PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

Here's the problem with @F1 being behind a paywall. I've shelled out £12 to watch this race, and no refund if it doesn't happen. Is that fair? I think not. I have no interest in watching anything else on @SkySport / @NOWTV today. The whole thing is a gamble.

@NOWTV I consider the user experience on macOS to be poor. I signed up yesterday, I watched a few minutes of one show, there was really bad sync between the HomePod minis, the quality was poor and the experience does not flow, can I cancel the subscription and get a refund?

@NOWHelpTeam Live chat are quick to dismiss it as an app problem when it obviously isn't as it effects all of NowTV's apps I try. They then dismiss it as paraphrasing - as a partially deaf user I know what paraphrased subs look like, and in most episodes it's not "paraphrasing", but broken.

@skytv Stop selling me SKY Glass - Don't need new TV for 5 years - have 4K 65" + ATMOS Receiver, gigabit broadband. Don't want cables/dish but would buy Sky. Even upgraded NOWTV with full access/schedule/recording would work. Or new external Digital Box. What's the problem?

@NOWSport Signed up to NowTV twice now, the first time when buying the plug inbox, then a couple of years later, hoping it would have improved. It hadn't. NowTV doesn't work at all.

@KeiranBurr I used to work for NowTV, performance testing using what they called the 'game of thrones profile'. Guess they stopped performance testing and forgot what to do with circuit breakers when the token service falls over.

@SkyHelpTeam Doesn't solve the problem of being saddled with a TV to pay for for the next 3years though does it ,but as you already had a streaming service in the form of nowtv this could have been avoided
