Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

Coincidentally, Netflix forgot where I was in Designated Survivor so I’m finding I’ve seen these episodes. I’m going to plough on from this point regardless as it’s been a while. Meanwhile, NowTV forgot where I was with Manifest and I hadn’t the energy to work that one out.

@nowtv truly awful service,wasted 1 hr of my day, not trying to reinvent the wheel just get broadband as per the offer....2 x waiting + 2 long phone calls to people who bless them can't speak English well and we are on a choppy line...not a good mix really is it,where is the gin?
