No contact number, automated chat bot, please help, I have the sky app downloaded on NowTV but every link sends you in circles just asking you to sign in?????

    @ThreeUKSupport And it's down this morning, 100% signal strength on router but Internet showing as disconnected, same every time. Now having to travel to the office to work which I totally shouldn't have to do. Who refunds my Sky, NowTV and Amazon Prime when I can't use them?

    @plusnethelp hi. My nowtv and Amazon fire stick both cant connect to my internet. I've tried troubleshooting it and now it says I need to sign in to network but when I click and enter my details nothing happens. No internet. No tv. Nothing.

    @SkyHelpTeam Last time I had Sky was about 20 years ago. I do have a NowTV account though, but that shouldn’t cause the issue surely?

    @nowtvhelp @NOWTV #NowTV Why can you not respond to emails or deal with issue despite repeated assurances. 25 days since first raising issue. Unbelievable poor service and failed promises.

    @nowtvhelp really disappointed with the service from NowTV. No broadband since Weds. Numerous phone calls without a resolution. Having to put myself and others at risk as I can’t work from home and the kids can’t access the fantastic online provision school have put in place.

    @cookiecatgp Can you make sure your NowTV device is completely up to date then reboot and restart your device and internet? If this doesn't work let us know. #All4
