  @NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

  Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

  @NOWTV I bought and paid for a day pass for todays arsenal game, i only get to watch one every month or two because of the hours I work, I've now had to spend over 45 mins on your customer support live chat as it won't stream on my TV and I've missed over half the game so far.

  For the price of the licence fee, I cld have Netflix and the entertainment pack of NowTV. I dont know about you, but the BBC offering looks like terrible value. You dont even have teletext any more ffs
