't working on my laptop. Googled it and apparently lots of people are having this issue and Now TV is doing nothing about it. Such poor customer service. Sad.

    @NOWTV man arrived a few weeks ago neighbour let him and he did zero work to sort my broadband out ive not heard from anyone to get this sorted Asap!!

    @AmazonHelp It's an FTTp connection. And network hardware capable of delivering ten times that speed. It's not the HDMI cable as Netflix/Disney + /nowtv and YouTube stream with no issues. Nothing was downloading at the time

    @PartyFreckle I dont know what D means but paying for a service should mean there aren't ads but so many have you pay for the service and give ads and bad quality but you can "boost" with more pay looking at you nowtv

    Can you help !!?? Had the NOWTv Player for a while on Mac and for the most part its been pretty reliable. However it now states ' You have screen recording software on your comp' and won't play!! I have read through the HELP page . And forums. Nothing works. anyone? @NOWTV

    @SamsungUK @NOWTV Now tv app is telling me to update my firmware on an LS27AM500NUXEN. I have just manually updated to 1101.0, but NowTV still requests a firmware update. Any help?

    Woke up still laughing that my husband instantly knew what I meant by "finger swishy thing not working" re my old laptop. Why the hell can't so many things not bloody work on Chromebook...eg NowTV
