Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

NowTv is useless , The Continue Watching List is empty on Now on pc & on the NowTv app yet on a different browser it's not empty. @NOWHelpTeam Also just bought a boost package & adverts still show. Fix it.

I genuinely don’t know why I keep buying NowTV passes for F1. There is nearly always a problem with their service. Such a dreadful streaming platform
