@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@AfRetro There are lots of compatibility issues. For example, the HDR on the Amazon Firestick 4K simply won't work properly with our 4K TV. The colours are so washed out it looks almost black and white. Tried messing with all settings. I've seen stuttering on NowTV with our Samsung too.

.@NOWTV really is the worst streaming service going. Expensive, requires a barely-functional app to watch anything on the desktop, despite being the most expensive streaming service it also includes ads as standard 👎

@XboxSupport afternoon, can you help ? When streaming bbciplayer and nowtv there is a stuttering issue every few seconds through Xbox. When using bbciplayer on my tv it works fine, Disney works perfectly through xbox as does Amazon prime and YouTube.
