Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

I cannot tell you how bad the closed captioning is on the @NOWTV versions of Stargate SG-1. In one scene, we have Sam referred to as "Sarah", the people of Abydos referred to as "Abydonians" and "Abysdosians", and random missing lines of dialogue. Just shoddy work all right.

@kr_ys_ti_na @F1 I pay 33.99 for NowTV sports package, it’s affordable for me, I’m fine with it, but for anyone young, who doesn’t work, who has any major responsibilities that they dedicate a lot of their income towards just can’t watch. It never should’ve left BBC, at least it was free.

@NOWHelpTeam Can someone advise why yesterday I could watch nowtv via the xbox series s and today its not loading anything from live TV to boxsets. Is there a problem across the console platforms from xbox to PlayStation. I got this app to watch live football. Total joke

@XboxSupport Streaming apps that require DRM are not working (Netflix, Disney+, NowTV). The apps load fine and can be browsed but are not allowing videos to stream. Non DRM streaming apps like YouTube and BBC iPlayer work fine. All services work fine outside of Xbox.

@NOWHelpTeam my internet has been down since 4pm yesterday, none of the at home troubleshooting has worked. Someone is supposedly calling me back from nowtv at 2pm however I don't feel most confident with the service provided so far. Can you help?

@Ironwrites My Apple phone throws to my LG tv so I’m guessing the problem lies with Samsung in this case? Not familiar with how NowTV works because I have Sky which obviously has everything on it but it sounds like a ****** App process for sure.

The award for the worst user experience goes to @NOWTV . Can’t stream from your phone to a TV, the app isn’t available on both of our TVs and the fire stick app just keeps saying an update is available. Waste of the last hour of my life.

@NOWHelpTeam can someone DM about setting up our WiFi? It was ordered last week and arriving tomorrow but the go live date is the 3rd May which is ridiculous given past tenants used NowTV too. We need WiFi to work and your delays are affecting this
