@NOWTV thought there was something wrong with my broadband and reset everything and now find the whole of the uk has issues with sky sports on now tv. Not happy!!

@knaggsy097 Just get the NowTV app mate directly on the TV and login. Them boxes have really **** encoding and aren’t worth the hassle. If you use the app directly, it has no problems 👌

@NOWHelpTeam Other apps are fine, it's just video streams from nowtv that seem to lack quality. Even at the highest it seems to go, it seems the bitrate is really low, and when it's bad (which it really was for F1 when it kept lowering the quality) it looks like 480p or worse.

@dizzydarkrai @Ankaman616 The cost is also an important point. When I was a student I used to stream games, only bought subscriptions when in full-time work and could afford it. Even now I struggle to justify the ~£50 monthly cost for NOWTV+BT when I pay less than that for TV Lic (BBC), Netflix AND Amazon

@MartinSLewis Changed home phone provider in January to nowtv using Uswitch. Was told by nowtv everything would be sorted by them. After having paid out last #TalkTalk bill, 3 months later we are still being billed by #TalkTalk for services they're not providing. Please HELP!!!

@OpenreachHelp Hi sending me DM message to keep contacting my provider is not a solution to my issue. I am in contact with NowTV everyday and their backoffice also contacting Openreach and resolve this issue, but it seems there is an indefinite delay from your side. I should have never left VM

Why is Sky sports Football via NowTV dropping quality so regularly ? I've done all the maintenance, it's not me and it only happens on Prem Football, even on adverts !!! If it's bandwidth sort it out, I'm paying for this.

i don’t even watch football but them owning all the hbo shows for outrageous prices and having terrible UI on sky go/nowtv on anything that isn’t a tv is enough for me to hate
