Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

Hi @talktalk - do you have an issue with your DNS. My internet not connecting normally but using VPN it will. Also nowtv can stream. I suppose a router reset will fix - but don't want to!

@NOWTV Your app is terrible on our smart TV, freezing no audio and most times won't open, all other apps @netflix @AmazonPrime #itvhub all work fine. Contacted your support and they advise to buy a Now Stick...thanks!

@NOWTV What happened to my perfectly functioning NOWTV box. You decided that it was no longer going to work. On its way back to NOW for you to recycle, the least you could've done would've been to request all these old devices back for recycling at YOUR cost
