@CybillLiberty Wow Presents Plus - it's like 4-5 quid a month and you get all the international franchises too so it's worth it - we also share the login with our friends in exchange for their NowTV login so it's been a good trade.

@nowtvhelp @NOWTV I received my Now TV Stick today and it refuses to update. I log into the Wi-Fi and every single time it says I need to do a software update. I do the update and it doesn’t work!!!! It’s happened min 10 times. I have tried resetting it!

@nowtvhelp My NowTV froze. Nobody from NowTV can be contacted so I followed online advice and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. It now states that I’ve exceeded the number of devices (which I haven’t). I then bought a boost, thinking that would help, which it didn’t. Any solution?

Anyone else have issues with the Apple+ app for PlayStation 5? Gets 10 mins into an episode and glitches. Restart it and it works. Happens on different shows too! So far no issues with NowTV etc or the gaming aspect of the console either.

@NOWTV I’ve tried that..... the issue is more complex and they won’t talk to me. I need to escalate the complaint and need someone to contact me. This is now no broadband and as a result no tv since 4th November during lockdown and NOT acceptable. Please can someone contact me

@NOWTV I've been having log in issues since last night,it signed me out on my now TV box and wouldn't log in web browser, it worked this morning and has stopped working again. I even tried logging in the app on Roku stick and still the same.Customer service team via email useless

@NOWTV I really do not wish to waste my time constantly ringing to not get anything resolved. All you do is BB test's that come back "ok". Its been an ongoing issue, that's never been resolved. Now your just charging more for it!

@nowtvhelp I used it on both my PS4 & my LG tv but I always have issues & I know of other people that have NowTV issues. I just think for a service that costs money the streaming needs to be better
