Within 24 hours of me ringing @virginmedia, we’re up and running with broadband (it’s also dead fast, bonus) 👏🏼 If anyone is considering @NOWTV for internet, PLEASE don’t bother. They are honestly the worst provider I’ve ever come across.

@NOWHelpTeam hello, I can’t get into my nowtv account as it says incorrect username/password when I used my now tv the other night and can’t get sign back in and when I try and reset my password I click on the link the email I get sent then I’ve changed password but then error?

@NOWHelpTeam Definitely not the device. All other apps are fine, in UHD, 4k. Netflix, Amazon, Disney etc. As per the forum link is sent, I'm not alone with the problem. It's a technical stream issue nowtv end.

@KillieAndWean I'm not au fait with the old firestick streams, but you could get a £12 Nowtv sports daypass I'm sure. Otherwise Viva in Canada are steaming for free, which of you VPN you can work it here. Probably easier, definitely cheaper to stream it "elsewhere" but as a last resort...

@PooWithEyes yeah i can't remember the last time anyone in my house watched live TV. sky have noticed the shift and are pushing Nowtv a lot, I think BBC need to act now because it'll get left behind and the license fee is just way outdated plus Netflix have way better quality content
