    @NOWTV A Discovery of Witches episode five won’t play, all other programs ok though, is there a known issue?

    Just giving @nowtv another chance after previous loading and buffering problems with no viable solution. Plenty of time to tweet during buffering. Time to give up and cancel contract.

    @NOWTV when watching anything on your channels, the subtitles disappear at random points during show/film. This is very bad for accessibility and should be your top priority to fix. Do you not care about people who are hearing impaired? Watching on LG smart tv.

    @Benjicrawf86 @OpenreachHelp You need to ask NowTV to find out what the delay is, they have escalation systems in place to chase up issues like this. It could be something as simple as an address mismatch.

    This is such a first world problem but it's infuriating that the NowTV app doesn't autoplay the next episode and let you skip opening credits. Oh and the subtitles keep disappearing 🙄 If anything they have is available on netflix I'll choose netflix every time @nowtvhelp @NOWTV

    hey @NOWTV far too many of your films are without subtitles and it’s an absolute nightmare for folk with auditory issues, can you please look at your sub track files and work to remedy this because so many films are just unwatchable otherwise...

    @NOWTV I can't access my account. Every time I try to log on it comes up with unexpected error try again later! this has been going on for days. I don't know how to rectify the situation and I'm unable to watch TV. Please advise.
