PSA: Now TV are the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of coming across. Poor and rude customer service and STILL no working broadband, despite being promised it would be yesterday. @nowtv @nowtvhelp YOU SUCK.

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@Lisa7Pettifer Left Sky years ago after an argument over a broken box. Have NowTV which I’ve NEVER paid full price for. Go to cancel and they give me an offer. Got Netflix and Prime too. Always loads to watch :)

@edensthings on @nowtv the subtitles are very spotty - at times they'll just stop leading you to having no idea what's just been said, and then picking up again mid sentence. terrible.
