If @NOWTV could sort out this concurrency error message that comes up when you stop your phone streaming to chromecast and then try to watch it on your phone, that would be great. Says you're watching on too many devices, yet stops you watching on any

@nowtv bought a pass to watch sky sports today. unable to watch it due to 'too many devices' but have no other logins or devices. £12 for no artvice, no one to call, no one who can help. what a rip off

Unimpressed with #NowTV broadband. There’s only three of us at home right now, one of whom I can hear snoring, and it’s dismal! Three months into a twelve month contract, several convos asking them to do something and it’s still awful. Won’t be renewing!!M

@TobiasPaterson Navigate to C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow Delete the Cisco folder Open NowTV Player and it should work. If this doesn't fix it, delete that cisco folder as well as any NowTV folder inside C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming Then reinstall NowTV Player
