Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@nowtvhelp couldn't login to my nowtv account. Been on the live chat that say account has been suspended but can't tell me when or why all they can do is pass it on to another department who will contact me I. The next 48 hours so being denied a service I am paying for

@DisneyPlusUK terrible I could watch all these on netflix or nowtv disney+ is ment to be the channel with new content now all rubbish the only thing keeping the channel alive is the stuff marvel or making and starwars

@NOWTV @NOWTVSport neither your iOS or Amazon fire stick apps will allow me to activate my sports day pass, both stating that I need to purchase a pass, despite giving me the option to activate and start watching in ‘my passes’. Can someone please contact me to issue a refund.

@nowtvhelp If I had my way I'd take every #NowTV box off the shelves. Go on live chat, do this do that, ok, when you go back to ask what else - the chat has timed out. Its the worst £33 I've spent subscribing to sky sports through NOWTV. Last night ReadingvAFCB tonight Arsenal vManU. 👎👎👎

@NOWTV I've tried it from both firefox and chrome (currently Firefox), don't see an error message. Only full grey screen, see no error message. Sound available.
