Sorting NowTV broadband & TV out for mam >100 miles away & everything was absolutely fine until #VerifiedByVISA pops up to **** everything up. It's sent a code to a mobile number which nobody recognises! \o/ There's no way to fix! \o/ She'll be left with no phone OR internet.

@Lisa7Pettifer Left Sky years ago after an argument over a broken box. Have NowTV which I’ve NEVER paid full price for. Go to cancel and they give me an offer. Got Netflix and Prime too. Always loads to watch :)

Fell hook line and sinker for a @NOWTV offer of sky sports for the next 10 months (for the EPL season). Made a schoolboy error of not checking reviews beforehand and within a day the utterly shocking streaming quality became blindingly obvious. Live and learn :(
