@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@virginmedia My #Broadband speed is just 8.2mbps and has been for weeks! The main problem is that when that get's through the front door I'm not left with much to share with my wife and our three kids. God help us if the dogs ever ask for an iPad! @UswitchUK @NOWTV

@Ofcom Its not the phone company, Its @NOWTV The quality of the picture on their sky sports this last week has been terrible. Watching readingVafcb on Friday and the picture was fine at the ads, when the programme came on it was a good picture, then when they kicked off it blurred again

@nowtvhelp I was watching NowTV today and it crashed at 6:20pm. Can't log into my account now "Unable to connect to sign in, please try again later" I was on the Live chat for half an hour then got disconnected from that too. Please help, don't want to miss the match tonight.
