Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV
