Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

Hey @nowtv @nowtvhelp please give Ferruccio from your call centre a raise!!!!! We didn’t 100% get to the bottom of my issue (shock) but he cheered me up with chats about Animal Crossing and RuPaul’s Drag Race. Top guy - please be my pal x

@nowtvhelp Yeah, but have you used it... don’t just read from your script. You have heard of Apple right? It is very important to make sure your apps across all Apple operating systems work correctly. (Free trials continue NOWTV can’t get traction)

@nowtvhelp This advice is for buffering, its the picture that's the issue. When the games are on its all blurred. It's not buffering. The picture is rubbish and yiu can't tell who the players are because it's that distorted. Any other channel is OK. Just NowTV Sports Channel. Disgrace!
