@simon_perreira @virginmedia Go with @NOWTV bruv.. never had a major problem with their service and you get a few tv channels thrown in as well.. when ever there has been a outside problem it been sorted in days.. oh and it def be 💯 cheaper than @virginmedia #Cowboys

@nowtvhelp I am currently using the NowTV Player software on PC w/ a HDMI cable to my TV. This works OK but occasionally this freezes and the video & audio go out of sync which wasn't an issue with Chromecast.

Anyone have consistent issues with @NOWTV remote connection? No matter what I try! I’ve tried throwing the TV into a landfill site, buying a newTV, resubscribing, howling at the moon 3 times before midnight and sacrificing 12 remote controls and still have the same remote issues

I was so wrong about Peacock not coming to the UK - still trying to work out how it plans to coexist as a distinct product with Sky. Most of the launch content is already streaming via #skyq and #nowtv

Weirdly it looks like Apple TV 4K is supposed to pause , it doesn’t work. And now since I was watching with my nowtv box I cannot watch on Apple TV as I am “watching tv on too many devices” I have powered the other box off and still get error, are you trying to annoy customers ??

@NOWHelpTeam Hi there, for a while now NOWTV hasn’t work on my iPad or iPhone (fine on Apple TV). I click play on something, it starts for a few seconds, then get a spinning wheel.

@SausageHogger @GMB @MartinSLewis Although I will say if most of your tv watching is via a PC or laptop, NowTV isn't worth the price. Their launcher is awful with really limited picture quality (they're aware of it and haven't done anything to sort it).

@NOW My 3 month discount ran out and NowTV deliberately did not mention this. They have now taken full price and I am looking into my legal situation to get my money back. What a nasty underhand company NowTv is. They don't even read your direct messages for help.

I think that @NOWTV has the worst user interface and user experience that I have ever seen in my life, and I've had to apply for a Visa from the Indian Consulate!
