Exact Same thing happens on my NowTv Streaming stick (which is fully updated) At 1st I suspected my Roku stick, but as it also happens on my Now stick, & only happens at EVERY Ad break (during show & at end of show) I now think the problem is at your end! Please fix🙏 2of2

It’s been a while but once again having problems with my @NOWTV for whatever reason the channels are switching off at commercial breaks on live TV specifically Sky Showcase and Sky Max…it’s frustrating to say the least & I’m coming to the end of my offers for Entertainment Pass

@NOWHelpTeam why on Earth does the Roku version of the NowTV app crash/exit to the main Roku menu at EVERY ad break? It makes everything impossible to watch anything! Not good enough for a paid service!
