Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

I have NOW TV on a firestick which is connected to G Network. It keeps telling me it won't play content because I'm not in the country... Anyone had similar problems? @GNetworkComms @NOWTV

@virginmedia Have cleared cookies/cache - had to sign in to everything all over again, allowed cookies on your website - still getting error messages. I was trying to contact you about upgrading my TV package ahead of the half-term holiday, but it's going to be less hassle to buy a NowTV box.

@stuartmwrites @G__Division I can buy it on prime for £7.99 . Definitely not on Netflix. I think it's a free watch on NowTV but I'm not subscribing to them just for that it'll work at the same cost lol
